Rashid Shaheed WR | SEA
Seahawks' Rashid Shaheed: Concussion confirmed
Shaheed has been diagnosed with a concussion and won't return to Sunday's game at Carolina, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Shaheed was slammed to the turf out of bounds at the end of his eight-yard catch near the end of the first quarter and was slow to get up. He was evaluated for a possible head injury, which now has been confirmed. With Shaheed out for the rest of Week 17 and Cody White also exiting due to a groin injury, Cooper Kupp, Dareke Young and Jake Bobo currently are the healthy WRs available to Seattle's offense that aren't named Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Phillip Dorsett WR | LV
Raiders' Phillip Dorsett: Healthy scratch Week 17
Dorsett (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants.
Dorsett was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, but the veteran wide receiver's services are not needed for Sunday's contest. With Jack Bech (back) inactive, the Raiders will go with five active wide receivers in Tre Tucker, Tyler Lockett, Alex Bachman, Dont'e Thornton and Shedrick Jackson.

Van Jefferson WR | WAS
Titans' Van Jefferson: Hurts forearm Sunday
Jefferson (forearm) won't return to Sunday's game against the Saints.
Prior to injuring his forearm, Jefferson caught all three of his targets for 46 yards. In his absence, James Proche and Mason Kinsey are available to handle added WR snaps alongside Elic Ayomanor and Chimere Dike.

Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN
Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Sustains ribs injury
Waddle (ribs) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers.
Waddle injured his ribs in the second quarter of Miami's matchup against Tampa Bay. He didn't record a single reception before leaving the field Sunday, though he did log one carry for seven yards. Malik Washington, Cedrick Wilson, Theo Wease and Tahj Washington will operate as the Dolphins' only available wide receivers as long as Waddle remains sidelined.

Rashid Shaheed WR | SEA
Seahawks' Rashid Shaheed: Evaluated for possible concussion
Shaheed is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Shaheed will be ineligible to return to action Sunday if he is indeed diagnosed with a concussion and placed into the NFL's five-step recovery protocol. While Shaheed is sidelined, Dareke Young and Jake Bobo will handle increased roles on offense and in the return game.
-
Cody White WR | SEA
Seahawks' Cody White: Unlikely to return vs. Carolina
White (groin) is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Panthers.
White appeared to sustain the injury early in the first quarter while on punt coverage. The Seahawks would be down a pivotal contributor on special teams if White is unable to return, and Dareke Young and Jake Bobo are poised to take on larger roles on offense.

DJ Moore WR | BUF
Bears' DJ Moore: Added to report, iffy for Sunday
The Bears added Moore to their injury report and list him questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers due to an illness.
Moore was a full participant in practice throughout the week, but his availability for Week 17 is suddenly in question after he presumably fell ill overnight. Along with Moore, the Bears list fellow wideout Olamide Zaccheaus (illness) as questionable for Sunday's contest, while Rome Odunze (foot) is slated to miss a fourth consecutive game. Clarity on the statuses of Moore and Zaccheaus should arrive when the Bears post their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, but if neither player is available, Chicago would be left with Luther Burden, Devin Duvernay, Jahdae Walker and JP Richardson at receiver.

Olamide Zaccheaus WR | ATL
Bears' Olamide Zaccheaus: Questionable for Sunday night
Zaccheaus is now listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers due to an illness.
Along with Zaccheaus, the Bears also added fellow wideout DJ Moore to their injury report and list him as questionable for the Week 17 contest. Clarity on the statuses of both wideouts will be available when Chicago posts its inactive list 90 minutes ahead of Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. With Rome Odunze (foot) already ruled out for Week 17, Luther Burden, Devin Duvernay, Jahdae Walker and JP Richardson would be the Bears' other options at receivers if both Moore and Zaccheaus end up sitting out.
