Tolvanen scored a goal on two shots and added three hits in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Maple Leafs. Tolvanen has goals in back-to-back games and may be finding some consistency again in a second-line role. He's up to four tallies, one assist, 15 shots on net, 24 hits, 10 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 11 contests. He's a decent two-way winger, and while he wasn't in the power-play mix early on, the Kraken seem to be letting nearly every forward get some time with the man advantage at this point in the campaign. Tolvanen's got a good shot and should eventually make his way back to consistently being on at least the second unit.

Tolvanen scored a goal on three shots in Thursday's 6-4 win over the Flyers. Tolvanen has scored twice over five appearances this season. He's regained a power-play role after beginning the year without one, which should help his offense over time. He has added six shots on net, eight hits and seven blocked shots. Tolvanen is a decent two-way winger, and while he can provide some category coverage with hits, shots and blocks, he needs to show more offense to be trusted in fantasy.

Tolvanen scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Blues. Tolvanen's second-period tally gave the Kraken a 2-0 lead before their defensive collapse later in the frame. The winger put up 41 points and 210 hits in 81 games last season, and he's beginning 2024-25 in a similar third-line role. Tolvanen didn't feature with the power play Tuesday -- he may be not see as much time with the man advantage after the offseason additions of Chandler Stephenson and Brandon Montour and the promotion of Shane Wright. That said, a hot start to the year could help Tolvanen earn more prominent minutes.
