  • Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Earns 500th NHL point

Ekman-Larsson notched an assist, four hits, two blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-5 shootout loss to the Sharks.

Ekman-Larsson earned the 500th point of his career when he assisted on a Scott Laughton tally in the second period. The milestone came in Ekman-Larsson's 1,053rd game, and it snapped a four-game point drought. The defenseman has been a good fit for the Maple Leafs in his first year with the team, racking up 29 points, 109 shots on net, 98 hits, 73 blocked shots, 50 PIM and a plus-9 rating across 71 appearances. He's three points back of matching his total from 80 outings with the Panthers a year ago.

  • Sharks' Lucas Carlsson: Nabs helper in shootout win

Carlsson logged an assist, four PIM and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-5 shootout win over the Maple Leafs.

Carlsson has three points over two contests with the Sharks. He set up Tyler Toffoli's opening goal at 7:50 of the first period in this game. Carlsson is getting a chance to audition for an NHL job next season -- he's already under contract for 2025-26, but he's on a two-way deal, which makes it more palatable for him to be stashed in the AHL. Even if he stays with the Sharks for the rest of the season, fantasy managers should remain cautious, as it's unlikely he can keep up this scoring pace.

  • Sharks' Mario Ferraro: Provides helper in shootout win

Ferraro notched a shorthanded assist, two shots on goal and four blocked shots in Thursday's 6-5 shootout win over the Maple Leafs.

Ferraro has a pair of helpers over his last five outings. The 26-year-old defenseman set up a Collin Graf tally in the first period of this contest. For the season, Ferraro is at 13 points, 67 shots on net, 140 hits, 112 blocks, 49 PIM and a minus-24 rating. While he's more of a defensive specialist, this was his first shorthanded point since his rookie year in 2019-20.

  • Sharks' Timothy Liljegren: Two helpers against old team

Liljegren notched two assists, five shots on goal, four blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-5 shootout win over the Maple Leafs.

Liljegren had no trouble getting fired up to play against his former team, putting in one of his best performance of the season. He helped out on goals by Tyler Toffoli and Alexander Wennberg. Liljegren is at 14 points, 91 shots on net, 87 blocked shots, 53 hits, 32 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 57 appearances between the Sharks and the Maple Leafs this season, though all of his offense has been with San Jose. He continues to handle a bottom-four role.

  • Ryker Evans D | SEA

Kraken's Ryker Evans: Manages assist in win

Evans produced an assist, three shots on goal, two hits and two blocked shots in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Oilers.

Evans has produced four helpers over 12 outings in March. The 23-year-old defenseman set up an Andre Burakovsky tally in the second period. Evans is up to 25 points, 58 shots on net, 112 hits, 88 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating over 65 appearances this season. He crossed 100 games played Tuesday against the Flames, and he's taken a noticeable step forward in his second campaign.

  • Vince Dunn D | SEA

Kraken's Vince Dunn: Hands out helper

Dunn notched an assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-4 rating in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Oilers.

Dunn has a helper in three straight contests and has earned seven assists over his last 11 outings. The defenseman is up to 35 points, 125 shots on net, 63 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 53 appearances this season. This was one of his strongest games of the season in an all-around sense, but he's been good throughout March.

  • Adam Larsson D | SEA

Kraken's Adam Larsson: Dishes pair of assists

Larsson logged two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Oilers.

Larsson made an impact against his former team, assisting on goals by Jani Nyman and Jared McCann. The 32-year-old Larsson has a pair of multi-point efforts over his last eight games, but he's gone scoreless in the other six outings in that span. He's up to 24 points, 94 shots, 92 hits, 130 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating across 73 contests this season. The Swede continues to fill a shutdown role on the Kraken's top pairing.

  • Avalanche's Samuel Girard: Plucks apple in win

Girard notched an assist in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Kings.

Girard snapped a three-game dry spell on offense, though he also missed two games in that span due to a lower-body injury. The 26-year-old defenseman is playing in a third-pairing role for now, but he often sees top-four minutes as a more established option than Sam Malinski or Keaton Middleton. Girard is up to 23 points, 86 shots on net, 100 blocked shots, 55 hits and a plus-7 rating through 68 outings.

  • Lightning's Ryan McDonagh: Two helpers in 1,000th NHL game

McDonagh put up two assists in an 8-0 win over Utah on Thursday.

It was a memorable night for McDonagh, who was playing in his 1,000th NHL game. He has back-to-back two-point games and five points, including four assists, in his last four appearances. McDonagh won't help fantasy managers with power-play production, but it's hard to ignore this warm front.

  • Cale Makar D | COL

Avalanche's Cale Makar: Supplies pair of helpers

Makar logged two assists, including one on the power play, and blocked four shots in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Kings.

Makar has three goals and six assists over his last six outings. The 26-year-old defenseman continues to make the remarkable look routine while playing a massive role on the Avalanche's top pairing. For the season, he's contributed 27 goals, 57 helpers, 34 power-play points, 224 shots on net, 114 blocked shots and a plus-28 rating over 73 appearances.
