  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Extends point streak in defeat

Thomas posted an assist Thursday in a 4-3 loss to the Sharks.

Thomas extended his point streak in December to five games Thursday -- the 25-year-old is on fire with three goals, seven assists and a plus-8 rating during that span. The Ontario native led St. Louis' forward group with 22:00 of ice time, and he also won 56.3 percent of his faceoffs. Thomas has become one of the league's best two-way forwards -- he's only been held off the scoresheet on two occasions over his last 12 games, and his 1:21 of shorthanded ice time per game is second-most among the club's forwards. The playmaking center is leading the team with 15 helpers, and he's up to 20 points through 18 games. Thomas is the only player on the Blues producing at more than a point-per-game pace.

  • Jordan Kyrou C | STL

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Continues strong play in December

Kyrou scored his team-leading 11th goal of the season in Thursday's 4-3 loss to San Jose.

Kyrou closed out the scoring Thursday when he cut San Jose's lead to one goal at 7:57 of the final frame. The right-shot winger has four goals and an assist through five contests in December, and he's registered at least one point in four of those games. Kyrou has been a consistent producer for the Blues, as he hasn't been held off the scoresheet in back-to-back games since the end of October. The 26-year-old is leading St. Louis in scoring with 11 goals and 14 helpers through 30 appearances.

  • Blues' Brayden Schenn: Finds twine in loss

Schenn scored an even-strength goal Thursday in a 4-3 loss to San Jose.

Schenn snapped a six-game goal drought when he cut San Jose's lead to 3-2 at 5:34 of the final frame. In addition, St. Louis' captain compiled four shots on goal, five hits, one block and a plus-1 rating in 19:56 of ice time. Schenn has only found the back of the net five times on 61 shots this season, but he could be in line for positive regression, as his 8.2 shooting percentage is his lowest mark since the 2018-19 campaign. The left-shot center is at 15 points (two on the power play), 15 PIM and a minus-7 rating while averaging 17:51 of ice time through 30 contests. Three of Schenn's five markers in 2024-25 have been game-winning goals.

  • Kraken's Matty Beniers: Collects power-play assist

Beniers notched a power-play assist and two blocked shots in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Bruins.

Beniers has contributed seven helpers, including two on the power play, over his last seven games. He's yet to put an end to his goal drought, which reached 14 contests Thursday, but it's good to see the 22-year-old finding a way to get involved on offense again. He's at 17 points (two on the power play), 56 shots on net, 27 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating through 31 appearances this season, playing in a top-six role.

  • Kraken's Chandler Stephenson: Helps out on power play in win

Stephenson notched a power-play assist in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Bruins.

Stephenson helped out on Oliver Bjorkstrand's goal just 24 seconds into the game. The 30-year-old Stephenson is finding a groove with a goal and four helpers over his last five contests. The center has a total of 21 points (11 on the power play), 28 shots on net and a minus-8 rating through 30 outings this season. Stephenson is playing on the top line and while he doesn't score a lot, he has value as a power-play contributor and playmaker.

  • Shane Wright C | SEA

Kraken's Shane Wright: Sends two helpers in win

Wright notched two assists and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Bruins.

Wright has a pair of multi-point efforts over his last three games, and he's up to three goals and three assists through six outings in December. The 20-year-old has built chemistry with Oliver Bjorkstrand and Eeli Tolvanen on the third line. Wright is up to seven goals, six helpers, 26 shots on net, 22 blocked shots, 17 hits and a plus-4 rating through 28 contests overall.

  • Jared McCann C | SEA

Kraken's Jared McCann: One of each Thursday

McCann scored an empty-net goal on two shots, dished an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-1 win over the Bruins.

McCann was questionable for this contest, but he ended up coming away with his first multi-point effort since Nov. 12. The 28-year-old earned both of his points in the third period. He generated a rebound for Vince Dunn to bat home early in the frame before sealing the win with the empty-netter. McCann's recent slump aside, he's been one of the Kraken's best forwards in 2024-25. He's at 11 goals, 15 helpers, 80 shots on net, 21 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 31 appearances this season.

  • Max Sasson C | VAN

Canucks' Max Sasson: First multi-point effort

Sasson notched two assists, two shots on goal, a plus-2 rating and four blocked shots in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Panthers.

This was Sasson's first multi-point effort at the NHL level, snapping a six-game slump. He had opened his career with an assist in each of his first two outings. If the 24-year-old stays in the NHL moving forward, he'll likely have to play on the wing -- the return of J.T. Miller (personal) gives the Canucks their preferred options at center. Sasson has four helpers, seven shots on net, six hits, seven blocked shots and a plus-4 rating through nine contests.

  • Canucks' Teddy Blueger: Garners two helpers in win

Blueger logged two assists and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Panthers.

Blueger has three helpers over his last four contests to bounce back from a five-game slump. He helped out on goals by Danton Heinen and Carson Soucy in the first period. Blueger dropped to the fourth line Thursday to accommodate the return of center J.T. Miller, but the lopsided nature of this game allowed Blueger to play 16:10. His ice time may be reduced going forward, though he's still a key defensive forward for the Canucks. The 30-year-old has 13 points, 31 shots on net, 39 hits, 13 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 28 appearances.

  • J.T. Miller C | NYR

Canucks' J.T. Miller: Two helpers in return

Miller logged two assists in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Panthers.

Miller took a personal leave and was out for the previous 10 games. The 31-year-old logged a modest 14:17 of ice time Thursday, though many of the Canucks' top players saw fewer minutes in the lopsided win. This was Miller's sixth multi-point effort of the campaign. He has six goals, 12 helpers, six power-play points, 35 shots on net, 31 hits and a plus-2 rating over 18 appearances. Fantasy managers shouldn't hesitate to activate the center.
