  • Bobby McMann C | SEA

Maple Leafs' Bobby McMann: Four-game, six-point streak

McMann scored a goal Saturday in a 6-3 loss to the Islanders.

His goal streak stands at three games (three goals), and his point streak sits at four games (three goals, three assists). McMann is a great pickup right now, but he does tend to deliver in bursts. Be ready to abandon ship quickly, as required.

  • Nick Cousins C | OTT

Senators' Nick Cousins: Sends assist in overtime win

Cousins posted an assist in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Canucks.

Cousins has a goal and an assist over his last two games and six points through 10 outings in December. The 31-year-old has yet to find much consistency -- this has been his most productive month of the season. He's at 10 points, 46 shots on net, 48 hits, 23 PIM, 16 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 31 contests.

  • Senators' Michael Amadio: Plucks apple Saturday

Amadio notched an assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Canucks.

Amadio has six helpers over 10 games in December, but his goal drought now stands at 18 contests. The 28-year-old is up to 10 points, 39 shots on net, 35 hits, 18 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating through 33 appearances. Without more of a scoring touch, Amadio has little to offer -- fantasy managers can typically find more reliable forward depth elsewhere.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

Senators' Josh Norris: Deposits shortie in overtime win

Norris scored a shorthanded goal in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Canucks.

Norris ended a five-game goal drought, his longest of the season, when he buried a shortie at 15:30 of the second period off a feed from Claude Giroux. The 25-year-old Norris has been pretty solid in 2024-25 with 13 goals, 21 points, 66 shots on net, 84 hits, 32 blocked shots, 24 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 33 appearances. He may not be a point-per-game threat, but he offers well-rounded production for fantasy while centering the Senators' second line.

  • Shane Pinto C | OTT

Senators' Shane Pinto: Three-point effort Saturday

Pinto scored twice on three shots and added an assist in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Canucks.

Pinto tallied in each of the first two periods and helped out Jake Sanderson's game-winning goal in overtime. The 24-year-old Pinto has five goals and an assist over his last five contests. The center has turned things around quickly after a deep slump following an absence due to an undisclosed injury. He's at six goals, three helpers, 44 shots on net, 27 hits, 18 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating through 25 appearances.

  • John Tavares C | TOR

Maple Leafs' John Tavares: Four-game, seven-point streak

Tavares picked up an assist Saturday in a 6-3 loss to the Islanders.

Tavares has collected nine points in his last six outings, including three goals and four assists during his four-game point streak. He has 32 points in 33 games in the last year of his current contract, and he wants to stay in Toronto. He's stating his case with production like this.

  • Predators' Ryan O'Reilly: Finds helper in overtime win

O'Reilly provided an assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Kings.

O'Reilly helped out on a Zachary L'Heureux goal in the first period. O'Reilly has five points in as many contests since he returned from a lower-body injury. The center has been on the second line since he returned, as Steven Stamkos moved to the first line in O'Reilly's absence and has turned a corner for the Predators. O'Reilly is at seven goals, 12 assists, 51 shots on net, 28 blocked shots and a minus-13 rating through 31 appearances.

  • Red Wings' Joe Veleno: Tallies again

Veleno scored a goal on two shots and had one hit in Saturday's 5-1 loss to Montreal.

Veleno gave the Red Wings the lead six minutes into the game, going to the net and redirecting a feed from fellow fourth-liner Jonatan Berggren. Veleno has gone three straight games with a goal and four consecutive contests with a point. It's been a remarkable run of offense from a forward who had just one marker through his first 26 outings.

  • Sean Kuraly C | BOS

Blue Jackets' Sean Kuraly: Posts helper in overtime loss

Kuraly notched an assist, three hits, four blocked shots and two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Flyers.

Kuraly set up a Mikael Pyyhtia goal in the second period. Kuraly has two helpers over the last three contests. The 31-year-old center remains in a fourth-line role, which likely won't yield many chances for him offensively. He's logged a decent nine points with 30 shots on net, 83 hits, 22 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 34 appearances, but that production is too low for consideration in most fantasy formats.

  • Kent Johnson C | CLB

Blue Jackets' Kent Johnson: Gathers assist in overtime loss

Johnson notched an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Flyers.

Johnson had gone three games without a point entering Saturday. That's the second time he's had a drought of that length, but he's been more good than bad while filling a middle-six role in 2024-25. The 22-year-old is up to nine goals, 10 helpers, 43 shots on net and a minus-3 rating through 20 appearances. Johnson's production and pedigree -- he was taken fifth overall in 2021 -- make him a strong option for most fantasy formats, though he won't add much in the way of physical play.
