  • Flames' Rasmus Andersson: Scores in loss to Jets

Andersson scored a goal in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Jets.

Andersson provided a 1-0 lead for the Flames midway through the second period with a blistering slap shot that went right past Connor Hellebuyck. That would be all the offense the Flames would muster en route to their sixth straight defeat, though. With only eight goals scored over that six-game losing skid, the Flames have been struggling to produce much on offense, but Andersson has stepped up from the blue line with two goals on eight shots over his last three appearances.

  • Lane Hutson D | MON

Canadiens' Lane Hutson: Notches winner for first goal

Hutson scored the game-winning goal in Monday's 4-2 victory over Buffalo.

The second-year blueliner gave the Canadiens a 3-1 lead midway through the third period when he snapped a quick shot from the slot past Alex Lyon. It was Hutson's first goal of the season and first career GWG, and while he has five points in seven games to begin the campaign, he has yet to really get rolling -- after amassing 26 points on the power play on his way to the Calder Trophy last season, Hutson's still looking for his first point with the man advantage in 2025-26.

  • Cam York D | PHI

Flyers' Cam York: Three helpers against Kraken

York racked up three assists, two on the power play, in Monday's 5-2 win over Seattle.

After being held off the scoresheet in his first two games of the season, York erupted for the first three-point performance of his career. The 24-year-old blueliner missed the first two games of 2025-26 with a lower-body injury, but he's quickly regained a key role now that he's healthy, leading all Flyers defensemen in power-play ice time (1:28) and shorthanded ice time (5:11) on the night.

  • Kraken's Ville Ottavainen: Returned to minors

Ottavainen was reassigned to AHL Coachella Valley on Tuesday.

Ottavainen was added to the Kraken roster ahead of Monday's matchup with the Flyers in the event that Ryan Lindgren (upper body) was unable to play. Rather than have the 23-year-old Ottavainen sit as a healthy scratch again versus Washington on Tuesday, the team sent him back to the minors in exchange for Ben Meyers, who will provide some emergency forward depth.

  • Kraken's Ryan Lindgren: Good to go

Lindgren (upper body) is in the lineup for Monday's road game against Philadelphia, per the NHL media site.

Lindgren was hit in the face with a puck in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Maple Leafs, but he'll avoid missing his first game of the season. The 27-year-old will fill his usual spot on the second pairing in addition to serving on the penalty kill.

  • Canucks' Jimmy Schuldt: Sent back down

Schuldt was assigned to AHL Abbotsford on Monday.

Schuldt was called up from Abbotsford earlier Monday, but he'll head back to the minors later in the day. Over four appearances in the AHL to begin the year, he's been held pointless with four PIM and a minus-2 rating.

  • Ducks' Jackson LaCombe: Pockets power-play assist

LaCombe notched a power-play assist, four shots on goal and two blocked shots in Sunday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Blackhawks.

LaCombe has started slowly in 2025-26 -- the helper was his first point in five games. He's still seeing massive minutes as the Ducks' top overall blueliner, so he should be able to get back on track. The Minnesota native has compiled 10 shots on net, eight hits, eight blocks and a minus-1 rating so far this year, and he's averaging 25:23 of ice time.

  • Oilers' Mattias Ekholm: Gets first point of season

Ekholm provided an assist, blocked four shots, added two shots on net and went minus-3 in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Red Wings.

The helper was Ekholm's first point in six games this season. He's added 14 shots on net, 14 blocks and a minus-3 rating. The 35-year-old defenseman is seeing steady ice time in a top-four role, though it's unclear if he'll keep his spot on the second power-play unit one Jake Walman returns to the lineup Tuesday versus the Senators.

  • Red Wings' Jacob Bernard-Docker: Collects first helper

Bernard-Docker recorded an assist in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Oilers.

Bernard-Docker earned his first helper in five outings this season. The 25-year-old appears to have momentum to keep a third-pairing spot over Travis Hamonic early in the season. Bernard-Docker had eight points in 40 regular-season appearances between Ottawa and Buffalo last year, and he offers minimal upside in fantasy since he doesn't add much in the way of non-scoring production.

  • Hurricanes' Shayne Gostisbehere: Sidelined against Vegas

Gostisbehere (lower body) will not be in action versus Vegas on Monday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Gostisbehere has been lighting it up offensively for the Hurricanes this season, recording one goal and six assists in five games. While the 32-year-old blueliner is averaging a career low 16:01 of ice time, that hasn't impacted his production thus far. With Gostisbehere shelved, Charles-Alexis Legault will likely get into the lineup against the Golden Knights.
