  • Cardinals' Andy Isabella: Healthy scratch Week 3

Isabella (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game at Jacksonville, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Through the first two games of the season, Isabella wasn't utilized on offense at all while logging just three snaps on special teams. With Antoine Wesley getting removed from the reserve/COVID-19 list this week, he'll get the nod on game day as the Cardinals' fifth wide receiver, with Isabella a healthy scratch.

  • Kalif Raymond WR | CHI

Lions' Kalif Raymond: Suiting up despite thigh injury

Raymond (thigh) is active for Sunday's game against Baltimore, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

Raymond was a starter Weeks 1 and 2, but he saw only six targets while playing 75 and 63 percent of snaps on offense. Qunitez Cephus is probably the better bet for volume, though Raymond's speed should lead to occasional big plays if he continues to get a lot of snaps.

  • Bears' Marquise Goodwin: Suiting up in Cleveland

Goodwin (ankle) is active Week 3 against Cleveland.

Goodwin still entered the week with a "questionable" tag despite logging full practices, but it won't prevent him from suiting up for the road matchup. Fellow wideout Darnell Mooney (groin) is active as well, however, which likely leaves Goodwin as No. 3 on the wide receiver depth chart. Last week against Cincinnati in a similar role, Goodwin was on the field for 46 percent of the snaps and logged three targets.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Officially declared inactive

Higgins (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game in Pittsburgh, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.

Higgins was listed as doubtful after managing just one practice - LP on Friday - throughout the week. His absence leaves Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd as clear leaders of the Cincinnati pass-catching corps, while Mike Thomas and Auden Tate are the lead candidates to absorb Higgins' snaps. The second-year pro will try to make it back for Week 4, but he faces a challenge with Cincinnati hosting Jacksonville in the Thursday game.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Ravens' Marquise Brown: Suiting up again

Brown (ankle) is active for Sunday's game at Detroit, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Brown played through the same injury last week and put up a 6-113-1 receiving line against the Chiefs. However, it is possible his ankle has gotten slightly worse, as he avoided an injury designation for Week 2 after logging a full practice Friday. This time, Brown was a limited participant Friday and listed as questionable on the final injury report. Still, he's off to a fantastic start this year, and he'll now be playing indoors against one of the weakest cornerback groups in the league.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Good to go Week 3

Mooney (groin) is active for Sunday's matchup against the Browns.

Mooney was limited in practice all week for the Bears, but he'll ultimately suit up despite a "questionable" tag. Last week against the Bengals, Mooney led the bears in snap share and targets, and this week, he'll face a middle-of-the-pack Cleveland secondary that has allowed 29 catches and two touchdowns to opposing wideouts through two games. The other variable here is a new signal caller, as Justin Fields will be making his first career NFL start.

  • Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Suiting up Week 3

Hopkins (rib) is listed as active Sunday at Jacksonville, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Hopkins managed a rib injury this week and didn't practice at all, entering the weekend with a question hanging over his availability. There was an expectation he'd be a game-time call, and while he'll be available to the Cardinals it'll be interesting to see if he can handle his typical workload of 90-plus percent of the offensive snaps. Hopkins has yet to draw a massive target share this season, with just 12 looks through two games, but three of those have resulted in touchdowns.

  • Browns' Odell Beckham: Shouldn't be on strict pitch count

In his first game action since tearing his ACL last October, Beckham is not expected to be on a a strict snap count Sunday against the Bears, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.

That said, Cabot adds that the Browns will keep an eye on the wideout as Sunday's game progresses to make sure he's not overdoing things, but after a week of practicing fully, Beckham, who underwent knee surgery back on Nov. 10, is poised to make his 2021 season debut. His return to the mix arrives at a good time for the team, with fellow WR Jarvis Landry sidelined with a sprained MCL. Though there's always an element of risk in using a player coming off a long layoff in fantasy lineups, it looks as though the plan here is to give Beckham as much work Sunday as he can handle.

  • Eagles' J.J. Arcega-Whiteside: Ready to go for Week 3

Arcega-Whiteside (ankle) wasn't listed on the Eagles' injury report ahead of Monday's matchup with the Cowboys.

Arcega-Whiteside was able to suit up against the 49ers after injuring his ankle in Week 1. The 24-year-old ended up only playing seven offensive snaps and has yet to record a target this season. The 2019 second-round pick will likely have limited involvement in the Eagles' passing attack once again in Week 3.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Not likely to play

Higgins (shoulder) isn't expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Higgins officially is listed as doubtful after a limited practice Friday represented his only participation of the week. Coach Zac Taylor did suggest the Bengals would re-evaluate Higgins over the weekend, but there's no real expectation that he'll have improved enough to play. Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will lead the Cincinnati receiving corps this week, backed by Auden Tate and/or Mike Thomas filling in for the injured Higgins.
