  • Panthers' Gustav Forsling: Earns 200th career point

Forsling logged an assist and two hits in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Capitals.

The helper was Forsling's 200th career point, coming in his 494th game. The 29-year-old defenseman has been his usual steady self in a top-four role this year, and he's picked up four helpers over six outings in November. Overall, he has eight assists, a plus-3 rating, 22 shots on net, 18 hits and 18 blocked shots through 17 appearances. Forsling won't stand out on the scoresheet, but he's a fine option in any fantasy format that's deeper than a standard one.

  • Golden Knights' Jeremy Lauzon: Garners helper Thursday

Lauzon logged an assist, two shots on goal, three hits, two blocked shots and four PIM in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders.

Lauzon has two helpers over his last five games. The physical defenseman is no stranger to throwing the body around, but he's been a bit reckless with his penalties. He hasn't lost playing time yet, but if he continues to have a vacation home in the penalty box, head coach Bruce Cassidy might give Ben Hutton a game or two in the lineup instead. Lauzon is at four assists, 14 shots on net, 56 hits, 26 blocked shots, 28 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 16 outings in 2025-26.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Buries goal in overtime loss

Theodore scored a goal on six shots and blocked three shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders.

Theodore's goal got the Golden Knights on the board at 18:56 of the second period. The 30-year-old defenseman has a goal and an assist over his last two games, which could be just the spark he needs to improve his offense. For the season, he's produced seven points, 35 shots on net, 30 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 16 appearances.

  • Islanders' Matthew Schaefer: Goal, assist in overtime win

Schaefer scored a power-play goal on four shots, dished an assist, added two hits and blocked two shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Golden Knights.

Schaefer has been consistent early in his career, though he snapped a four-game goal drought with his first-period tally Thursday. He's still earned six points over six outings in November already. The 18-year-old defenseman is up to six goals, 14 points (seven on the power play), 52 shots on net, 20 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating across 17 appearances. Schaefer is already looking like something special for the Islanders, so fantasy managers shouldn't hesitate to add him if he's available.

  • Vince Dunn D | SEA

Kraken's Vince Dunn: Three-point effort in win

Dunn scored a goal, served two assists, added two PIM and blocked two shots in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Jets.

This was Dunn's first multi-point effort since Oct. 11 versus the Golden Knights. He had a hand in the Kraken's first three goals, all of which wiped out one-goal deficits. Dunn is up to three goals, nine assists, 44 shots on net, 16 blocked shots, 10 PIM and a minus-4 rating through 17 outings. He's topped the 60-point mark once in his career, in his last fully healthy season in 2022-23, so this pace is sustainable if injuries don't affect his campaign.

  • Bowen Byram D | BUF

Sabres' Bowen Byram: Puts away goal in loss

Byram scored a goal on four shots in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Avalanche.

Byram got the Sabres on the board at 7:47 of the first period. It's the second year in a row he's scored in Colorado after being traded from the Avalanche to the Sabres in the 2023-24 campaign. Byram has a goal and an assist over his last two games, and he's at seven points, 22 shots on net, 23 blocked shots, 13 hits, 10 PIM and a minus-5 rating through 17 appearances. The 24-year-old blueliner should continue to see increased opportunities while Rasmus Dahlin (personal) is away from the team.

  • Avalanche's Samuel Girard: Records helper in return

Girard logged an assist in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Sabres.

Girard missed 15 games due to an upper-body injury. He returned to a third-pairing role Thursday, logging 16:54 of ice time. The helper was his first point of the year to go with three shots on net, four blocked shots, three hits and a plus-2 rating over three outings. Girard's return should help bolster the bottom of the Avalanche's defense, which will make it tougher for Ilya Solovyov to get into the lineup.

  • Capitals' Rasmus Sandin: Two-point effort in loss

Sandin had a goal and an assist in a 6-3 loss to Florida on Thursday.

Sandin cut the lead to 5-3 when he wired a long shot through a sea of bodies that fooled Daniil Tarasov. He has six points and 13 shots in 12 contests this season.

  • Kings' Mikey Anderson: Produces helper in overtime win

Anderson logged an assist in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.

Anderson has three helpers and a plus-4 rating over six contests in November. The 26-year-old defenseman has moved around the lineup more often than in previous years, as head coach Jim Hiller hasn't been as confident in his defensive pairings in 2025-26. Anderson is at four points, 10 shots on net, 28 blocked shots, 20 hits and a plus-6 rating through 18 appearances in a pure shutdown role.

  • Seth Jones D | FLA

Panthers' Seth Jones: Three points in last two games

Jones had a goal and an assist in a 6-3 win over Washington on Thursday.

The goal was his first of the season. Jones has three points in his last two games. Fantasy managers who drafted him with the thought he'd immediately return to the mid-50 point range are undoubtably disappointed, but Jones is still on a 40-point pace.
