The Packers are waiving Havrisik on Tuesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Havrisik will be let go to make room for new kicker Lenny Krieg on the 90-man roster. Last year, Havrisik converted all four of his field-goal attempts and seven of nine extra-point tries across three regular-season games with Green Bay, and he also spent time on the team's practice squad. Kreig will provide competition for rookie sixth-round pick Trey Smack in training camp.

Coach Jeff Hafley stated Tuesday that Duck (knee) will likely be sidelined until midseason, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Duck was placed on the active/PUP list last Thursday with a persistent knee injury he suffered last October. The cornerback will seemingly be unable to participate in any training camp or preseason activities, and the Dolphins will need to rely on depth options such as JuJu Brents for opening day.

Coach Kevin O'Connell noted Tuesday that Murray and J.J. McCarthy are slated to split reps with the first-team offense during training camp, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

O'Connell has a timeline in place to announce the Vikings' starter at QB, but at this stage it's unclear how long he'll wait to make that call. For now, Murray profiles as the favorite to land the Week 1 start, but that's a narrative that could change if McCarthy looks sharp as training camp progresses.

McCarthy and Kyler Murray will split first-team reps during the early portion of training camp, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

McCarthy and Murray continue to engage in what seems like one of the league's few true quarterback competitions. Head coach Kevin O'Connell has stated that he has a timeline in place to announce a starter, but what that schedule is hasn't been revealed publicly. A 2024 first-round pick, McCarthy missed his entire rookie season due to injury and then logged an up-and-down Year 2, throwing for 1,632 yards with an 11:12 TD:INT across 10 regular-season starts in 2025.

Allar is set to work with the third-string offense in training camp, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Allar is set to compete with Will Howard, working with "the other groups" as Mason Rudolph takes snaps with the second-team offense. With Aaron Rodgers currently set to remain as the No. 1 quarterback, Allar and Howard will need to fight to take the No. 3 spot on the depth chart.

McConkey (hamstring) said he'll be "full go" for the start of training camp Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

The wideout will avoid placement on the active/PUP list after he battled a strained left hamstring during spring practices. McConkey had a down season in 2025 due in large part to the presence of Keenan Allen, who siphoned away targets in the middle of the field, but the veteran wasn't re-signed. McConkey is expected to be a featured part of new offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel's scheme that is built on speed and quickness. It would be a pretty big disappointment if McConkey isn't able to improve on his 66-789-6 receiving line over 16 regular-season games from last season after he went for 1,149 yards and seven touchdowns as a rookie in 2024 without Allen in the picture.

The Steelers placed Porter (back) on the active/PUP list Tuesday.

Porter was off to the side on an exercise bike during spring practices, and he aggravated a back issue Tuesday morning, according to Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com. There's been no indication Porter is dealing with a long-term issue. He dealt with elbow, hip and hamstring injuries last season, limiting him to 14 regular-season contests.

The Eagles are signing Carter to a four-year extension worth up to $160 million, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Carter's new deal runs through the 2031 season and includes $106 million guaranteed, making him the highest-paid defensive tackle in NFL history. During the 2025 regular season, Carter played 12 games, recording 33 tackles (21 solo), including 3.0 sacks, and seven passes defended. The 2023 first-rounder -- who has been selected to each of the past two Pro Bowls -- is set to remain a key cog on the Eagles' defensive line for the foreseeable future.

Though Richardson's trade request is still on the table, GM Chris Ballard's stance regarding the QB's status remains unchanged, Kevin Bowen of 1075thefan.com reports.

Ballard said the current intention is for the Colts to carry three quarterbacks into the regular season, and for now Richardson remains in the backup mix behind Daniel Jones, along with Riley Leonard and Easton Stick. Regarding Richardson, whom the team took fourth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, Ballard noted, "We are not just giving him away." It's still possible that another team looking for QB depth will explore dealing for Richardson in the coming weeks, but for now he's on track to compete for slotting behind Jones (Achilles), who indicated Monday that he'll be full go to start training camp.

Jones (neck) has been cleared to participate in training camp, Mark Kaboly of 93.7 The Fan Pittsburgh reports.

Jones suffered a neck injury in Week 12 that kept him out for the rest of the 2025 season. The 25-year-old's return makes for an interesting competition at Pittsburgh's tackle positions. With Troy Fautanu presumably locked in at one of the tackle spots, the other starting role will likely come down to Jones or Max Iheanachor, whom Pittsburgh drafted No. 21 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft. Given the team declined to pick up Jones' fifth-year option, his future on the roster could be in doubt if he's unable to win the starting job.
