  • Malik Turner WR | SF

49ers' Malik Turner: Called up from practice squad

The 49ers elevated Turner from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Turner will be elevated by the 49ers for the third time this season, which is the maximum amount of times for a player on a team's practice squad. Turner will provide support on special teams while adding depth to a 49ers wide receiver corps that is without Ricky Pearsall (knee) for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

  • Jalen Reagor WR | MIA

Jalen Reagor: Let go by Chargers

Reagor was cut from the Chargers' practice squad Saturday.

Reagor joined the Chargers' practice squad Oct. 7, but his time with the team was short-lived. He has yet to appear in a game this season.

  • Robbie Chosen WR | WAS

Commanders' Robbie Chosen: Elevated to active roster

The Commanders elevated Chosen from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Chosen joined the Commanders' practice squad at the end of September, but he has yet to appear in a game with the team. With both Deebo Samuel (heel) and Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) both sidelined, Chosen should have a chance to be active Sunday against the Cowboys.

  • Mason Kinsey WR | TEN

Titans' Mason Kinsey: Elevated to face Patriots

The Titans have elevated Kinsey from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's matchup against New England, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Kinsey will provide Tennessee with extra depth at the wide receiver position, with both Calvin Ridley (hamstring) and Bryce Oliver (knee) unavailable Week 7. After Sunday's home game, Kinsey will be slated to revert to the Titans' practice squad.

  • Colts' Laquon Treadwell: Elevated for first time

The Colts elevated Treadwell to the active roster from the practice squad Saturday.

Josh Downs (concussion) and Ashton Dulin (chest) have been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Chargers, leaving the Colts shorthanded at wide receiver. Treadwell has spent the entire season on the team's practice squad, with this elevation marking his first of the year.

  • Giants' Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Elevated from practice squad again

The Giants have elevated Humphrey from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of Sunday's road matchup against the Broncos, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.

New York will be without Darius Slayton (hamstring) for a second consecutive game, while Malik Nabers (knee) is already done for the year, which positions Humphrey to again join Wan'Dale Robinson, Jalin Hyatt, Beaux Collins and Gunner Olszewski in the wide receiver corps. Humphrey was elevated Week 6 against the Eagles due to the same circumstance, a game in which he played 77 percent of offensive snaps and secured four of eight targets for 55 yards.

  • Raiders' Shedrick Jackson: Elevated for Week 7

The Raiders elevated Jackson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Las Vegas could be without Jakobi Meyers (knee) and Alex Bachman (ankle), both of whom are listed as questionable, so Jackson will be added to the roster for the first time this season. Whether he's active on game day will likely come down to Meyers' and Bachman's status.

  • Jets' Isaiah Williams: Back on Jets' active roster

The Jets signed Williams from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.

It's the second time Williams has been signed to the Jets' active roster this season. The second-year wideout should see most of his playing time against the Panthers on Sunday on special teams as a returner on punts and kickoffs, but he could also see some snaps on offense, as Garrett Wilson (knee) is listed as doubtful for Week 7.

  • Texans' Christian Kirk: Won't play against Seattle

Kirk (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Seahawks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Kirk appeared to tweak his hamstring during Friday's practice, and the injury was severe enough to keep the veteran wide receiver off the field for Saturday's session and rule him out for Monday night's game. Kirk's absence opens the door for Xavier Hutchinson, Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel to see more offensive snaps and looks in the passing game from quarterback C.J. Stroud, especially if the Seahawks' defense hones in on top wideout Nico Collins. Kirk will look to progress enough in his recovery to play in the Texans' Week 8 home clash against the 49ers on Sunday, Oct. 26.

  • Luke McCaffrey WR | WAS

Commanders' Luke McCaffrey: On tap for more targets Week 7

McCaffrey is slated to serve as the Commanders' top wide receiver for Sunday's NFC East tilt against the Cowboys due to the absences of Terry McLaurin (quadriceps), Noah Brown (groin/knee) and Deebo Samuel (heel), Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

McLaurin will miss a fourth straight game while working through a quadriceps injury, Brown was placed on injured reserve Wednesday and Samuel was officially ruled out Saturday due to a lingering heel issue. That leaves the Commanders with three healthy wide receivers on the active roster in McCaffrey, rookie fourth-rounder Jaylin Lane and veteran Chris Moore, while Robbie Chosen, Ja'Corey Brooks, Jacoby Jones and Treylon Burks are options to be elevated from the practice squad for Sunday's contest. McCaffrey hasn't seen more than three targets in each of the first six games of the regular season. However, he has caught three touchdown passes over his last four games, and the 2024 third-rounder should see more targets from Jayden Daniels against a Dallas secondary that will be without starting cornerback Trevon Diggs (concussion) and could be without starting safety Juanyeh Thomas (migraine).
