The Texans signed Speed to their practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. Speed was added to the active roster Saturday.

The third-year corner from Michigan State was dropped by the Browns in early October, but it now appears he's found a new home in Houston. Speed's last in-game action came with the Bears in 2024, when he appeared in two contests and failed to record a stat across 17 total snaps (14 on special teams, three on defense).

Brownlee (hip) has been downgraded and is listed as doubtful ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Falcons.

The second-year pro from Louisville was added to the Jets' injury report Friday due to a hip issue, and it now appears he's trending toward not playing in Sunday's contest. If Brownlee is sidelined as expected in Week 13, Ja'Sir Taylor and Qwan'tez Stiggers will likely have expanded roles in New York's secondary.

Lazard (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

The injury is a new one for Lazard, as he wasn't listed on the Jets' injury report during Week 13 prep. His status may not be officially known until the Jets announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Lazard is not cleared to play, then Isaiah Williams, Arian Smith and Tyler Johnson would be the top candidates to see more offensive snaps.

Schooler (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Monday night's matchup against the Giants, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

The Texas product logged consecutive DNPs to begin the Patriots' week of practice after sustaining an ankle injury in the Week 12 win over the Bengals, so his absence Monday night comes as no surprise. Expect Dell Pettus to operate as New England's top reserve safety while Schooler is sidelined in Week 13.

The BYU product downgraded from limited practice Thursday to a DNP on Friday, suggesting he's trending in the wrong direction ahead of Monday night's contest. Tonga has appeared in all 12 of New England's games this season, tallying 19 total tackles and two passes defensed. If he's unavailable in Week 13, Eric Gregory will likely play as the Patriots' top nose tackle.

Landry (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday night's matchup against the Giants, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

Despite logging consecutive DNPs to being New England's week of practice, Landry has a chance to suit up Monday night. The first-year Patriot has not missed a game this season, recording 41 total tackles, including 6.5 sacks, and one forced fumble across 12 appearances. If he's sidelined in Week 13, expect Anfernee Jennings and Caleb Murphy to have expanded roles with New England's first-team defense.

Williams (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars.

Williams was added to the Titans' injury report Saturday and may be unavailable for the Week 13 divisional matchup due to an illness. If he's sidelined for the second time this season Sunday, expect Dorian Mausi and Joe Bachie to operate as the Titans' top reserve inside linebackers.

Cook, who sustained an ankle injury in Thursday's 31-28 loss to the Cowboys, avoided a high-ankle sprain, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Despite the encouraging injury update, the Chiefs are likely to proceed cautiously with Cook given his significant ankle injury in 2023, which sidelined him for the final nine games of the season. He's appeared in all 12 of Kansas City's contests this year, recording 50 total tackles and four passes defensed. If inactive for the Week 14 matchup against the Texans, Jaden Hicks will likely to step in and start at free safety.

Witherspoon (shoulder) was activated from the injured reserve list Saturday and has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Panthers.

The 30-year-old will suit up Sunday for the first time since sustaining a broken shoulder blade in the Rams' Week 2 win over the Titans. Witherspoon was a key part of Los Angeles' secondary in 2024, recording 31 total tackles and nine passes defended, including one interception, across 13 regular-season contests. Now fully healthy, he's expected to operate as one of the Rams' top boundary corners in Week 13.
