Jacob Trouba D | ANA
Ducks' Jacob Trouba: Provides helper Sunday
Trouba logged an assist, three hits and two blocked shots in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Trouba has picked up two points over 12 contests in March. The 31-year-old defenseman has largely filled a shutdown role with limited scoring potential, instead serving as more of a mentor for a talented crop of young blueliners on the Ducks' roster. For the season, Trouba has 14 points, 100 shots on net, 152 hits, 189 blocked shots and a minus-7 rating across 69 appearances between the Ducks and the Rangers.

Olen Zellweger D | ANA
Ducks' Olen Zellweger: Ends dry spell with helper
Zellweger notched an assist and four shots on goal in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Zellweger was a healthy scratch for five straight games prior to the trade deadline. The Ducks then dealt away Brian Dumoulin and brought in Oliver Kylington, allowing Zellweger to move into a full-time role to close out 2024-25. It hasn't been a smooth move so far -- his helper Sunday ended an eight-game skid for Zellweger, who has seen top-four minutes in that span. He's now at 15 points, 104 shots on net, 61 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 52 appearances. The 21-year-old still has plenty to learn, but he some of the highest upside on a fairly young blue line, so fantasy managers in dynasty formats should stay patient.

Jackson LaCombe D | ANA
Ducks' Jackson LaCombe: Notches assist Sunday
LaCombe logged an assist, two hits and a minus-2 rating in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
LaCombe is up to two goals and six helpers over 12 contests in March. The 24-year-old defenseman had some struggles against a strong Hurricanes team, but he's generally been good in all zones this season, which has turned into a breakout campaign. LaCombe has 37 points, 118 shots on net, 107 blocked shots, 58 hits and a plus-3 rating over 63 appearances in a top-four role.

Noah Dobson D | MON
Islanders' Noah Dobson: Extends point streak in defeat
Dobson registered two assists, three shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to Calgary.
Dobson logged a pair of secondary assists at even strength in this matchup. It marked his third consecutive multi-point effort -- prior to Saturday, he had only one such performance since the calendar flipped to January, though he missed 11 games due to a lower-body injury in that span. The right-shot blueliner is at eight goals, 26 helpers, 174 shots on net, 109 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating through 58 appearances in 2024-25.

Brent Burns D | COL
Hurricanes' Brent Burns: Garners assist in Sunday's win
Burns logged an assist and three shots on goal in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Ducks.
Burns has three helpers over his last five contests. The defenseman saw a smaller role Saturday (17:51 of ice time) despite the absence of Shayne Gostisbehere due to an illness, but Burns' ice time rebounded Sunday despite Gostisbehere's return. For the season, Burns is up to 25 points, 161 shots on net, 92 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating across 70 appearances. He continues to handle a top-four role and some power-play time.

Hurricanes' Shayne Gostisbehere: Grabs helper in return
Gostisbehere notched an assist and four PIM in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Ducks.
Gostisbehere missed Saturday's game versus the Kings due to an illness, but it was a brief absence. The 31-year-old has earned four helpers over his last three outings and has a total of 10 points over 13 contests since the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The defenseman is in one of his best stretches of his season, and he's up to 39 points (22 on the power play), 105 shots on net, 59 blocked shots, 40 hits, 30 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 61 appearances.

Kevin Bahl D | CGY
Flames' Kevin Bahl: Chips in assist in OT victory
Bahl notched an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Islanders.
Bahl recorded the secondary assist on Jonathan Huberdeau's game-tying goal late in the final stanza. Bahl has a goal, three points and 14 shots on net over his last six games after being held off the scoresheet in six prior outings. During that skid, Bahl was limited to two shots on goal and a minus-2 rating, so he's been able to generate more in the offensive zone recently. Through 60 appearances in 2024-25, Bahl has accounted for three markers, 15 helpers, 67 shots on net, 78 hits, 101 blocked shots, 33 PIM and a minus-1 rating.

Rasmus Andersson D | LV
Flames' Rasmus Andersson: Racks up trio of apples
Andersson logged three even-strength assists, three shots on goal and a plus-1 rating in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Islanders.
This was Andersson's second three-point effort of the season and first since Oct. 13. The right-shot blueliner logged the secondary helper on Matthew Coronato's 20th goal of the season in the middle frame and set up Jonathan Huberdeau's game-tying marker late in the third period. Andersson capped it all off by registering the primary assist on Nazem Kadri's game-winner. After being held off the scoresheet in nine straight games from Feb. 8 to March 8, the 28-year-old Andersson has a goal and five helpers across his last six outings. The Flames will need him to continue to produce in order to stay afloat in the Western Conference playoff race.

Avalanche's Devon Toews: Puts up helper in Saturday's win
Toews notched an assist, three shots on goal, two blocked shots and two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Canadiens.
Toews has six helpers over his last 11 outings. He doesn't have a multi-point effort in that span, but he remains a consistent contributor on the Avalanche's top pairing. For the season, he's at 34 points, 125 shots on net, 89 blocked shots and a plus-24 rating through 67 appearances.

Sam Malinski D | COL
Avalanche's Sam Malinski: Tallies opening goal
Malinski scored a goal, blocked two shots and dished out two hits in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win against the Canadiens.
Malinski found the back of the net for the opening goal of Saturday's contest off feeds from third-line forwards Joel Kiviranta and Ross Colton. The 26-year-old Malinski is up to three goals, 12 points and 94 blocks in 65 appearances this season. His tally Saturday is the second time this season he's registered points in back-to-back games. Despite receiving limited ice time on the second defensive pairing, Malinski is heating up with five points in his last six games. He has quiet value in deeper fantasy leagues due to his current momentum.
