  • Frank Nazar C | CHI

Blackhawks' Frank Nazar: Two goals in Sunday's loss

Nazar scored twice on seven shots, added two hits and went minus-2 in Sunday's 5-3 loss to the Devils.

Nazar scored at even strength in the first period and on the power play in the third. He gave the Blackhawks a one-goal lead each time, but neither advantage lasted. The 22-year-old has logged six multi-point efforts in March, but he's also been held off the scoresheet seven times over 15 contests this month, showing some inconsistency from a middle-six role. Overall, the center has a career-high 14 goals to go with 24 assists, 10 power-play points, 123 shots on net, 40 blocked shots, 31 hits and a minus-15 rating across 58 appearances.

  • Devils' Nico Hischier: Supplies pair of helpers

Hischier logged two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Blackhawks.

Hischier had a hand in Simon Nemec's second-period tally and also set up Jack Hughes on the empty-netter to seal the win. With five goals and seven assists over his last eight outings, a span that includes four multi-point efforts, Hischier is rolling on offense late in the campaign. The Swiss center is up to 58 points (26 goals, 32 assists), 193 shots on net, 59 blocked shots, 54 hits and a minus-6 rating across 73 appearances this season.

  • Jack Hughes C | NJ

Devils' Jack Hughes: Four-point burst in win

Hughes scored twice on eight shots, added two assists and went plus-2 in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Blackhawks.

Hughes' first assist came on the power play. The 24-year-old clutched up late in the game, scoring the go-ahead tally at 14:51 of the third period before adding the empty-netter to seal the deal. He has multiple points in eight of 13 contests in March, racking up 10 goals and 14 helpers this month. For the season, the 24-year-old center is up to 22 tallies, 63 points (21 on the power play), 190 shots on net and a minus-2 rating over 52 appearances. Aside from another year disrupted by injuries, Hughes has been just about all fantasy managers could ask for.

  • Nick Suzuki C | MON

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Secures career year Sunday

Suzuki scored twice on five shots, dished an assist, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Hurricanes.

Suzuki had gone five games without a goal, though he still had eight assists in that span. He had the first and third goals in the Canadiens' second-period rally, and he set up Cole Caufield on the middle goal, which was the game-winner. Suzuki has crossed the 90-point mark for the first time in his career -- he's now at 26 goals, 65 helpers, 40 power-play points, 164 shots on net, 56 hits, 58 blocked shots, 26 PIM and a plus-32 rating over 73 appearances. With nine games left on Montreal's regular-season slate, Suzuki is in position to take a run at a 100-point campaign.

  • Ben Jones C | MIN

Wild's Ben Jones: Pots pair of goals

Jones scored twice in AHL Iowa's 4-3 shootout loss to Rockford on Sunday.

Jones is up to 10 goals and 23 points over 28 outings this season. He's racked up seven points over his last seven contests. The 27-year-old also has two points in 26 games for the Wild this year, but Jones is likely to stay in the AHL as long as the big club remains healthy.

  • Nils Aman C | VAN

Canucks' Nils Aman: Three-point game for Abbotsford

Aman scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Abbotsford's 5-3 win over San Diego on Sunday.

Aman has two goals and six assists over his last eight contests. Through 52 outings this season, Aman is up to six goals and 37 points. He saw some time in the NHL early in the campaign, but he went scoreless in two appearances.

  • Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Three-point performance Sunday

Guentzel recorded a goal and two assists in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Predators.

Guentzel scored Tampa Bay's first goal with a wrister at the 13:32 mark of the second period before assisting on goals scored by Brandon Hagel and Corey Perry. Guentzel has found the back of the net in four consecutive games and six of his last seven. He's up to 35 goals and 45 assists in 72 games. This is just the third season in his career that he has reached the 80-point threshold, and Guentzel has a chance to top his career high of 84 points, established in 76 regular-season games with the Penguins in 2021-22.

  • Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Won't return to Sunday's game

Olivier won't return to Sunday's game against the Bruins due to an upper-body injury.

Olivier went to the locker room in the second period of Sunday's matchup and was ruled out by the team shortly after the start of the third frame. Prior to his departure, he recorded two hits and five PIM in 3:06 of ice time. It's not yet clear whether he'll be forced to miss additional time, but his next opportunity to suit up will be Tuesday against the Hurricanes.

  • Nick Paul C | TB

Lightning's Nick Paul: Ready to return Sunday

Paul (illness) will play against Nashville on Sunday, according to Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site.

After sitting out Saturday's 4-2 win over Ottawa, Paul will return to a fourth-line role against the Predators on Sunday. He has accounted for seven goals, 13 points, 52 shots on net and 56 hits across 41 appearances this season.

  • Kings' Samuel Helenius: Absent from practice

Helenius (undisclosed) is day-to-day and didn't participate in Sunday's practice, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

It's unclear if he will play against St. Louis on Wednesday. Still, Alex Turcotte and Taylor Ward could both be in the lineup regardless of Helenius' availability. The 23-year-old Helenius has registered four goals, eight points, 34 shots on net and 128 hits across 45 appearances this season.
