Head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters that Dugger (knee) is questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Browns, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Dugger likely sustained a knee injury at some point this week, as he popped up on New England's injury report Thursday as a limited practice participant. The 29-year-old started at strong safety in each of the Patriots' last two contests, recording five total tackles while Jaylinn Hawkins was sidelined with a hamstring injury. With Hawkins back to full health, Dugger is expected to operate as a reserve safety if available for Sunday's game.

Williams has cleared concussion protocol and will be available to play Sunday against New Orleans, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Williams has appeared in just one game this season, logging six snaps on special teams and two on offense. He's yet to touch the ball outside of five kick returns.

Vea (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Despite the questionable tag, Vea is expected to play against New Orleans, according to Stroud. Vea has started all seven games to this point and has recorded 17 tackles (eight solo), including 2.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery on 75 percent of the defensive snaps.

Head coach Shane Steichen said Friday that Leonard will remain the Colts' No. 2 quarterback "for now," James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

The 2025 sixth-round pick from Notre Dame served as Indianapolis' emergency third quarterback for the first five games of the season. However, with Anthony Richardson (orbital) being placed on injured reserve Oct. 13, Leonard stepped in as starter Daniel Jones' top backup in the Week 7 win over the Chargers, and the Colts appear content to stick with Leonard in the No. 2 role for at least another week. Brett Rypien looms on the practice squad as a more experienced option if the Colts elect to replace Leonard down the road.

Jones (groin) is not expected to be activated from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Jones has been sidelined since going down with the groin injury in Week 1. Mekhi Blackmon and Cameron Mitchell handled outside cornerback duties with Kenny Moore covering the slot last Sunday against the Chargers.

Ebukam (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Ebukam suffered a multi-week MCL injury in last Sunday's win over the Chargers, so his absence isn't unexpected. With Ebukam out, Tyquan Lewis (groin) and JT Tuimoloau are expected to see increased reps on defense.

Penix (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, though Falcons coach Raheem Morris said Friday that he feels good about Penix's chances of playing, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

Penix has had his practice reps limited by a knee injury that he sustained late in Atlanta's Week 7 loss to the 49ers. The second-year quarterback seems to be trending toward playing, but if Penix is unable to suit up, Kirk Cousins would be the next man up at home against the 1-6 Dolphins. A final determination on Penix's status may not come until 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Ridley (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Colts, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

With Ridley slated to miss his second straight game, Elic Ayomanor, Van Jefferson and Chimere Dike will continue to lead the Titans' WR corps this weekend. Ridley's next chance to play will arrive Sunday, Nov. 2 against the Chargers.

In the event that Lamar Jackson (hamstring) is unable to play Sunday against the Bears, coach John Harbaugh noted Friday that Huntley would get the starting nod over Cooper Rush.

Harbaugh described Jackson as a full practice participant Friday but fell short of declaring that the star QB would play Sunday. In any case, if the Ravens elect to hold Jackson out this weekend, Rush isn't in consideration to fill in, after having gone 0-2 while subbing in for the 1-5 team. Huntley thus represents an option for those who roster Jackson and don't already have a contingency plan.

After being limited Wednesday and Thursday, Jackson is trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears. The Ravens' upcoming injury report will reveal both the star QB's official participation level Friday, as well as whether he heads into the weekend with an injury designation or cleared for Week 8 action. In the event that Jackson ends up sidelined this weekend, however, Harbaugh noted that the team would turn to Tyler Huntley (who is currently on the practice squad), rather than Cooper Rush, who has gone 0-2 while filling in as Baltimore's starting signal-caller.
