    Sherwood tallied 11 tackles (seven solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's Week 16 loss to the Saints.

    Sherwood tied for the Jets lead in stops and reached double digits in that category for the third time in the past five weeks. He also picked up his second sack of the season when he brought down Tyler Shough for a 10-yard loss on the first play of the second quarter. Sherwood ranks seventh in the NFL with 140 tackles this season, and he's within reach of the career-high 158 stops he posted last year.

  • Buccaneers' SirVocea Dennis: Records sack in loss

    Dennis logged eight tackles (six solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Tampa Bay's loss versus the Panthers on Sunday.

    Dennis finished second on the team in tackles during the loss in addition to recording his third sack of the campaign. The 25-year-old is having the best season of his career, as he's already set new personal bests in both tackles and sacks.

    Cardinals' Budda Baker: Registers 10 stops in Week 16

    Baker totaled 10 tackles (four solo) and a defensed pass Sunday in a loss to Buffalo.

    Baker briefly left the game to be evaluated for a concussion but was able to return shortly thereafter. He ended up tying his season high in stops, with his previous 10-tackle performance taking place Week 1 against New Orleans. Baker has posted 111 tackles on the campaign, marking his sixth career regular season with triple-digit stops. He's also notched five defensed passes, including an interception, this season.

  • Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Sacks Mayfield in Week 16 victory

    Rozeboom posted eight tackles (three solo)m including 1.0 sacks, during the Panthers' 23-20 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

    Rozeboom was one of four Panther defenders to play every single defensive snap during Sunday's NFC South tilt, and he finished as the team's second-leading tackler behind Nick Scott (10). Rozeboom also recorded a sack for a second straight game, when he got to Baker Mayfield for a nine-yard loss late in the second quarter that led to the Buccaneers punting the ball away on the next play. Rozeboom's performance Sunday officially brought him past the tackling century mark for a second consecutive year, and he is up to 105 tackles (49 solo), including 2.0 sacks, one pass defense and one forced fumble through 13 regular-season games.

  • Cardinals' Dadrion Taylor-Demerson: Logs career-high tackle total Sunday

    Taylor-Demerson recorded 11 tackles (five solo) and a defensed pass in Sunday's Week 16 loss to the Falcons.

    Taylor-Demerson missed Arizona's previous five games due to an ankle injury but was able to return to action Sunday. With Jalen Thompson (hamstring) sidelined, Taylor-Demerson took on a starting role and co-led the team with a career-best 11 stops. If Thompson sits out again Week 17 versus Cincinnati, Taylor-Demerson figures to start again.

  • Buccaneers' Lavonte David: Logs double-digit tackles in loss

    David posted 10 tackles (six solo), including 1.0 sacks, during Tampa Bay's loss versus the Panthers on Sunday.

    David was dominant in the loss, leading the Buccaneers in tackles in addition to recording one of the team's two sacks of Bryce Young. The 35-year-old continues to have a strong season, as he's now compiled 105 tackles (54 solo), including 3.5 sacks, and an interception across 15 games played.

  • Cardinals' Akeem Davis-Gaither: Tallies 11 stops in Week 16 loss

    Davis-Gaither finished with 11 tackles (five solo) in Sunday's loss to Atlanta.

    Davis-Gaither tied with safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson for the team lead in tackles. It was the second straight week and the fourth time overall this season Davis-Gaither has posted double-digit stops in a game. With his tackle tally Sunday, Davis-Gaither is up to 107 stops this season, marking the first time he's reached the triple-digit mark in his six-year NFL career.

    Colts' Germaine Pratt: Tallies six stops Monday

    Pratt totaled six tackles (four solo) during Indianapolis' loss to the 49ers on Monday.

    Pratt matched Nick Cross for the second-most tackles on the team behind Camryn Bynum's seven (five solo). The 2019 third-round pick has gotten off to a strong start since signing with the Colts midseason, compiling 89 tackles (50 solo) across just 10 games played.

    Raiders' Maxx Crosby: Posts six stops in Week 16 loss

    Crosby logged six tackles (three solo), including two tackles for a loss and a quarterback hit, during the Raiders' 23-21 loss to the Texans on Sunday.

    Crosby was unable to extend his sack streak to four games Sunday, but he was responsible for two of the Raiders' six TFLs in the loss. The veteran pass rusher has played every defensive snap in each of the last five games and is up to 73 tackles (45 solo), including 28 tackles for a loss and 10.0 sacks, six pass defenses (one interception) and two forced fumbles through 15 regular-season games.

    Browns' Devin Bush: Stacks up nine stops in Week 16

    Bush posted nine tackles (five solo) Sunday in a loss to the Bills.

    Bush finished second on the Browns in tackles behind rookie sensation Carson Schwesinger (14). Bush has recorded exactly nine stops three times in his past five games after reaching that mark just once over his first 10 contests of the campaign. He now has 102 tackles on the season, marking his second career triple-digit tackle tally.
