The Panthers signed Moore to their practice squad Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Moore will stick around in Carolina, albeit on the practice squad, after previously being released by the team. The 31-year-old caught just one pass across four appearances with the Panthers last season. He will likely only be elevated should the team suffer injuries at the position.

The Bengals signed Clifford to the practice squad Monday.

The Bengals waived Clifford during Sunday's cutdown day. The quarterback was able to clear waivers and has now returned to the team. Clifford will likely return to the active roster if Joe Burrow or Joe Flacco suffers an injury that requires them to miss time.

Chicago signed Scott to its practice squad Tuesday.

After spending his rookie season playing third fiddle to veteran Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason, Scott was replaced on the Vikings' depth chart by rookie sixth-rounder Demond Claiborne during training camp and cuts. His ability as a receiver could create at least a little fantasy intrigue if he finds his way onto the field with the Bears during the regular season.

The Bengals signed Hudson to the practice squad Tuesday.

While Hudson was unable to make the Bengals' initial 53-man roster, the organization still wants the tight end around. If Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample, Erick All or Jack Endries must miss time due to injury, Hudson will likely be elevated from the practice squad to the active roster to fill the open role.

The Browns signed McLaughlin to the practice squad Tuesday.

McLaughlin was waived by the Broncos on Sunday but will get a new opportunity with the Browns, where he would be a top candidate for elevation to the active roster if one of Quinshon Judkins, Dylan Sampson or Raheim Sanders miss time. McLaughlin appeared in eight regular-season games for Denver last year, logging 37 carries for 187 yards and a touchdown while adding four catches on six targets for 27 yards.

Dodson is headed to Carolina after being let go by Miami on Sunday. The 28-year-old racked up 129 tackles (72 solo), including 5.0 sacks, and an interception across 16 games with the Dolphins last season, and he can contribute on both defense and special teams if called up by the Panthers.

Chicago signed Ahmed to its practice squad Monday.

Ahmed made a late push for a spot on the Bears' initial 53-man roster for 2026, showing off some capability as a receiver during the preseason, but he just missed the cut before being brought onto the practice squad. With that said, his status will be worth monitoring as early as Week 1 if Kyle Monangai (knee) proves unavailable to start the regular season.

The Giants waived James (undisclosed) from injured reserve Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

James was set to miss the whole 2026 season after reverting to the Giants' injured reserve in mid-August. If he goes unclaimed off waivers, he'll have the opportunity to sign and play with a team once fully healthy.

The NFL announced Tuesday that Walker has been suspended for the first three games of the regular season, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

It's not immediately clear why Walker has been suspended, but it's worth noting that he was suspended for 12 games last year. The veteran defensive back hasn't played in a regular-season game since 2023 and is currently a free agent.

The Texans placed Hagen (undisclosed) on injured reserve Tuesday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Hagen is an undrafted free agent out of South Dakota State. The reserve offensive lineman is 6-foot-6 and 320 pounds. The Texans clearly valued the rookie's training camp production, as the choice to keep the young player on the active roster will give him a chance to return to the 2026 season after at least four games on IR.
