  • Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Set to play Tuesday

Wennberg (upper body) is slated to play Tuesday versus the Oilers, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.

Wennberg was hurt Saturday in Montreal, but it looks like he'll return after just a one-game absence. He has a goal and three assists over three outings prior to the injury. Wennberg is set to play in his usual middle-six role and should be expected to play in all situations.

  • Sam Bennett C | FLA

Panthers' Sam Bennett: Ready to rock

Bennett (undisclosed) will return to the lineup against Vancouver on Tuesday, according to Panthers play-by-play announcer Steve Goldstein.

After sitting out Sunday's 6-2 loss to Seattle, Bennett should occupy a top-six role against the Canucks on Tuesday. He has registered 24 goals, 50 points, 170 shots on net and 109 hits across 65 appearances this season. With Bennet and Nolan Foote set to play, Evan Rodrigues and Eetu Luostarinen will be scratches against Vancouver on Tuesday.

  • Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Status unclear in Edmonton

Wennberg (upper body) status for Tuesday's game in Edmonton has yet to be determined, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Head coach Ryan Warsofsky stated Sunday that Wennberg had no timeline for a return to the lineup, but the 31-year-old forward skated on the second line and with the No. 1 power-play unit at Tuesday's morning skate, so his injury clearly isn't a huge concern. At this point, though, he should be considered a game-time decision for Tuesday's road divisional matchup.

  • Tyson Kozak C | BUF

Sabres' Tyson Kozak: Available to play

Kozak (undisclosed) will be an option to play against Vegas on Tuesday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

Following a six-game absence due to an injury, Kozak could occupy a fourth-line role against the Golden Knights if Alex Tuch (illness) is unavailable to play. The 23-year-old Kozak has two goals, four points, 26 shots on net, 33 blocked shots and 98 hits across 39 appearances this season.

  • Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Out for remainder of regular season

Draisaitl (lower body) will miss the remainder of the 2025-26 regular season, the team announced Tuesday.

Draisaitl sustained the injury in Sunday's 3-1 win over Nashville. He will conclude the regular season with 35 goals, 97 points and 186 shots on net in 65 appearances. Assuming Edmonton secures a playoff berth, it's unclear when the 30-year-old forward will be available to return to the lineup. Jason Dickinson and Josh Samanski could see increased roles in the team's middle six during Draisaitl's absence.

  • Avalanche's Zakhar Bardakov: Stuck in slump

Bardakov's point drought reached 16 games in Monday's 7-2 loss to the Penguins.

Bardakov has played regularly during that stretch, but he's in a fourth-line role with limited ice time. The 25-year-old has produced nine points, 29 shots on net, 47 hits, 20 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-5 rating over 52 outings as a rookie this season. Bardakov could lose his place in the lineup once the Avalanche get healthier, but he's likely got another week to prove himself before that happens.

  • Connor Dewar C | PIT

Penguins' Connor Dewar: Provides pair of helpers

Dewar logged two assists, two blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Monday's 7-2 win over the Avalanche.

Dewar picked up his first multi-point effort since Jan. 31 versus the Rangers. The 26-year-old forward continues to center the fourth line, providing defensive stability and a decent share of depth offense this year. He's got career highs across the board with 14 goals, 13 helpers, 100 shots on net, 130 hits and a plus-12 rating through 67 appearances.

  • Penguins' Blake Lizotte: Set for extended absence

Lizotte (upper body) will be re-evaluated in four weeks.

Lizotte sat out Monday's 7-2 win over Colorado and is now in danger of missing the rest of the regular season. The Penguins conclude their 82-game schedule in St. Louis on April 14, which is exactly four weeks from now. The 28-year-old has accounted for seven goals, 19 points and a plus-6 rating over 55 appearances this season.

  • Noel Acciari C | PIT

Penguins' Noel Acciari: One of each in win

Acciari scored a goal on two shots, added an assist, blocked four shots and went plus-3 in Monday's 7-2 win over the Avalanche.

Acciari has scored three times over his last four games. The 34-year-old continues to fill a fourth-line role, though his defensive responsibilities give him a boost in ice time. For the season, the veteran forward has nine goals, 19 points, 71 shots on net, 55 hits, 44 blocked shots and a plus-11 rating over 53 appearances.

  • Sam Steel C | DAL

Stars' Sam Steel: Pots goal in loss

Steel scored a goal on two shots, added two PIM and logged two hits in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Mammoth.

Steel has three points over his last three games. The 28-year-old forward continues to do well in a middle-six role, offering depth scoring with a little physicality to balance the Stars' offense. Steel has 12 goals and 32 points, both career highs, while adding 79 shots on net, 74 hits, 24 PIM, 26 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating over 67 appearances.
