  • Senators' Stephen Halliday: Deemed day-to-day

Halliday is day-to-day because of an upper-body injury and is not expected to be an option for Wednesday's game against the Avalanche, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.

Halliday left Sunday's win over Vegas in the final frame after taking a hit into the boards. The 23-year-old has shown promise with three goals, eight points, 13 hits and a plus-4 rating over his last 10 games. Xavier Bourgault and Kurtis MacDermid are candidates to draw into the lineup Wednesday due to Halliday's injury.

  • Kings' Alex Turcotte: Not an option Tuesday

Turcotte (upper body) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game in Detroit, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Turcotte will miss just his second game of the season Tuesday, though this time it's a result of an injury, as the 24-year-old was a healthy scratch on one occasion in late November. Turcotte is considered day-to-day due to his upper-body issue, and his next opportunity to suit up will be when the Kings continue their road trip Thursday in Buffalo.

  • Islanders' Jean-Gabriel Pageau: Tickles twine twice in win

Pageau scored two goals, one the shorthanded game-winner, in Monday's 4-0 victory over the Flyers.

The veteran center opened the scoring late in the first period, as an aggressive forecheck by Casey Cizikas and a defensive zone breakdown by Philadelphia left Pageau wide open in front of Samuel Ersson. It was Pageau's third shortie and third GWG of the season as well as his first multi-goal performance, and through 44 games, he's produced 10 goals and 21 points with 59 hits, 44 shots on net, 40 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating.

  • Bruins' Elias Lindholm: Lights lamp twice in OT loss

Lindholm scored two goals in Monday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Rangers.

The veteran center got pucks past Jonathan Quick in the first and second periods, giving Lindholm his first multi-goal performance of the season. He's heating up to close out January, and over the last five games, Lindholm has racked up three goals and seven points as he continues to thrive on a line with David Pastrnak.

  • Ducks' Mason McTavish: Won't play against Oilers

McTavish (upper body) will remain sidelined for Monday's divisional matchup in Edmonton, according to Derek Lee of The Hockey News.

Lee noted that the Ducks will roll out the same lineup as Sunday's overtime win in Calgary, which rules McTavish out for a fourth straight game. The 2021 No. 3 overall pick seems to be closing in on a return to the lineup, though, as he was deemed questionable to play earlier Monday. McTavish's next opportunity to suit up will be Thursday, when Anaheim continues its road trip in Vancouver.

  • Ducks' Mason McTavish: Status unclear for Monday

McTavish (upper body) is questionable for Monday's road meeting with the Oilers, per NHL.com.

McTavish has missed the Ducks' last three games, and it's unclear if he has joined the team on the road after returning to Anaheim. If McTavish remains unavailable for the remainder of the trip, which concludes against Vancouver on Thursday, his next chance to play will come versus the Golden Knights on Sunday.

  • Islanders' Calum Ritchie: Dealing with LBI

Ritchie won't play against the Flyers on Monday and is considered day-to-day because of a lower-body injury.

Ritchie has recorded seven goals, 15 points, 51 shots and a minus-5 rating over 40 appearances this season. The right-shot forward's next opportunity to suit up will be at home versus the Rangers on Wednesday.

  • Lightning's Gage Goncalves: Good to go

Goncalves (illness) is playing in Monday's home matchup versus Utah.

Goncalves will avoid missing any action after being deemed a game-time call earlier Monday due to an illness. The British Columbia native will skate on the second line alongside Jake Guentzel and Dominic James on Monday.

  • Blues' Otto Stenberg: Shipped down to minors

Stenberg was demoted to AHL Springfield on Monday.

Stenberg's demotion could be an indication that Dylan Holloway (ankle) could be ready to play against the Stars on Tuesday. In 18 NHL games this year, the 20-year-old Stenberg has tallied one goal, seven assists and 17 shots while also dishing out 33 hits. This likely won't be the last time Stenberg suits up for the Blues this year.

  • Kings' Alex Turcotte: Dealing with upper-body injury

Turcotte is considered day-to-day due to an upper-body injury, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports Monday.

Turcotte didn't practice with the Kings ahead of Monday's scheduled matchup against the Blue Jackets that was ultimately postponed due to severe winter weather in the Columbus area. While it's not yet clear whether Turcotte will be available for Tuesday's game against Detroit, Kenny Connors will be recalled from AHL Ontario since Turcotte and Joel Edmundson are both day-to-day due to upper-body issues.
