Smith (thumb) could return for the Cowboys' Week 5 matchup against the Buccaneers, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

Smith continues to work back from a procedure to fix a thumb injury he suffered near the start of the regular season. The left guard could return in Week 5, but the short lead-up to Thursday's game could set the 25-year-old back another week. Once Smith returns, T.J. Bass should revert to his role as a depth piece for the Cowboys' offensive line.

Cross (illness) won't travel to London with the Commanders and has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Colts.

It will be the second straight absence for Cross, and what was originally deemed an "internal injury" is now being called an "illness." It's not quite clear what he's dealing with, but the fifth-year safety's inability to suit up will leave a hole in Washington's secondary. Quan Martin logged a greater defensive snap share in Week 3 and will likely do so again Sunday in Cross's stead.

Williams caught two passes on four targets for 15 yards during the Commanders' 33-31 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.

The rookie third-rounder's two catches both came in the second quarter, and his six-yard reception at the 0:41 mark helped lead to a 57-yard field goal from Drew Stevens two plays later to give the Commanders a 17-10 lead heading into halftime. Williams' 28 offensive snap were third-most among Washington's wide receivers, ahead of Treylon Burks (25) and Dyami Brown (21) but well behind Terry McLaurin (52) and Stefon Diggs (41). Williams will take a 9-103-1 receiving line (on 11 targets) into a Week 4 clash against the Colts this Sunday in London, England.

The Browns released Green (undisclosed) from injured reserve Tuesday with an injury settlement, Kelsey Russo of the team's official site reports.

The Browns placed Green on IR Aug. 7. The offensive guard likely believes he can play in 2026 and thus settled with the team. Once Green recovers from his undisclosed issue, he will be free to sign with any organization.

Cameron secured one of two targets for a 12-yard touchdown in Sunday's 35-6 win over the Patriots.

Cameron got the scoring started early in the second quarter, catching the first of Trevor Lawrence's three touchdowns. Cameron played 23 offensive snaps against New England, the same amount as Brian Thomas behind Parker Washington and Jakobi Meyers, who both played 50 snaps on offense. Cameron could be pushing Thomas for the WR3 role in Jacksonville.

Hunter played five offensive snaps in Sunday's 35-6 win over the Patriots.

He failed to see a target in the passing game for the second straight week and is clearly not in the team's plans on that side of the ball with everyone healthy at wideout. Hunter would likely need one or even two injuries ahead of him on the depth chart to see significant snaps on offense. On defense against New England, Hunter logged four tackles (three solo) and one pass breakup, including his first career regular-season interception.

Cosmi (concussion) isn't traveling with the Commanders to London and won't play Sunday versus Indianapolis.

Cosmi suffered a concussion in Week 2 against Dallas and wasn't able to play this past Sunday versus Seattle. He's now slated to miss a second straight game while remaining in concussion protocol. With Cosmi out Week 3, Nick Allegretti slid over to right guard while Lucas Patrick started at center.

Allen played 15 snaps on special teams and didn't show up in the box score otherwise during the Commanders' 33-31 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.

After being limited mostly to garbage time through the first two games of the regular season, the rookie sixth-rounder didn't see the field on offense against Seattle. Allen saw a heavy workload during the preseason, but he figures to be an afterthought in the Commanders' offensive gameplan unless one of Jacory Croskey-Merritt or Rachaad White were to miss time. The Commanders head to London for a Week 4 tilt against the Colts this Sunday.

Okonkwo (hamstring) will travel with the Commanders to London ahead of the team's Week 4 game against the Colts this Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

A hamstring injury has prevented Okonkwo from playing in each of the Commanders' last two games, leading to the team leaning more heavily on Ben Sinnott, John Bates and Colson Yankoff at tight end. Okonkwo's practice participation over the coming days will be worth monitoring, as a full session would greatly increase his chances of being cleared to play against Indianapolis. He signed a three-year contract with the Commanders in March following four years with the Titans, and he finished the 2025 regular season with career highs in receptions (56), yards (560) and targets (79) across 17 games.

Daniels (elbow) is traveling with the Commanders to London ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

As expected, Daniels will make the trip across the pond and participate in practices over the coming days. He has a lot of work ahead of him in order to be cleared to play Sunday as he continues to recover from a dislocated elbow, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Marcus Mariota get the starting nod for a second week in a row. Logging a full practice at least once this week would go a long way in Daniels' efforts to return to the field.
