Dez Fitzpatrick WR | LAC
Dez Fitzpatrick: Heads back to practice squad
The Chargers reverted Fitzpatrick to their practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
With Joshua Palmer ruled out due to a foot injury in Week 18 against the Raiders, Fitzpatrick was elevated from the practice squad for his first game action of the campaign. In the contest, the 2021 fourth-round draft pick played 10 offensive snaps -- fifth-most among wideouts on the team -- and didn't get any targets. If Palmer is unable to return to action for the Chargers' wild-card round matchup versus Houston on Saturday, Fitzpatrick would be a candidate for another elevation.

Kendric Pryor WR | CIN
Kendric Pryor: Returns to practice squad
Pryor reverted to the Bengals' practice squad Monday.
Pryor played one snap on offense during the Bengals' 19-17 win over the Steelers on Saturday but did not record any stats. Pryor appeared in two games overall for the Bengals during the 2024 season, catching his lone pass for nine yards against the Raiders in Week 9.

Anthony Miller WR | BAL
Anthony Miller: Back to practice squad
Miller reverted to the Ravens' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Miller was elevated to the Raven's active roster for the regular-season finale against the Browns on Saturday but was inactive for the contest. He'll be available for elevation during Baltimore's postseason run in case the Ravens need additional help at wide receiver or on special teams.

Seth Williams WR | LV
Cowboys' Seth Williams: Gets reserve/future deal from DAL
Dallas signed Williams to a reserve/future contract Monday.
Williams was a sixth-round selection by Denver in the 2021 NFL Draft. He saw action in two games as a rookie, catching one pass for 34 yards over 47 offensive snaps. Williams began the 2024 campaign with Jacksonville but was cut near the end of training camp, and the Cowboys signed him to their practice squad in early October. He'll get an opportunity to compete for a spot on the team's roster during training camp next summer.

Jalen Moreno-Cropper WR | DAL
Cowboys' Jalen Moreno-Cropper: Inks reserve/future deal with DAL
The Cowboys signed Moreno-Cropper to a reserve/future contract Monday.
Moreno-Cropper originally signed with Dallas as an undrafted free agent in April of 2023. He's spent most of his time since on the team's practice squad, though he's gotten one elevation -- in Week 10 this season, he made his NFL debut and played 12 offensive snaps along with three special-teams snaps against Philadelphia without recording any other stats. Moreno-Cropper is now set to be part of the Dallas organization through the offseason and will try to earn a roster spot during training camp next summer.

Kelvin Harmon WR | DAL
Cowboys' Kelvin Harmon: Gets reserve/future deal from DAL
Harmon signed a reserve/future contract with the Cowboys on Monday.
Harmon is an NFL veteran who was selected by Washington in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. The wideout played a substantial amount during his rookie campaign, tallying 30 receptions on 44 targets for 365 yards, but he hasn't seen NFL action since. That partly has to do with a torn ACL he suffered during training camp ahead of his sophomore campaign, though he's long since recovered from that injury and did put together a 31-375-3 line over seven games with the UFL's D.C. Defenders last spring. With the reserve/future deal he signed Monday, Harmon will have the opportunity to compete for a spot on the Cowboys' roster during training camp this summer.

Trent Taylor WR | SF
49ers' Trent Taylor: Inks reserve/future deal
Taylor signed a reserve/future contract with San Francisco on Monday.
Taylor is very familiar with the 49ers after being selected by the organization in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He spent the first three years of his career with San Francisco before logging two seasons with Cincinnati and one with Chicago, and he rejoined the 49ers on a one-year contract last April. Taylor ended up spending most of the 2024 campaign on the team's practice squad but did get elevated for two contests, recording one catch for 11 yards over 14 offensive snaps. He'll continue to serve as organizational receiver depth through the offseason and will get a chance to compete for a roster spot during training camp next summer.

Terique Owens WR | SF
49ers' Terique Owens: Lands reserve/future deal
San Francisco signed Owens to a reserve/future contract Monday.
Owens signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in May. He hurt his hand early in training camp and ultimately reverted to IR before being waived with an injury settlement. However, the Missouri State product then rejoined San Francisco as a member of the practice squad in early October and remained there throughout the rest of the campaign. Owens will stick around in the organization during the offseason and will have a chance to compete for a roster spot during training camp next summer.

Cornell Powell WR | PIT
Seahawks' Cornell Powell: Staying in Seattle
The Seahawks signed Powell to a reserve/future contract Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Powell ended the season on the Seahawks' practice squad after being cut by the Chiefs on Oct. 22. He last saw NFL regular-season action in 2022 with Kansas City, during which he played 31 snaps (three on offense, 28 on special teams) across three games but didn't show up on the box score otherwise.

Jesse Matthews WR | ATL
Falcons' Jesse Matthews: Inks deal with Atlanta
The Falcons signed Matthews to a reserve/future contract Monday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
The San Diego State product spent the year on Atlanta's practice squad and has never appeared in an NFL game after going undrafted in 2023. Matthews will have the opportunity to be a part of the Falcons' offseason activities and attempt to earn a spot on their active roster next season.
