Jack Drury C | COL
Hurricanes' Jack Drury: Hurt in Tuesday's contest
Drury (upper body) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Sharks.
Drury was injured in the first period, though it's unclear what caused his issue. The 24-year-old should be considered day-to-day until further information is available. If he can't play Friday against the Senators, the Hurricanes will likely need to recall a player.

Gustav Nyquist RW | WPG
Predators' Gustav Nyquist: Not playing Tuesday
Nyquist (illness) won't play Tuesday versus the Flames.
Nyquist will miss at least one game while under the weather. The 35-year-old's absence will be covered by Juuso Parssinen in Tuesday's contest. Nyquist has just 10 points through 28 contests this season.

Philip Tomasino C | PHI
Penguins' Philip Tomasino: Good to go
Tomasino (upper body) will play against Colorado on Tuesday, according to Matt Vensel of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Following a one-game absence, Tomasino will return to action. Since being acquired from Nashville, he has three goals and one assist in five games for Pittsburgh. Tomasino will replace Jesse Puljujarvi in Tuesday's lineup.

Klim Kostin C | SJ
Sharks' Klim Kostin: Slated to play
Kostin (lower body) took line rushes on the second line and is expected to play Tuesday versus the Hurricanes, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.
Kostin appears to be set to avoid missing any time after being labeled a game-time decision prior to Tuesday's contest. The 25-year-old may not have a secure spot in the lineup, but he has suited up in 11 of the last 12 games.

Max Domi C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Removed from IR
Domi (lower body) was activated from injured reserve Tuesday, per the NHL media site.
The Maple Leafs returned Nikita Grebenkin to AHL Toronto in a corresponding move. Domi should return to the lineup versus New Jersey on Tuesday following an eight-game absence. He has six assists, 24 shots on goal and 11 blocked shots in 19 appearances this season.

Klim Kostin C | SJ
Sharks' Klim Kostin: Game-time decision
Kostin (lower body) will be a game-time decision against Carolina on Tuesday, per Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now.
Kostin was struck in the left ankle or foot region by a shot during Tuesday's morning skate and left the ice in pain. He has earned one goal, four points, 17 shots on net and 54 hits in 18 appearances this season. If Kostin sits out Tuesday's game, Nikolai Kovalenko (undisclosed) or Ethan Cardwell are available as replacements.

Anthony Cirelli C | TB
Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Not expected to play Tuesday
Cirelli (undisclosed) is doubtful to play Tuesday against the Oilers, per Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun.
Cirelli was unable to play in the final two periods of Sunday's 4-2 win over Vancouver after being on the receiving end of a hit in the opening stanza. The 27-year-old has been highly productive this season with 11 goals and 24 points across 25 games. Cam Atkinson will more than likely replace Cirelli in the lineup Tuesday.

Barclay Goodrow C | SJ
Sharks' Barclay Goodrow: Returning to lineup
Goodrow (upper body) was activated off of injured reserve Tuesday, according to Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News.
Will Smith was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding transaction. Goodrow has missed the past five games after sustaining an injury Nov. 27 against the Senators. The left-shot winger will most likely slot in on the fourth line, and he'll fill a role on the penalty kill. Goodrow will hopefully benefit from some time off, as he's produced just two goals through 25 games this season.

Jansen Harkins C | ANA
Ducks' Jansen Harkins: Garners helper Monday
Harkins logged an assist and two PIM in Monday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Canadiens.
Harkins has been in the lineup steadily since mid-November, but he's in a fourth-line role on a low-scoring team. The 27-year-old has collected two assists 10 PIM, 36 hits and six shots on net through 13 appearances. Harkins will likely stay in the lineup at least until Leo Carlsson (upper body) can return. Since Harkins has crossed the 10-game mark since his last pass through waivers, he would need to be waived again to be sent back to AHL San Diego.

Will Smith C | SJ
Sharks' Will Smith: Designated for IR
Smith (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Even using a retroactive designation, Smith will need to miss at least the next two games for the Sharks after being placed on IR. In a corresponding move, the team activated Barclay Goodrow (upper body), who figures to rejoin the lineup against Carolina on Tuesday.
