  • Rangers' Jonny Brodzinski: Puts away goal

Brodzinski scored a goal in Wednesday's 8-5 loss to the Flyers.

Brodzinski has netted four goals over his last eight games. The 31-year-old continues to fill a bottom-six role for the Rangers and has been decent for much of the campaign. He's earned 11 goals, seven assists, 67 shots on net, 26 hits and a plus-7 rating over 47 appearances. Brodzinski has up to four games left to take a run at the 20-point mark for the first time in his career.

  • J.T. Miller C | NYR

Rangers' J.T. Miller: Bends twine in loss

Miller scored a goal on four shots and went minus-3 in Wednesday's 8-5 loss to the Flyers.

Miller has four goals and six assists over his last eight contests, getting on the scoresheet in seven of those games. The 32-year-old is up to 20 goals, 63 points, 130 shots on net, 166 hits and 55 PIM over 68 appearances between the Rangers and the Canucks. His offense has been strong lately, so fantasy managers should feel confident to play him over the final week of the season as long as he stays in the lineup.

  • Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Buries shorthanded goal

Trocheck scored a shorthanded goal on two shots, added two hits and went minus-2 in Wednesday's 8-5 loss to the Flyers.

Trocheck has three goals and an assist over his last nine outings, and two of those tallies have come while on the penalty kill. The 31-year-old center is up to 23 goals, 53 points, 191 shots on net, 211 hits, 76 blocked shots, 42 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 78 appearances. It's far from his best year on offense, but Trocheck continues to be a good source of all-around production.

  • Nico Sturm C | MIN

Panthers' Nico Sturm: In action against Wings

Sturm (upper body) will play versus Detroit on Thursday, per NHL.com.

Sturm will slide into a third-line role in his first outing back following a four-game stint on the shelf. Considering the 29-year-old German has gone 11 games without a goal and managed just one helper over that stretch, his reintroduction into the lineup is unlikely to impact the majority of fantasy managers.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Not playing Thursday

MacKinnon will miss Thursday's clash against Vancouver with an undisclosed injury, Aarif Deen of Colorado Hockey Now reports.

MacKinnon is also doubtful for the final two games of the season on the weekend, as head coach Jared Bednar stated MacKinnon would "probably not" play. MacKinnon is currently tied with Nikita Kucherov for the NHL lead in points with 116 and is likely to finish second once again to Kucherov in the race for the Art Ross Trophy.

  • Martin Necas C | COL

Avalanche's Martin Necas: Available for Thursday's game

Necas (upper body) is available for Thursday's game against the Canucks, Aarif Deen of Colorado Hockey Now reports.

Necas has missed the last three matchups due to an upper-body injury, but he'll be able to suit up for Colorado's final home game of the regular season Thursday. He's been productive since the 4 Nations Face-Off break, recording seven goals, 10 assists, 14 hits and four blocked shots while averaging 19:37 of ice time over 19 appearances.

  • Flyers' Ryan Poehling: Adds two helpers in win

Poehling logged two assists and two shots on goal in Wednesday's 8-5 win over the Rangers.

Poehling was injured in Monday's practice, but it was a minor issue that didn't cost him a game. Instead, he stayed hot in a middle-six role -- the center has seven goals and five assists over his last nine contests. Poehling is definitely worth a look to close out the season in fantasy given his momentum. His two-point effort Wednesday gave him a career-high 29 points with 69 shots on net, 73 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating across 64 outings this season.

  • Flyers' Sean Couturier: One of each in Wednesday's win

Couturier scored a goal on two shots, added an assist and logged two hits in Wednesday's 8-5 win over the Rangers.

Couturier was questionable to play in the contest, but he was able to make an impact. The 32-year-old has five goals and five assists over his last nine outings despite snapping a three-game point drought Wednesday. The center is at 42 points, 147 shots on net, 50 hits, 42 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 75 appearances. It's his best point total since 2019-20, though Couturier is unlikely to ever get back to his career high of 76 points from 2017-18 and 2018-19, as injuries have sapped a lot of his scoring potential over the years.

  • Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Collects assist

Cirelli managed an assist, five shots on goal and two blocked shots in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Maple Leafs.

Cirelli's offense has gone a little quiet lately -- he's in a seven-game goal drought and has just two assists, a plus-3 rating and 10 shots in that span. The 27-year-old center is up to 54 points, 152 shots on net, 69 blocked shots and a plus-27 rating over 76 appearances this season. Fantasy managers considering Cirelli for playoff pools may want to look elsewhere, as he'll likely be forced into more of a shutdown role once the postseason begins.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

    Sabres' Josh Norris: Unavailable Thursday

Norris (mid-body) will not play Thursday in Columbus.

Norris will miss his 14th straight game. The Sabres are still hopeful he can return to the lineup before the end of the season, which ends next Thursday against the Flyers. Norris has one goal and one assist over three games with the Sabres after tallying 20 goals and 13 helpers across 53 contests with the Senators before his trade to Buffalo at the deadline.
