The Bills signed Dortch to their practice squad Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

In a Lions receiving corps that isn't exactly deep behind Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams and Isaac TeSlaa, Dortch was unable to escape cutdown day Sunday as a roster casualty in Detroit. Upon joining the Bills, Dortch similarly has a difficult path to relevance, though two of the team's top three wide receivers -- Khalil Shakir (undisclosed) and Keon Coleman (foot) -- are tending to injuries at the moment. In any case, Buffalo will have three opportunities to elevate Dortch from the practice squad in-season before needing to make a decision to add him to the active roster.

Green Bay cut Kinnard (ankle) on Sunday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kinnard had a big role on Green Bay's offensive line last year, playing in all 17 regular-season games and making four starts. However, he didn't make the cut for the team's 53-man roster heading into the 2026 campaign. Kinnard is now a free agent and can sign with any team in the NFL.

The Falcons signed Dewberry to the practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Dewberry was carted off the field during the Falcons' preseason contest with the Colts on Aug. 22. The guard has recovered from the leg injury he sustained during the contest and is all set to suit up with the team's practice squad as supplemental offensive-line depth.

Zakelj (undisclosed) was placed on the 49ers' injured reserve Sunday.

The nature of Zakelj's injury is unclear, as is when he exactly picked up the injury. However, by being placed on IR without a designation to return, the 2022 sixth-rounder will be forced to miss the entire upcoming season unless he reached an injury settlement with San Francisco.

The 49ers placed Toth (concussion) on injured reserve Sunday.

Toth missed most of training camp due to a concussion, an issue which prevented him from playing in the Eagles' wild-card loss to the 49ers in January. Because there was no designation to return attached to his placement on IR, Toth will be required to miss the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the 49ers.

The Steelers placed Driscoll (undisclosed) on injured reserve Monday with a designation to return, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.

Driscoll will now need to miss at least four games of the regular season on injured reserve before he is eligible to return to the Steelers' active roster. The offensive tackle is dealing with an unknown issue, and it is unclear if he will need more than the minimum required time to recover.

Blue is slated to sign with the Eagles' practice squad, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

A fifth-round pick of the Cowboys in 2025, Blue got some run as a rookie with 38 carries for 129 yards (3.4 YPC) and one touchdown in five regular-season appearances, although most of that production came in Week 18. Dallas opted to waive him Sunday and then didn't re-sign him to the practice squad, allowing the team's NFC East rivals to swoop in. Blue will be a candidate for elevation if any of Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby or Will Shipley get injured.

Roberts (undisclosed) reverted to the Raiders' IR on Monday, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.

Roberts was waived/injured with an undisclosed issue Sunday and went unclaimed on waivers. As such, he'll need to miss the entire 2026 season unless he works out an injury settlement with Las Vegas.

The Steelers placed Kent (undisclosed) on the reserve/PUP list Monday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.

Kent spent all of training camp on the active/PUP list, enabling the cornerback to start the regular season on the reserve/PUP list. The 24-year-old will need to miss at least the first four games of the regular season before he is eligible to return to the active roster.

The 49ers placed Pleasants (knee) on injured reserve with a designation to return Sunday.

Pleasants sustained a knee injury during the 49ers' preseason game against the Chargers on Aug. 20. The injury is severe enough for 29-year-old offensive tackle to open the year on IR, meaning he'll be forced to miss at least the first four games of the regular season.
