Zayne Parekh D | CGY
Flames' Zayne Parekh: Tallies on power play
Parekh scored a power-play goal on five shots in Tuesday's 3-2 shootout win over the Kings.
Parekh's first goal of the season tied the contest at 2-2 in the third period. The 20-year-old defenseman has dealt with plenty of growing pains on a low-scoring team this year, which has limited him to four points, 28 shots on net, 15 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 26 appearances. All of his points have come with the man advantage, where he's now on the first unit, but he remains limited to the third pairing at even strength to give him more sheltered usage.

Brock Faber D | MIN
Wild's Brock Faber: Establishes new career points mark
Faber grabbed his 15th goal of the season Tuesday in a 6-3 loss to the Lightning.
It came on a first period power play when his point shot deflected off the bottom on Andrei Vasilevskiy's glove. Faber's goal established a new career mark in points (48) in 72 games. He's already building a new career mark in goals; his previous best was 10. Remarkably, this was Faber's first power-play goal of the season. The talented blueliner has five points (one goal, four assists) in his last four games.

Erik Cernak D | TB
Lightning's Erik Cernak: Pots go-ahead goal in win
Cernak scored the go-ahead goal Tuesday in a 6-3 win over Minnesota.
Cernak broke a tight game open with 2:53 remaining in the third period. Filip Gustavsson couldn't control a shoot in as it careened off the boards, and it trickled through his legs at the left post. He was right there to knock it in at the top of the crease. It's Cernak's second goal of the season; he has 10 points, 92 hits, 81 blocks and 39 shots in 49 games.

Darren Raddysh D | TB
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Breakout season rolls along
Raddysh scored a goal and added two assists in a 6-3 win over the Wild on Tuesday.
The goal and one assist came on the power play; the goal was his 20th of the season. There are few superlatives strong enough to describe Raddysh's breakout season. The sniping is likely an anomaly given his inflated 11.1 shooting percentage, which is double his 2024-25 regular season mark of 5.6. All the same, his confidence is soaring, and you need to ride Raddysh's success through your postseason. He has three goals and three assists in his last four games (20 shots). He has 180 shots, 62 hits and 60 blocks in 63 games this season, and half of his goals (10) and 25 of his points have come with the man advantage. Raddysh's 20 goals puts him into a tie with Dan Boyle (2006-07) and Victor Hedman (2021-22) for the team record from a defender.

Charlie McAvoy D | BOS
Bruins' Charlie McAvoy: Points in 19 of last 21 games
McAvoy scored a power-play goal in a 4-2 loss to Toronto on Tuesday.
McAvoy was credited with the goal after David Pastrnak's one-timer hit off the defender's skate as he jumped to avoid the shot. The goal cut the score to 3-2 early in the third period, but Boston couldn't muster the tying goal. It was McAvoy's 10th goal of the season. It's the third time in nine seasons that he has reached double digits in goals. He has three points (one goal, two assists) in his last two games, and he's been held off the score sheet just twice in his last 21 games (seven goals, 18 assists). His consistency is fantasy gold. McAvoy has 54 points in 59 games this season; that's just two points from his career mark (56 points; 2021-22).

Tony DeAngelo D | NYI
Islanders' Tony DeAngelo: Departs Tuesday's game
DeAngelo (lower body) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Blackhawks.
DeAngelo was injured during a sequence that led to a Chicago goal. The defenseman can be considered day-to-day for now. DeAngelo joins Ryan Pulock (lower body) as Islanders defensemen dealing with injuries, which could open the door for Isaiah George to get into the lineup Thursday versus the Stars.

Charles-Alexis Legault D | CAR
Hurricanes' Charles-Alexis Legault: Sent back down
Legault was reassigned to AHL Chicago on Tuesday.
The Hurricanes had a question mark in their lineup Tuesday, but Legault was ultimately not needed to play. The 22-year-old defenseman will be an option whenever Carolina needs another call-up.

Victor Hedman D | TB
Lightning's Victor Hedman: Not playing Tuesday
Hedman (illness) won't play against Minnesota on Tuesday, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Hedman will miss his third straight game, and it's unclear if he will be ready for Thursday's matchup against Seattle. He has registered one goal, 16 assists, 50 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and 19 hits across 33 appearances this season.

Yan Kuznetsov D | CGY
Flames' Yan Kuznetsov: Won't play Tuesday
Kuznetsov (upper body) won't play against the Kings on Tuesday.
Kuznetsov will miss his fifth straight game, but he participated in Tuesday's morning skate and appears to be getting close to returning to the lineup. He has contributed four goals, 12 points, 58 shots on net, 89 blocked shots and 75 hits across 52 appearances this season.

Vincent Desharnais D | SJ
Sharks' Vincent Desharnais: Slated to suit up in Nashville
Desharnais (upper body) is expected to play in Nashville on Tuesday, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.
Desharnais was sidelined against the Flyers on Saturday due to his upper-body injury. With his expected return to the lineup Tuesday, Nick Leddy will most likely serve as a healthy scratch in Nashville. Desharnais is projected to skate on the third pairing alongside Sam Dickinson against the Predators.
