    Weegar is dealing with an injury, though he logged 19:33 of ice time in Seattle on Thursday. The 32-year-old's day-to-day status suggests he could still be an option as soon as Tuesday's game versus the Oilers.

  • Kings' Henry Brzustewicz: Signs first pro deal

    Brzustewicz signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Kings on Saturday.

    The deal will begin in 2026-27, and Brzustewicz will join AHL Ontario on a professional tryout agreement for the remainder of the season. The 19-year-old registered 19 goals and 54 points in 59 games this campaign for OHL London. He was picked with the 31st selection in the 2025 NHL Draft by the Kings.

    Bruins' Mason Lohrei: Not playing Saturday

    Lohrei (upper body) won't play against Tampa Bay on Saturday, per the NHL media site.

    Lohrei will miss his fourth straight game, and it's unclear if he will be ready to return against Philadelphia on Sunday. He has provided seven goals, 25 points, 67 shots on net and 86 blocked shots across 68 appearances this season.

    Red Wings' Justin Faulk: Questionable for Sunday

    Faulk (lower body) is questionable for Sunday's clash with the Wild, per Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press.

    Faulk sat out Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Rangers, and it's unclear if he will rejoin the lineup for Sunday's matchup. The 34-year-old blueliner sustained his lower-body injury in Thursday's game in Philadelphia. Overall, Faulk has 12 goals, 35 points, 131 shots on net, 66 hits and 125 blocked shots across 73 games between St. Louis and Detroit this season.

  • Panthers' Dmitry Kulikov: Not playing Saturday

    Kulikov (nose) won't play against Pittsburgh on Saturday, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.

    Kulikov will miss his second straight game after suffering a broken nose in Tuesday's 6-3 win over Ottawa. However, he skated Saturday and could return to the lineup for Sunday's rematch against the Penguins. Kulikov hasn't earned a point in 17 appearances this season while posting 12 shots on goal, 13 blocked shots and 18 hits.

    Stars' Tyler Myers: Not available Saturday

    Myers (undisclosed) has been ruled out of Saturday's clash versus Colorado, Robert Tiffin of D Magazine reports.

    Myers will sit out his third straight game. The 36-year-old blueliner has two assists in 11 games with the Stars after a trade from Vancouver, where he managed one goal and eight points in 57 appearances. The Stars will dress seven defensemen and 11 forwards in Saturday's contest, with Ilya Lyubushkin remaining in the lineup due to Myers' absence, and Alex Petrovic replacing Kyle Capobianco.

    Ducks' Tyson Hinds: Recalled from AHL

    Hinds was called up from AHL San Diego on Saturday.

    Hinds will provide the Ducks with a depth option while Pavel Mintyukov (lower body) and Radko Gudas (lower body) deal with injuries. Hinds had five goals, 14 assists and a plus-16 rating over 62 AHL games prior to his recall.

  • Mammoth's Dmitri Simashev: Heads back to NHL

    Simashev was recalled from AHL Tucson on Saturday.

    Across 25 NHL games this season, Simashev has an assist, 23 shots on net, eight hits and 26 blocked shots. With the Mammoth looking to lock down a playoff spot, the young blueliner will likely serve as a depth defenseman for the time being.

  • Senators' Jake Sanderson: Expected to play Saturday

    Sandeson (upper body) is slated to return to the lineup versus Minnesota on Saturday, per Claire Hanna of TSN.

    Sanderson missed 13 games after suffering the injury against Seattle on March 7. He has 11 goals and 37 assists in 62 outings this season. Sanderson will occupy a spot on the top pairing and quarterback the first power-play unit in his return to action against the Wild on Saturday.
