  • Blackhawks' Teuvo Teravainen: Set to return Tuesday

Teravainen (upper body) is expected to return to the lineup against Minnesota on Tuesday, according to Scott Powers of The Athletic.

Following a six-game absence, Teravainen will return to a top-line role and a spot on the first power-play combination against the Wild on Tuesday. He has contributed nine goals, 21 points, 54 shots on net and 27 blocked shots across 45 appearances this season.

  • Jack Hughes C | NJ

Devils' Jack Hughes: Grabs two points in loss

Hughes tallied a goal on three shots and dished out an assist in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Kraken.

Hughes had the primary helper on Dougie Hamilton's power-play goal in the first period before the star center later scored with a man advantage himself in the third. With the pair of points, Hughes is up to 12 goals, 34 points, 121 shots on net and 16 blocked shots across 34 games this season. Since the calendar flipped to 2026, the 24-year-old forward has elevated his game with 12 points in as many games. He has finished each of the past four seasons above a point-per-game pace and has a strong chance to make it five consecutive campaigns with a steady back half of the season. Barring injury, Hughes should be a high-level fantasy option across all league formats.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

    Sabres' Josh Norris: Labeled day-to-day

Norris has been classified as day-to-day by head coach Lindy Ruff, Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald reports Monday, but won't play this week, per Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550.

Norris being labeled day-to-day but then being ruled out for the next three games is a little strange, but either way, he certainly seems to be heading in the right direction. Prior to getting hurt, the 26-year-old Michigan native was rolling offensively with seven points in his last nine outings. Norris should slot into a middle-six role once back in the lineup.

  • Kraken's Berkly Catton: Lights lamp Sunday

Catton scored a goal and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over New Jersey.

Just 18 seconds after Matty Beniers gave the Kraken a 2-1 lead in the third period, Catton struck the back of the net with Sunday's game-winning goal. He is up to five goals, 11 points, 43 shots on net and 20 blocked shots across the first 38 games of his NHL career. All of the 20-year-old's five tallies have been since Jan. 6. During that span, he has begun to shoot the puck more with 15 shots on goal across his last 11 games. While the rookie doesn't have the high-end stats to compete in standard fantasy formats, his recent performances and spot inside Seattle's top six could lead to value in deep leagues down the stretch. He remains a must-roster player in dynasty formats as he continues to display his goal-scoring track record at the NHL level.

  • Kraken's Matty Beniers: Finds twine in win

Beniers scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over New Jersey.

Beniers lit the lamp for the first of two goals in an 18-second span early in the third period. Overall, he is up to 12 goals, 34 points, 96 shots on net and 43 blocked shots across 51 games this season. After a solid rookie campaign, the No. 2 overall selection in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft is currently putting together one of the best stretches of his four-year career. Since Dec. 22, the 23-year-old center has eight goals, 16 points, 37 shots on net, 10 hits and 15 blocks over 18 games. He is tied for the team lead in points with team captain Jordan Eberle, and Beniers' high-level category coverage is an added reason as to why he is set up for fantasy success for the remainder of the season. Beniers is a top waiver-wire pickup across fantasy formats while his strong run of play lasts.

  • Jack Finley C | STL

Lightning's Jack Finley: Set to be available Monday

Finley (illness) was on the ice for Monday's morning skate, Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site reports, signaling that he's slated to be available for the Lightning's home game against Utah.

Finley missed Saturday's matchup against the Blue Jackets due to an illness, but he seems to have moved past the issue. Over his last five appearances, he's recorded no points, 12 hits, seven PIM and a blocked shot while averaging 7:22 of ice time.

  • Oilers' Josh Samanski: Called up Monday

Samanski was recalled from AHL Bakersfield on Monday.

Samanski will switch places with Isaac Howard, who was sent down in a corresponding move. With his promotion, Samanski is poised to make his NHL debut versus the Ducks. In the minors this year, the 23-year-old center is racking up points, generating seven goals and 21 helpers in 39 outings. It's a well-timed call-up for Samanski before he joins Germany at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

  • Lightning's Gage Goncalves: Game-time call for Monday

Goncalves (illness) will be a game-time decision for Monday's game against Utah, per Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times.

Goncalves participated in Monday's morning skate after leaving Saturday's 8-5 loss to Columbus late in the first period. He has registered six goals, 16 points, 39 shots on net and 42 hits through 46 appearances this season.

  • Lightning's Curtis Douglas: Recalled from conditioning stint

Douglas was summoned from his conditioning loan with AHL Syracuse on Monday.

Douglas didn't earn a point in six AHL outings during his conditioning stint. He has two assists, 15 shots on goal, 29 hits and 75 PIM in 27 NHL appearances this season. If Gage Goncalves (undisclosed) and Jack Finley (illness) are unavailable to play, Douglas could occupy a bottom-six role against Utah on Monday.

  • Dylan Cozens C | OTT

Senators' Dylan Cozens: Scores twice Sunday

Cozens scored two goals on four shots and posted a plus-3 rating in Sunday's 7-1 win over the Golden Knights.

Cozens found the back of the net in the early stages of the second and third periods, and he continues to put up solid numbers on offense for the Senators. He's cracked the scoresheet in six of his last seven games, producing nine points (five goals, four assists) and a plus-6 rating over that stretch. Cozens will need to produce at a pace of nearly one point per game the rest of the way if he wants to match his career-best output of 68 points from the 2022-23 season. So far, he has 40 points (17 goals, 23 assists) in 52 regular-season contests.
