  • Kris Letang D | PIT

Penguins' Kris Letang: Gets game-winner in Game 4

Letang scored a goal on three shots, added two hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Flyers in Game 4.

Letang had gone without a goal over his previous 38 games, with his last tally being Jan. 1 against the Red Wings. His game-winning goal Saturday was his first point over four contests in this first-round series against the Flyers. The defenseman has added eight shots on net, four hits, four blocked shots, 18 PIM and a minus-3 rating. Prior to this playoff run, Letang had totaled 90 points over 149 career postseason outings.

  • Senators' Carter Yakemchuk: Two assists in NHL playoff debut

Yakemchuk picked up two assists Saturday in a 4-2 loss to Carolina in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference First Round.

Game 4 was Yakemchuk's NHL playoff debut. He registered three shots in 19:34. The 20-year-old defender delivered 40 points, including 10 goals, in 54 games with AHL Belleville. He finished second in rookie scoring from the blue line and 12th overall among AHL defenders. Yakemchuk also had one goal and one assist in four regular-season appearances with the big club in 2025-26. He should be in the mix for an NHL roster spot out of training camp in the fall.

  • Stars' Nils Lundkvist : Exits Saturday's game

Lundkvist is questionable to return to Saturday's game against Minnesota.

Lundkvist left the game after suffering a deep facial laceration from Michael McCarron's skate. The 25-year-old Lundkvist logged 10:32 of ice time before exiting the match. He has two assists in four playoff games this year, including Saturday's action. If Lundkvist can't play in Game 5 on Tuesday, then Ilya Lyubushkin might draw into the lineup.

  • Hurricanes' Alexander Nikishin: Suffers injury Saturday

Nikishin (upper body) won't return to Saturday's Game 4 matchup against Ottawa.

Nikishin needed help getting off the ice after being hit hard by Ottawa's Tyler Kleven in the second period. The 24-year-old Nikishin hasn't earned a point in his first four NHL postseason appearances, but he has two shots on goal, five blocked shots and six hits.

  • Josh Manson D | COL

Avalanche's Josh Manson: Unlikely to play Sunday

Manson (upper body) is doubtful for Game 4 against the Kings on Sunday, per Marc Moser of Altitude TV.

Manson didn't participate in Saturday's practice after getting injured in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Kings. It's unclear when he will be ready to return, but the team is taking it day by day. Manson has two assists, five shots on goal and 10 hits through three games this postseason.

  • Lane Hutson D | MON

Canadiens' Lane Hutson: Nets game-winner in overtime

Hutson scored the game-winning goal, fired two shots on net, added three hits and blocked four shots in Friday's 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning in Game 3.

Hutson tallied on a blast from the point just 2:09 into the extra session to give the Canadiens the win and a 2-1 series lead. The 22-year-old defenseman has earned two goals, one assist, 10 shots on net, seven blocked shots and three hits over three playoff outings so far. The Canadiens will continue to lean heavily on their top blueliners, so expect Hutson to see lofty ice-time totals.

  • Emil Andrae D | PHI

    Flyers' Emil Andrae: Unavailable Saturday

Andrae (upper body) has been ruled out of Saturday's home clash in Game 4 versus Pittsburgh, Adam Kimelman of NHL.com reports.

Andrae was injured in Game 1 on April 18 and has yet to return to the lineup. Andrae had two goals, 11 assists, a plus-15 rating, 68 hits and 58 blocked shots across 61 regular-season games in 2025-26. Noah Juulsen will remain in the lineup in Andrae's absence.

  • Oilers' Evan Bouchard: Deals pair of helpers

Bouchard notched two assists, including one on the power play, and added two shots on goal and a minus-3 rating in Friday's 7-4 loss to the Ducks in Game 3.

These were Bouchard's first two points of the playoffs. He's taken a minus-6 rating while adding four shots on net and three blocked shots. The 26-year-old led all NHL defensemen in the regular season with 95 points. He also added 221 shots on net, 101 blocked shots and a plus-25 rating. However, he's struggled defensively in the playoffs. Going into this spring, Bouchard collected 81 playoff points over 75 games across four runs.

  • Tyson Hinds D | ANA

Ducks' Tyson Hinds: Gets first playoff point in Game 3

Hinds notched an assist in Friday's 7-4 win over the Oilers in Game 3.

Hinds played in the last six games of the regular season and has remained in the lineup over Olen Zellweger for the first three games of the playoffs. Hinds hasn't found the scoresheet yet at the NHL level in the regular season, but he has one in the playoffs now. He's seeing limited usage in a third-pairing role, so it's unlikely he'll be a major contributor on offense. Hinds had 19 points in 62 AHL regular-season contests, and with San Diego getting eliminated from the minor-league playoffs Friday, Hinds is here to stay for the remainder of the Ducks' postseason run.

  • Ducks' Jackson LaCombe: Makes impact late in win

LaCombe scored an empty-net goal on four shots, added an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Friday's 7-4 win over the Oilers in Game 3.

LaCombe had a hand in Jeffrey Viel's tally with 3:03 left in the third period before adding an empty-netter 1:30 later. The 25-year-old LaCombe is shining early in the postseason with six points, seven shots on net, eight blocked shots, three hits and a plus-4 rating over three contests. He continues to work on the top pairing, so he's in a position to remain productive at both ends of the ice.
