Klim Kostin C | SJ
Sharks' Klim Kostin: Playing time still sparse
Kostin was scratched for the eighth time in nine games in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Flames.
The Sharks pivoted to prospect evaluation in mid-March, and that has left Kostin out of the lineup regularly. He could get into some games late in the campaign, but he'll likely be limited to bottom-six minutes. The winger has just seven points with 28 shots on net, 27 PIM and 111 hits over 35 appearances this season. He's set for restricted free agency this summer, but it's possible the Sharks opt not to give him a qualifying offer, which would put him in unrestricted free agency.

Morgan Frost C | CGY
Flames' Morgan Frost: Helps out with man advantage
Frost notched a power-play assist and four shots on goal in Monday's 3-2 win over the Sharks.
The Flames' second goal was initially credited to Frost, but it was later switched to Jonathan Huberdeau. The helper still allowed Frost to end a five-game point drought, but he's now gone 22 contests without a goal despite steady middle-six minutes in his time with the Flames. The 25-year-old center has 34 points, 134 shots on net, 63 hits, 58 blocked shots and a minus-19 rating over 76 appearances between the Flames and the Flyers in 2024-25.

Quinton Byfield C | LA
Kings' Quinton Byfield: Reaches 20-goal mark
Byfield scored a goal in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Kraken.
Byfield snapped a seven-game goal drought, during which he had three assists, when he scored at 1:48 of the first period. That was the only puck the Kings could put behind Joey Daccord. Byfield reached the 20-goal mark for the second year in a row, and while he's likely to fall short of matching his 55-point total from last season, he's at 48 points (four on the power play) through 77 appearances. The 22-year-old center has added 149 shots on net, 77 hits, 42 PIM and a plus-15 rating this season, production in line with what he did last year aside from a significant drop in power-play success.

Tomas Hertl C | LV
Golden Knights' Tomas Hertl: Set to miss out Tuesday
Hertl (shoulder) is not expected back against Colorado on Tuesday, per NHL.com.
Hertl will be shelved for his eighth straight game due to his lingering shoulder problem. Prior to getting hurt, the 31-year-old center was rolling offensively with 11 goals and seven helpers, including six power-play points, in his previous 15 tilts. Once cleared to play, Hertl should reclaim a spot in the top six in addition to seeing power-play minutes.

Macklin Celebrini C | SJ
Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Plates two helpers in loss
Celebrini dished out two assists and put four shots on net in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Flames.
Celebrini picked up helpers on both of Will Smith's goals, including one on a late-game power play. With the pair of assists, Celebrini has helpers in three consecutive games and 13 total points in his last 15 contests. Overall, the 18-year-old phenom has 36 assists, 57 points and 222 shots on net in 65 games this season. Celebrini is in great shape to reach the 60-point mark by the end of the regular season and set a strong foundation for the rest of his career. He is in the mix for the Calder Trophy alongside Calgary's Dustin Wolf and Montreal's Lane Hutson. Celebrini should have a good shot at the award and holds decent value in all fantasy formats for the remainder of the regular season.

Will Smith C | SJ
Sharks' Will Smith: Nets pair of goals Monday
Smith netted two goals, including one on a power play, and tallied four shots on net in Monday's 3-2 loss to Calgary.
Smith was the lone player to find the back of the net for either team throughout the first two periods. The Flames tallied three goals in the final period before Smith netted his second goal of the game on a late power play. The 20-year-old forward is up to 16 goals, 40 points and 118 shots on goal in 69 appearances this season. Smith's rookie campaign has been a strong showing overall but has taken a step up as of late. The fourth overall selection in the 2023 NHL Draft has 17 points in his last 19 games. With three goals in his last two games, Smith has good value in fantasy, making him a strong waiver wire target in most formats.

Matty Beniers C | SEA
Kraken's Matty Beniers: Scores vs. Los Angeles
Beniers scored a goal, took three shots and recorded five blocked shots in Monday's 2-1 win over the Kings.
Beniers scored his 19th goal of the season in this tight win Monday, but the 22-year-old has improvements have been merely marginal after struggling in his sophomore year, and it seems he won't be able to replicate the 57-point performance he posted as a rookie in 2022-23. The 22-year-old has 19 goals and 42 points across 78 appearances this season. His latest marker snapped a four-game goal drought for him, but given his lukewarm offensive production, it's hard to trust him in most fantasy formats at the moment.

Isac Lundestrom C | CLB
Ducks' Isac Lundestrom: Snags assist in Monday's win
Lundestrom notched an assist and two blocked shots in Monday's 3-2 win over the Oilers.
Lundestrom ended a 13-game point drought when he helped out on the second of Cutter Gauthier's two goals in the second period. The 25-year-old Lundestrom continues to play on the fourth line, so his chances to add to the offense are limited. He's managed 15 points in 74 games this season, both marks being his highest totals in three years. He's added 56 shots on net, 65 blocked shots, 44 hits and a minus-10 rating over 74 outings.

Nils Aman C | VAN
Canucks' Nils Aman: Not suiting up against Dallas
Aman (undisclosed) will not play in Tuesday's road matchup versus the Stars, per Iain MacIntyre of Sportsnet.
Aman will miss a third consecutive game after suffering his undisclosed injury at Friday's practice, and there's been no information with respect to his status. His next chance to suit up will be Thursday in Colorado.

Nazem Kadri C | COL
Flames' Nazem Kadri: Secures first 30-30 season
Kadri dished an assist and fired four shots on net in Monday's 3-2 win over the Sharks.
Kadri assisted on a marker from Adam Klapka to get the Flames on the board in the third period. With the helper, Kadri hit a milestone in his career, making the 2024-25 season the first campaign where he's collected at least 30 goals and 30 assists. This achievement occurred just days after he tallied his 400th career assist, further proving his quality in his age-34 season. Overall, Kadri has 31 goals, 30 assists and 261 shots on net in 77 appearances this season. He leads the Flames in points this season, and the only Calgary player who's close is linemate Jonathan Huberdeau (59). Kadri should challenge for the 65-point mark by the end of the regular season. If he can hit the mark, it would be the third time he has accomplished that feat in his 16-year career.
