Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Ravens' Marquise Brown: Suiting up again
Brown (ankle) is active for Sunday's game at Detroit, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Brown played through the same injury last week and put up a 6-113-1 receiving line against the Chiefs. However, it is possible his ankle has gotten slightly worse, as he avoided an injury designation for Week 2 after logging a full practice Friday. This time, Brown was a limited participant Friday and listed as questionable on the final injury report. Still, he's off to a fantastic start this year, and he'll now be playing indoors against one of the weakest cornerback groups in the league.

Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Good to go Week 3
Mooney (groin) is active for Sunday's matchup against the Browns.
Mooney was limited in practice all week for the Bears, but he'll ultimately suit up despite a "questionable" tag. Last week against the Bengals, Mooney led the bears in snap share and targets, and this week, he'll face a middle-of-the-pack Cleveland secondary that has allowed 29 catches and two touchdowns to opposing wideouts through two games. The other variable here is a new signal caller, as Justin Fields will be making his first career NFL start.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Suiting up Week 3
Hopkins (rib) is listed as active Sunday at Jacksonville, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Hopkins managed a rib injury this week and didn't practice at all, entering the weekend with a question hanging over his availability. There was an expectation he'd be a game-time call, and while he'll be available to the Cardinals it'll be interesting to see if he can handle his typical workload of 90-plus percent of the offensive snaps. Hopkins has yet to draw a massive target share this season, with just 12 looks through two games, but three of those have resulted in touchdowns.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | MIN
Browns' Odell Beckham: Shouldn't be on strict pitch count
In his first game action since tearing his ACL last October, Beckham is not expected to be on a a strict snap count Sunday against the Bears, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer.
That said, Cabot adds that the Browns will keep an eye on the wideout as Sunday's game progresses to make sure he's not overdoing things, but after a week of practicing fully, Beckham, who underwent knee surgery back on Nov. 10, is poised to make his 2021 season debut. His return to the mix arrives at a good time for the team, with fellow WR Jarvis Landry sidelined with a sprained MCL. Though there's always an element of risk in using a player coming off a long layoff in fantasy lineups, it looks as though the plan here is to give Beckham as much work Sunday as he can handle.

J.J. Arcega-Whiteside WR | ATL
Eagles' J.J. Arcega-Whiteside: Ready to go for Week 3
Arcega-Whiteside (ankle) wasn't listed on the Eagles' injury report ahead of Monday's matchup with the Cowboys.
Arcega-Whiteside was able to suit up against the 49ers after injuring his ankle in Week 1. The 24-year-old ended up only playing seven offensive snaps and has yet to record a target this season. The 2019 second-round pick will likely have limited involvement in the Eagles' passing attack once again in Week 3.

Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Not likely to play
Higgins (shoulder) isn't expected to play Sunday against the Steelers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Higgins officially is listed as doubtful after a limited practice Friday represented his only participation of the week. Coach Zac Taylor did suggest the Bengals would re-evaluate Higgins over the weekend, but there's no real expectation that he'll have improved enough to play. Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will lead the Cincinnati receiving corps this week, backed by Auden Tate and/or Mike Thomas filling in for the injured Higgins.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Cardinals' DeAndre Hopkins: Trending toward playing
Hopkins appears to be in line to attempt to play through his rib injury Sunday against the Jaguars, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Meanwhile, Adam Schefter of ESPN notes that his sources indicate that the wideout is "pretty confident" he'll play, "but not 100 (percent he will)." Fortunately for those considering Hopkins in Week 3 fantasy lineups, the Cardinals kick off at 1:00 ET on Sunday.

Michael Thomas WR | NO
Saints' Michael Thomas: Shifts back to reserve/PUP list
Thomas (illness/ankle) was removed from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday. He's still on the reserve/PUP list, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Thomas was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list earlier in September after a number of Saints coaches tested positive for the virus. Given the star wideout was already expected to miss the first six weeks of the season while recovering from June ankle surgery, the designation shouldn't dramatically change his recovery time. Thomas is first eligible to return Oct. 25 against the Seahawks following the team's Week 6 bye.

Cody Thompson WR | TB
Seahawks' Cody Thompson: Elevated to active roster
The Seahawks elevated Thompson to their active roster Saturday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official website reports.
Thompson will have a chance to make his NFL debut after being promoted to the Seahawks' active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Vikings. The UDFA out of Toledo will provide depth to Seattle's wide receiver corps, as Dee Eskridge (concussion) is set to miss his second straight week.
