  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Eagles' Hollywood Brown: Out again in Week 4

Brown (ankle) is listed as out ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams.

Brown didn't practice all week and will now miss his second game of the 2026 campaign. With DeVonta Smith (hamstring) ruled out, Brown could have had an enhanced role if he was cleared to play in Week 4. However, with Brown, Smith and Dallas Goedert (knee) all on the shelf, Dontayvion Wicks and Makai Lemon will likely serve as Jalen Hurts' primary receiving options.

  • Kaden Elliss LB | NO

Saints' Kaden Elliss: DNP again Friday

Elliss (calf) did not participate in Friday's practice.

Elliss has now missed consecutive sessions due to a calf injury. The linebacker has one more opportunity to log a limited practice Saturday. If Elliss cannot get on the field for at least one prep session, the odds of the 31-year-old suiting up for Monday night's game against the Falcons are close to zero.

  • Tyson Bagent QB | CHI

Bears' Tyson Bagent: Expected to start Sunday

Bagent is expected to start Sunday versus the Jets after getting first-team reps in practice, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. However, coach Ben Johnson has not yet confirmed the plan.

Bagent was the backup to Case Keenum in Week 3 against Philadelphia with Caleb Williams (hamstring) sidelined due to a hamstring injury. That arrangement likely had something to do with Bagent coming off a concussion, which resulted in Keenum handling much of the first-team reps in practice during the week. It appeared Keenum may have seized the starting job for Week 4 (with Williams still out of action) after leading Chicago to a win against the Eagles while throwing for 247 yards and two touchdowns, but Bagent's work with the first team this week during practice suggests the script is flipping again. With that said, Johnson has refused so far to announce a Week 4 starter at QB, so it can't yet be said for certain what roles Keenum and Bagent will have this weekend.

  • Davante Adams WR | LAR

Rams' Davante Adams: Reverting back to WR2 vs. Philadelphia

Adams will serve as the Rams' WR2 against the Eagles on Sunday after Puka Nacua (hip) was cleared to play, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

After a quiet Week 1 against the 49ers in Australia, Adams has put together a 15-332-2 receiving line (23 targets) over the Rams' last two games in the absence of Nacua. The latter does not carry an injury designation for Week 4, though Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com relays that the Rams are still figuring out what kind of snap count that Nacua will operate under in his return. Given that, Adams still figures to be a top target for Matthew Stafford in the passing game, particularly in the red zone, where Adams has thrived for his entire NFL career.

  • Deonte Banks CB | NYG

Giants' Deonte Banks: Set to suit up Sunday

Banks (calf) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Banks missed the Giants' Week 2 and Week 3 contests due to his calf injury. The 25-year-old was limited in the Giants' Wednesday and Thursday practice sessions but upgraded to a full participant in Friday's practice. The outside cornerback is all set to suit up for Sunday's game opposite Greg Newsome.

  • Will Shipley RB | PHI

Eagles' Will Shipley: Avoids injury designation for Week 4

Shipley (foot) practiced in full on Friday and does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams.

Shipley has been battling a foot injury. He didn't practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday. However, after logging a full session Friday, the 24-year-old is good to go for the Week 4 meeting with Los Angeles. Shipley is second on the team in snaps at the running back position behind Saquon Barkley, though he hasn't done much, amassing 28 yards off nine carries throughout the first three weeks of the 2026 campaign.

  • Germie Bernard WR | PIT

Steelers' Germie Bernard: Two catches vs. Cleveland

Bernard caught both of his passes for 11 yards during the Steelers' 27-24 loss to the Browns on Thursday.

Bernard was not targeted by Aaron Rodgers until late in the fourth quarter, with the duo connecting on passes for six and five yards to help set up a three-yard touchdown catch by Pat Freiermuth after the two-minute warning. The rookie second-rounder was on the field for 29 of the Steelers' 72 offensive snaps (40.3 percent), which was third-most among wide receivers behind DK Metcalf (70) and Michael Pittman (52) and ahead of Roman Wilson (22). Bernard has a 7-60-0 receiving line on 11 targets through four regular-season games, though his role in the offense will be limited behind Metcalf, Pittman, Freiermuth, Darnell Washington and Jaylen Warren. The Steelers head back home for Week 5 against the Cotls on Sunday, Oct. 11.

  • Tyler Nubin SAF | NYG

Giants' Tyler Nubin: No injury designation ahead of Week 4

Nubin (calf) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Nubin upgraded to a full participant in Friday's practice after being limited for the first two sessions of Week 4 prep. The strong safety is all set to suit up for Sunday's contest alongside free safety Jevon Holland.

  • Giants' Tyrone Tracy: Set for Sunday

Tracy (knee) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Tracy upgraded his practice participation level in each of the Giants' Week 4 prep sessions. The running back went from a DNP on Wednesday to limited Thursday before finally achieving full participation Friday, in time to avoid any injury designation. Tracy is set to suit up for Sunday's game as the No. 3 option behind Cam Skattebo and Najee Harris.

  • D.J. Reed CB | DET

Lions' D.J. Reed: Questionable for Sunday

Reed (ribs) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Reed logged limited practice sessions throughout the Lions' Week 4 preparations. The cornerback's status for Sunday's contest remains uncertain as he works through the rib issue he suffered in the Week 3 win over the Jets. If Reed cannot suit up, Rock Ya-Sin will likely start at outside cornerback across from Ennis Rakestraw.
