Monangai was listed with an ankle injury ahead of the Bears' Week 10 matchup against the Giants, but his listed lack of activity to begin Week 14 prep is somewhat worrisome as the team prepares for Sunday's road showdown with the Packers. His status thus will be monitored closely as the week continues to see if he practices Thursday and/or Friday, after which the Bears may tag him with a designation. D'Andre Swift would take on most of the backfield reps this weekend if Monangai is inhibited or sidelined.

Raymond (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's contest against the Cowboys.

Raymond thus will sit out a second game in a row due to an ankle injury that he sustained Week 12. Meanwhile, the Lions are listing top WR Amon-Ra St. Brown as questionable due to his own ankle issue. With Downs logging a DNP in Wednesday's walk-through as he contends with hip and knee issues, the wideout's status is now worth monitoring as Sunday's game against the Jaguars approaches. In each of his last two games, Downs has caught two of his six targets for a combined total of 54 yards in that span.

Wright (neck) has been ruled out for Thursday's game versus the Cowboys.

Wright now will miss a second consecutive contest due to a tracheal injury that may result in an extended absence, as coach Dan Campbell told Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press on Sunday. With Sam LaPorta (back) potentially out for the season, the Lions will lean on Ross Dwelley, Anthony Firkser and Hayden Rucci at TE in Week 14. Wright's next chance to suit up is Sunday, Dec. 14 at the Rams.

St. Brown (ankle) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Cowboys.

St. Brown departed in the first quarter of last Thursday's loss to the Packers and wasn't able to return due to an ankle injury. He was diagnosed with a low left-ankle sprain in the wake of the contest, and he proceeded to miss all three sessions of Week 14 prep. Despite the lack of activity this week, St. Brown still has a chance to play Thursday, with coach Dan Campbell telling Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com on Tuesday that "if he can play, he'll play." St. Brown added that his ankle "hurts, but it's getting better. So, that's the good news. Just day by day." If St. Brown isn't able to suit up, Jameson Williams will be the clear-cut top WR for the Lions, with Isaac TeSlaa, Tom Kennedy and Dominic Lovett also on hand for targets, as Kalif Raymond (ankle) has been ruled out.

When asked Wednesday if the Chargers are preparing as if Herbert (left hand) is starting this coming Monday against the Eagles, coach Jim Harbaugh said, "Yeah, we're preparing. We're optimistic that that's going to be the case," Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

For now, Herbert, who underwent surgery to stabilize a fracture in his left hand Monday, is considered day-to-day. Though the QB will be present for Wednesday's practice, he will not participate in the session, per Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site. Herbert's official practice status will be posted Thursday and Friday on the team's upcoming injury reports, with his game status set to be announced Saturday.

The veteran safety has appeared in just seven games this season, recording 29 total tackles and one pass defensed. If active in Week 14, Hooker is expected to start opposite Donovan Wilson in the Cowboys' secondary.

Pickens (calf/knee) doesn't have a designation for Thursday's game at Detroit, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

For the second week in a row, Pickens was listed with calf and knee injuries, which limited him at Monday's practice. He followed up that capped session with a full practice Tuesday and full walkthrough Wednesday, clearing him for Week 14 action. Pickens has continued to be a menace to opposing defenses since the Cowboys' Week 10 bye, gathering in 24 of 33 targets for 378 yards and two touchdowns over the last three contests.

Clowney (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Thursday night's matchup against the Lions, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The 32-year-old upgraded from a DNP on Tuesday to limited practice Wednesday, suggesting he's trending in the right direction ahead of Thursday's contest. Clowney has appeared in nine games for the Cowboys this season, recording 27 total tackles, including 4.0 sacks, and three passes defensed. If Clowney is inactive for the Week 14 matchup, expect Sam Williams to operate as Dallas' top reserve defensive end.
