Canadiens' Lane Hutson: First career NHL playoff goal
Hutson scored a power-play goal Tuesday in a 3-2 overtime to the Lightning in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference First Round.
It was his first career NHL playoff goal, but it won't be the talented defender's last. Hutson scored with a one-timer from the point that somehow went through traffic and under Andrei Vasilevskiy's blocker arm. Hutson has a goal, assist and eight shots, including six Tuesday, in two postseason games.

It came at 12:48 of the overtime frame. Moser isn't known for his offense. He finished the regular season with seven goals, 22 assists, 111 shots, a plus-41 rating, 91 blocks, 69 PIM and 61 hits.

Oilers' Ty Emberson: Gathers assist in Game 1 win
Emberson notched an assist and two hits in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1.
Emberson went 17 games without a point to end the regular season, and he also missed five contests due to an undisclosed injury in that span. He's set for third-pairing minutes this postseason, but if he struggles, Spencer Stastney could be swapped into the lineup. Emberson had 12 points, 46 shots on net, 107 hits and 106 blocked shots over 72 regular-season outings. His helper Monday was his first career playoff point -- he was held off the scoresheet in nine appearances last spring in his first taste of postseason action.

Jake Sanderson D | OTT
Senators' Jake Sanderson: Dishes two assists Monday
Sanderson registered two assists, two shots on goal, three hits and four blocked shots in Monday's 3-2 double-overtime loss to the Hurricanes.
Sanderson led all players with 43:06 of ice time over nearly five full periods of hockey. He'll be forced into a lot of minutes since injuries continue to deplete the Senators' blue line. Sanderson racked up 14 goals, 54 points, 128 blocked shots and 147 shots on net over 67 regular-season outings. This is his second taste of the playoffs after earning three points over six postseason contests last spring.

Brock Faber D | MIN
Wild's Brock Faber: Scores twice in playoff loss
Faber scored two goals on six shots in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Stars in Game 2 of their first-round playoff series.
Faber accounted for all the offense the Wild were able to muster in this game, and the two goals he scored were also his first two career postseason goals. Faber isn't expected to be a go-to scoring threat for Minnesota in the playoffs, although it's worth noting he scored a career-high 15 goals in 80 regular-season games. He should continue to play a prominent role in the Wild's top defensive pairing going forward.
