Nathan MacKinnon C | COL
Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Elite season continues
MacKinnon had three assists, including one on the power play, in Thursday's 6-5 overtime win over the Sabres. He also recorded three shots, one hit, one blocked shot and a plus-2 rating.
MacKinnon extended his point streak to six games, a span in which he's recorded multi-point efforts five times, but that's not where his impressive streak ends. The star playmaker has also cracked the scoresheet in 12 of his 14 appearances since the beginning of December, a span in which he's registered 28 points (seven goals, 21 assists). He's up to 64 points in only 39 games, with 14 goals and 50 helpers, and he's well on his way to record 100-plus points for the third season in a row.

Evan Rodrigues C | FLA
Panthers' Evan Rodrigues: Notches assist Thursday
Rodrigues provided an assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
Rodrigues has done little on offense lately, earning four points over 14 contests since the start of December. The 31-year-old tends to move around the Panthers' lineup, playing anywhere between the first and third lines. He's at a decent 17 points, 70 shots on net, 57 hits, 14 PIM and a minus-7 rating through 39 appearances this season, which is behind the pace that has seen him produce back-to-back 39-point campaigns.

Tage Thompson C | BUF
Sabres' Tage Thompson: Records three helpers in OT loss
Thompson recorded three assists, including two on the power play, in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Avalanche.
Thompson extended his point streak to five games with an impressive display of playmaking ability, and he's recorded helpers in four games in a row, tallying six over that stretch. The 27-year-old has been one of the Sabres' most reliable offensive weapons this season, recording 33 points (18 goals, 15 assists) across 34 games in 2024-25.

Anton Lundell C | FLA
Panthers' Anton Lundell: Lights lamp in loss
Lundell scored a goal on two shots and added two hits in Thursday's 3-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
Lundell's goal tied the game at 1-1 in the second period, but it was all the Panthers could put past Pyotr Kochetkov. The tally snapped a 14-game goal drought for Lundell, who added six assists and 23 shots on net in that span. The third-line center is up to nine goals, 25 points, 78 shots on net, 59 hits, 30 blocked shots, 20 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 38 appearances. He's been steady lately and remains on track for the first 50-point campaign of his career.

Jordan Staal C | CAR
Hurricanes' Jordan Staal: Adds helper in win
Staal provided an assist, two shots on goal, six hits and two blocked shots in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Panthers.
Staal had gone three games without a point coming out of the holiday break. The 36-year-old center has a goal and five assists over his last nine outings, though that's an unusually strong stretch of offense for the third-line center. He's at 15 points, 53 shots on net, 58 hits, 20 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating over 38 appearances this season.

Martin Necas C | COL
Hurricanes' Martin Necas: Ends goal drought
Necas scored an empty-net goal on five shots, added two PIM and doled out two hits in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Panthers.
Necas' empty-netter snapped his 11-game goal drought, during which he had just four assists. The 25-year-old has earned a point in each of the last two games, so he may be coming out of his December swoon. For the season, Necas has 15 goals, 46 points, 94 shots on net, 29 hits and a plus-2 rating through 38 appearances.
-
Elias Lindholm C | BOS
Bruins' Elias Lindholm: Scores lone goal in loss
Lindholm scored a goal on two shots and blocked three shots in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Rangers.
Lindholm prevented a shutout with his goal at 7:57 of the second period, but the Bruins couldn't pull even. The 30-year-old had gone two games without a point, but he has four goals and three assists over his last nine outings. For the season, he's up to 20 points, 61 shots on net, 66 hits, 40 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 40 appearances. Lindholm's offense is trending in the right direction, and he does enough in other areas to be a solid depth center in standard fantasy formats.

Mika Zibanejad C | NYR
Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Earns 700th career point
Zibanejad scored a goal on four shots in Thursday's 2-1 win over the Bruins.
The opening tally was Zibanejad's 700th career point. It's the second milestone he's reached this season -- the last was 300 career goals back on Dec. 11, but unfortunately for the Rangers, he didn't record a point in the eight contests in between. He continues to play top-six minutes but has struggled across the board with seven goals, 15 assists, a minus-22 rating, 82 shots on net and 26 blocked shots over 37 appearances. His next assist will be the 400th of his career.

Mark Scheifele C | WPG
Jets' Mark Scheifele: Nets goal Thursday
Scheifele scored a goal and took three shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks.
Scheifele found the twine just 33 seconds into the game, and he notched his 23rd goal of the campaign, but the Ducks would complete a comeback in the latter stages of the contest. Scheifele has been very consistent once again, and he's having another solid year while operating as one of the Jets' most important forwards. Through 40 appearances, the 31-year-old is up to 23 goals and 22 assists, good for 45 points while shooting a career-high 25.3 percent.

Adam Lowry C | WPG
Jets' Adam Lowry: Scores, dishes out three hits
Lowry scored a goal and recorded three hits in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks.
Lowry found the back of the net for the first time since Dec. 17, when he scored in a 4-3 road win over the Sharks, and he also snapped a four-game pointless drought with this outing. Lowry has been very productive given his bottom-six role, as he's notched 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists) across 40 contests.
