Yan Kuznetsov D | CGY
Flames' Yan Kuznetsov: Out for remainder of season
Kuznetsov (upper body) will miss the rest of the 2025-26 regular season, according to Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan on Tuesday.
After sitting out Sunday's 4-1 win over Utah because of the injury, Kuznetsov won't play against the Avalanche and Kings on Tuesday and Thursday, respectively. He will conclude the 2025-26 campaign with four goals, 12 points, 64 shots on net, 103 blocked shots and 79 hits across 57 appearances.

Nick Jensen D | OTT
Senators' Nick Jensen: Not expected to return for playoffs
Head coach Travis Green said Tuesday that Jensen (knee) is a long shot to play again this year, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
Jensen underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus in mid-March, a procedure that was expected to carry a six-week recovery timetable. While the Senators have clinched a playoff berth, Jensen isn't expected to be healthy in time to contribute during postseason play. The 35-year-old made 61 regular-season appearances this year and recorded four goals, 13 assists, 65 blocked shots, 38 hits and 22 PIM while averaging 17:01 of ice time.

Mike Matheson D | MON
Canadiens' Mike Matheson: Set to sit Tuesday
Matheson is expected to get the night off versus the Flyers on Tuesday, Patrick Friolet of RDS reports.
Matheson has appeared in 78 games for the Habs this season, notching seven goals and 30 helpers along the way. With the veteran blueliner resting up ahead of the postseason, Adam Engstrom is expected to slide into a third-pairing role in Philadelphia.

Rasmus Dahlin D | BUF
Sabres' Rasmus Dahlin: Sets new career high in points
Dahlin recorded two assists and served two PIM in Monday's 5-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Dahlin stayed hot in Monday's win with the primary helper on third-period goals from Alex Tuch and Tage Thompson. Dahlin has pulled his weight and more to help the Sabres secure the Atlantic Division title, as he's currently on a five-game point streak and has 14 points over his last 13 games. Overall, the 26-year-old blueliner surpassed his previous career high in points and now has 55 assists, 74 points, 194 shots on net, 67 hits and 79 blocked shots across 77 games this season. He's slated to play a big role for the Sabres in the playoffs and should be one of the first defensemen off the board in fantasy drafts ahead of next season.

Ryan Ufko D | NSH
Predators' Ryan Ufko: Bags two helpers Monday
Ufko distributed two assists and recorded two shots on net in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Sharks.
Ufko played a hand in both of Luke Evangelista's goals late in the third period, including the primary helper on his goal with just over a minute remaining. The pair of apples raised Ufko up to seven assists, nine points, 11 shots on net, 10 hits and 12 blocked shots across 17 games this season. The 22-year-old blueliner has continued to impress in his late-season trial with the Predators and has three assists over his last four games. He has a strong chance to make Nashville's roster at the start of the 2026-27 campaign, giving him upside in dynasty-based fantasy leagues.

Tyler Kleven D | OTT
Senators' Tyler Kleven: Could return in Round 1
Kleven (upper body) is skating and could be available for the first round of the playoffs, coach Travis Green said Tuesday, per Steve Lloyd of TSN 1200 Ottawa.
The 24-year-old blueliner has three goals and 18 points across 70 regular-season appearances in 2025-26, already surpassing his 10-point output from 79 games a season ago. He also racked up 126 hits, 94 blocked shots and 51 PIM this campaign before sustaining the upper-body injury. A physical third-pairing presence, Kleven was one of Ottawa's more reliable defenders in last year's first-round loss to Toronto, picking up two assists in six games. His potential return would be a significant boost to a Senators blue line that has been ravaged by injuries down the stretch. Kleven has no standalone fantasy value, but owners in deep playoff-pool formats tracking hits and blocks should monitor his status closely.

Hunter McDonald D | PHI
Flyers' Hunter McDonald: Called up by NHL club
McDonald was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Tuesday.
McDonald has joined the Flyers on several occasions this year, but he hasn't yet made his NHL debut. However, he'll get his first taste of NHL action during Tuesday's regular-season finale against Montreal since Philadelphia has clinched a postseason berth. Across 62 appearances with Lehigh Valley this year, McDonald has recorded six assists and 88 PIM.
-
Oliver Bonk D | PHI
Flyers' Oliver Bonk: Called up Tuesday
Bonk was promoted from AHL Lehigh Valley on Tuesday and will make his NHL debut against the Canadiens.
The 21-year-old blueliner has six goals and 19 points in 44 AHL appearances in his rookie pro season, after missing the early part of the campaign due to an upper-body injury sustained during training camp. Bonk won back-to-back OHL titles with the London Knights and helped them claim the 2025 Memorial Cup, logging 11 goals and 40 points in 52 regular-season games last year before adding 14 points in 17 playoff contests. The 22nd-overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft is considered a top defensive prospect in the Flyers' system and projects as a future second-pairing blueliner. His NHL debut is worth monitoring in dynasty formats, though he carries no redraft value yet.
-
Joel Nystrom D | CAR
Hurricanes' Joel Nystrom: Called up Tuesday
Nystrom was recalled from AHL Chicago on Tuesday.
Nystrom has made 37 appearances for the Hurricanes this year, racking up a goal, eight assists, 21 blocked shots and nine hits while averaging 15:10 of ice time. He'll rejoin the NHL club to provide additional depth ahead of Tuesday's regular-season finale against the Islanders, and he's a candidate to enter the lineup if the Hurricanes continue to rest some of their key contributors.

Theo Lindstein D | STL
Blues' Theo Lindstein: Demoted to minors
Lindstein was sent down to AHL Springfield on Tuesday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Lindstein saw action in 17 games for the Blues this season, notching two goals, two assists and eight hits while averaging 15:46 of ice time. He'll return to the minors, where he has six goals and eight helpers in 56 minor-league contests. Heading into 2026-27, Lindstein should be in the mix for an Opening Night roster spot.
