  • 49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Busy night during TNF

Pineiro went 4-for-4 on field-goal tries and made both of his extra-point attempts in Thursday's 26-23 overtime win over the Rams.

Pineiro came up big in Week 5, making field goals from 37, 20, 59 and 41 yards in the victory, the last of which was ultimately the final score of the game. The kicker has now gone 11-for-11 on field-goal attempts, including two makes from 50-plus yards, while converting six of seven extra-point tries over four games with the 49ers this season.

  • Joshua Karty K | ARI

Karty went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and 2-for-3 on extra-point tries in Thursday's 26-23 overtime loss to the 49ers.

Karty missed a 53-yard field-goal try wide right early in the third quarter before later making a game-tying 48-yarder with two seconds left in regulation. The kicker also had a PAT blocked in the fourth quarter, marking his second missed extra-point attempt of the year. Through five games, Karty has gone 9-for-12 on field-goal attempts, including 1-for-2 from 50-plus yards, while also making 12 of 14 PATs.

  • Dee Winters LB | DAL

Winters (shoulder) hast returned to Thursday night's game against the Rams, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

The linebacker has two tackles (one solo) on the night. Winters played on nearly every defensive snap across the first four weeks, recording 32 tackles (24 solo) in those contests.

  • 49ers' Yetur Gross-Matos: Ruled out Thursday

Gross-Matos has a hamstring injury and has been ruled out for the rest of Thursday's game against the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The defensive end broke up one pass before exiting. Gross-Matos played on fewer than 40 percent of the defensive snaps in each of San Francisco's first four games.

  • Kalia Davis DT | CLE

49ers' Kalia Davis: Ruled out Thursday

Davis (hand) has been ruled out for the rest of Thursday night's game against the Rams, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The defensive tackle exited in the first half after making two tackles. In his absence, Alfred Collins should see more snaps.

  • Kalia Davis DT | CLE

49ers' Kalia Davis: Questionable to return Thursday

Davis (hand) is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

  • Haason Reddick OLB | TB

    Buccaneers' Haason Reddick: Practices Thursday

Reddick (neck) was a full participant in Thursday's practice session.

The pass rusher was estimated as a limited participant in Wednesday's walkthrough. Reddick suffered a stinger in Tampa Bay's Week 4 loss to Philadelphia but avoided a concussion. The veteran played on 79 percent or more of the Buccaneers' defensive snaps in each of the first three games.

  • Jamel Dean CB | PIT

Buccaneers' Jamel Dean: Doesn't practice Thursday

Dean (hip) did not participate in Thursday's practice.

Dean has opened the week with back-to-back DNPs due to a hip injury, which he sustained during Tampa Bay's Week 4 loss to Philadelphia. The 2019 third-rounder would have to practice in at least a limited capacity Friday in order to have a realistic chance of playing against the Seahawks on Sunday. Josh Hayes would be a candidate to start at outside corner opposite Zyon McCollum if both Dean and Benjamin Morrison (hamstring) were not cleared to play versus Seattle.

  • Greg Gaines DT | BUF

Buccaneers' Greg Gaines: Full practice Thursday

Gaines (pectoral) was a full participant at practice Thursday.

Gaines was considered a non-participant at the team's walkthrough Wednesday, but he now appears to be on track to play in Week 5. The 29-year-old will likely operate in a reserve role behind Logan Hall and Elijah Roberts on the defensive line Sunday in Seattle.

  • Tykee Smith SAF | TB

Buccaneers' Tykee Smith: Logs limited practice

Smith (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Smith is nursing an ankle injury that he may have sustained during the Bucs' Week 4 loss to the Eagles. Smith has logged a DNP-LP practice log this week, so Friday's injury report will indicate his chances of playing in Sunday's road game against the Seahawks. Smith has logged 33 tackles (20 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and four pass defenses through the first four games of the regular season.
