Wan'Dale Robinson WR | NYG
Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Tending to foot issue
Robinson was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a foot injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Robinson dealt with an ankle issue last week and now is tending to a new health concern as the Giants prep for Sunday's matchup with the Chiefs. During a Week 2 back-and-forth overtime loss at Dallas, Robinson handled a 70 percent snap share and reeled off eight catches (on 10 targets) for 142 yards and one touchdown, all of which were surpassed by No. 1 WR Malik Nabers' 9-167-2 line on 13 targets.

Christian Kirk WR | HOU
Texans' Christian Kirk: Back at practice Wednesday
Kirk (hamstring) is participating in Wednesday's practice, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Kirk is on the field for his first practice of the 2025 regular season, so while he figures to be officially listed as limited, this nonetheless represents a tangible step in the right direction for the veteran wideout. Texans coach DeMeco Ryans said Tuesday he expects Kirk to make his team debut versus Jacksonville on Sunday, a development that would figure to see him join Nico Collins atop a wide receiver corps otherwise housing Jayden Higgins, Xavier Hutchinson, Justin Watson and Jaylin Noel.

Malik Washington WR | MIA
Dolphins' Malik Washington: Cleared for Thursday Night Football
Washington (thumb) does not carry an injury designation for Thursday's matchup against the Bills, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Washington has had his practice reps limited due to a thumb injury apparently sustained during Miami's loss to the Patriots in Week 2, but he's listed as a full participant on Wednesday's estimated report and is ready to rock for Thursday Night Football. The No. 3 receiver secured one of two targets for two yards and carried the ball three times for 23 yards versus New England, while also racking up 122 yards and a touchdown in the return game.

Jaylen Waddle WR | MIA
Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Officially listed as questionable
Waddle (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Bills, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Waddle wasn't listed on Monday's estimated injury report, he was limited in practice Tuesday and is now officially questionable for Week 3. He had also been limited in practice leading into Miami's matchup against the Patriots in Week 2, but Waddle managed to enter that matchup without an injury designation. His being listed as questionable may simply be the result of Miami facing a short turnaround before Thursday Night Football against Buffalo. It would be surprising if Waddle doesn't suit up Thursday, but fantasy managers may have to wait until 90 minutes before the divisional matchup's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff for his status to be made official.

Jalen Royals WR | KC
Chiefs' Jalen Royals: Set to work at practice Wednesday
Coach Andy Reid said that Royals (knee) is in line to practice Wednesday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Royals, who has been managing knee tendinitis, is thus moving toward a potential return to action after missing the Chiefs' first two regular-season games. Once available, the 2025 fourth-rounder figures to compete with Tyquan Thornton and JuJu Smith-Schuster for WR snaps that don't go to Xavier Worthy (shoulder) and Hollywood Brown.
-
Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: In line to practice Wednesday
Coach Andy Reid said that Worthy (shoulder) will practice Wednesday, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
It remains to be seen how the Chiefs list Worthy's participation level, but this aligns with a previous report by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network that the wideout -- who was inactive Week 2 -- is trending toward a return to action Sunday against the Giants. In the absence of both Worthy (limited to three snaps in Week 1) and Jalen Royals (knee, also set to practice Wednesday), Hollywood Brown, Tyquan Thornton and JuJu Smith-Schuster have led Kansas City's WR corps early this season.

Noah Brown WR | WAS
Commanders' Noah Brown: Progressing, but won't practice
Commanders coach Dan Quinn said Brown (groin) will not practice Wednesday, JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington reports.
Brown was ruled out due to a groin injury early during last Thursday's loss to the Packers, but per Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site, Quinn said he's now "more encouraged than I was Monday," when he called the No. 3 receiver a longshot to suit up Week 3. That said, Brown will almost certainly need to resume practicing in at least a limited fashion Thursday and/or Friday for any chance of being cleared for Sunday's game against the Raiders, a game for which quarterback Jayden Daniels (knee) also looks uncertain.
-
Justin Watson WR | HOU
Texans' Justin Watson: Lands on IR
Watson (calf/Achilles) was placed on IR by the Texans on Wednesday.
Per Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston, Watson is dealing with a calf/Achilles injury, but given that the wideout's Achilles isn't torn, it's possible that he could be designated to return from IR at some point down the road. Either way, Watson will miss at least four games, but on the plus side from the perspective of the Texans, fellow WRs Christian Kirk (hamstring) and Braxton Berrios (hamstring) are expected to return to action in Week 3.

Tre Tucker WR | LV
Raiders' Tre Tucker: Targeted eight times
Tucker caught three of eight targets for 12 yards and rushed once for seven yards in Monday's 20-9 loss to the Chargers.
Tucker was unable to get much going Monday despite being targeted eight times through the air and playing 91 percent of the Raiders' offensive snaps. The third-year wideout should continue to have opportunities to produce in an offense that has quarterback Geno Smith averaging nearly 40 pass attempts per game through the first two weeks of the season. With that said, fellow wide receiver Jakobi Meyers, tight end Brock Bowers and rookie running back Ashton Jeanty all figure to have much larger target shares than Tucker most weeks. Tucker's next chance to improve upon this performance will come in a Week 3 matchup against the Commanders.
-
Dont'e Thornton Jr. WR | LV
Raiders' Dont'e Thornton: Records one catch against Chargers
Thornton caught one of four targets for 20 yards in Monday's 20-9 loss to the Chargers.
Thornton continued to operate as the Raiders No. 3 wide receiver Monday while playing 57 of the Raiders' 70 offensive snaps behind both Jakobi Meyers (65) and Tre Tucker (64). The rookie wideout saw four targets for the second straight week, so it appears that Las Vegas is intent on getting him the ball as a dynamic playmaker. With that said, Thornton likely faces a tough path to consistent fantasy production in an offense still trying to find its footing early in the season. Nonetheless, the 22-year-old will look to have more of an impact in Week 3 when the Raiders visit the Commanders.
