  • Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Registers helper in overtime win

Howden notched an assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flames.

The Calgary native helped the Golden Knights win in his hometown by drawing the secondary assist on Reilly Smith's goal in overtime. The 27-year-old Howden has five goals, two assists, 11 shots on net, 12 hits and 16 PIM over his last 11 contests. He continues to play in a versatile role -- he had been on the fourth line recently, but he swapped places with Nicolas Roy to see second-line usage Saturday. Howden is at 22 goals, 15 helpers, 117 shots on net, 111 hits, 50 blocked shots and a plus-13 rating over 74 appearances in his career year.

  • Golden Knights' Pavel Dorofeyev: Achieves 50-point season

Dorofeyev scored a goal on three shots in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flames.

Dorofeyev opened the scoring late in the first period. The winger has three goals and four assists over his last five outings as he continues to thrive in a second-line role. His tally Saturday gave him his first 50-point season (33 goals, 17 assists). The winger has added 229 shots on net, 37 blocked shots, 28 hits, 28 PIM and an even plus-minus rating across 76 appearances.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Assists in consecutive games

Celebrini provided an assist and fired four shots on net in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Kraken.

Celebrini has a helper in each of the last two contests and has earned five assists during his eight-game goal drought. The 18-year-old center helped out on Will Smith's first-period tally, but 2-1 was as close as the Sharks were able to make it before the Kraken tacked on three goals in the middle frame. Celebrini's slight dip in production down the stretch could hurt his Calder Trophy chances, but he's still had an excellent season with 21 goals, 34 helpers, 218 shots on net, 51 blocked shots and a minus-31 rating over 64 appearances. He is third in points (55) among rookies, trailing Matvei Michkov (58) and Lane Hutson (63), but Celebrini's 0.86 points-per-game pace is tops among first-year players.

  • Will Smith C | SJ

Sharks' Will Smith: Tallies lone goal in loss

Smith scored a goal on three shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Kraken.

Smith ended an eight-game goal drought with this tally. In that span, he was limited to two assists despite pumping 17 shots on net. The 20-year-old's recent dry spell aside, he's made a great first impression on a rebuilding team. Smith has 14 goals, 38 points, 114 shots on net and a minus-13 rating across 68 appearances as a rookie.

  • Shane Wright C | SEA

Kraken's Shane Wright: Provides helper in win

Wright logged an assist, three shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Sharks.

Wright has opened April with a goal and an assist over two games after enduring a six-game slump to close out March. The 21-year-old center is still seeing middle-six minutes, and it's possible some of his recent struggles are simply due to the workload of his first full NHL campaign. He's still been impressive with 18 goals, 24 helpers, 84 shots on net, 54 hits, 57 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 74 appearances.

  • Kraken's Chandler Stephenson: Secures 50-point campaign

Stephenson scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Sharks.

Stephenson capitalized on a turnover to stretch the Kraken's lead to 3-1 at 7:39 of the second period. The 30-year-old forward has two goals in his last two outings -- he's scored in consecutive contests three times this season. He's up to the 50-point mark (13 goals, 37 helpers) for the fourth year in a row, and he's added 70 shots on net, 46 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating while logging top-six minutes over 73 outings in his first year with Seattle.

  • Jared McCann C | SEA

Kraken's Jared McCann: Three more points Saturday

McCann scored twice on six shots, added an assist and went plus-3 in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Sharks.

McCann opened and closed the scoring Saturday. He also helped out on an Andre Burakovsky tally in the first period. A late surge in 2024-25 has seen McCann rack up four goals and nine assists over his last nine contests. He reached the 20-goal mark Saturday, something he's done in all four years he's played with the Kraken. He's added 38 assists, 192 shots on net and a plus-12 rating across 77 appearances. McCann still has five games left to match his 62-point output from 2023-24 -- he's only four points away from that mark.

  • Lightning's Gage Goncalves: Finds twine in shootout loss

Goncalves scored a goal on four shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Sabres.

Goncalves has scored twice over his last five games. The 24-year-old had a strong February but has returned to more of a supporting role on offense in March and April, which makes sense given his third-line role and a renewed lack of power-play time. He's now at six goals, 15 points, 49 shots on net, 62 hits and a plus-4 rating across 54 appearances this season.

  • Lightning's Brayden Point: Opens scoring Saturday

Point scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Sabres.

Point's four-game point streak ended Thursday versus the Senators but returned to the scoresheet Saturday. He has seven goals and three assists over his last eight contests as he continues to push toward the fourth 40-goal campaign of his career. He's at 39 tallies, 76 points, 180 shots on net, 42 blocked shots and a plus-17 rating through 71 appearances this season. Tampa Bay has six games left on the docket, giving Point plenty of time to keep his offensive success rolling.

  • Sabres' Tage Thompson: Nets goal No. 40

Thompson scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 3-2 shootout win over the Lightning.

Thompson has six goals and an assist over his last six games, which ended up being a sprint to the 40-goal mark this season. It's the second time in his career that Thompson has reached that level, though he's at 67 points through 69 appearances in 2024-25 compared to 94 points (47 goals, 47 assists) in 78 games in 2022-23. The 27-year-old has added 219 shots on net, 64 hits, 33 PIM and an even plus-minus rating as a top-line fixture this season, though he's often played on the wing while Jiri Kulich or Ryan McLeod line up at center.
