Vladislav Gavrikov D | NYR
Kings' Vladislav Gavrikov: Strong presence in win
Gavrikov scored a goal on two shots, added two PIM, logged two hits and went plus-4 in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Islanders.
Gavrikov has three points over his last four outings, though this was his first goal since Feb. 5 versus the Canadiens. The shutdown defenseman is up to four goals and 23 points in 63 appearances, matching his 77-game point total from the previous regular season. He's also recorded 84 shots on net, 118 blocked shots, 38 hits and a plus-12 rating in 2024-25. The 30-point mark is likely too far out of reach, but Gavrikov's defensive excellence has made him an option in deeper fantasy formats.

Drew Doughty D | LA
Kings' Drew Doughty: Deposits empty-netter
Doughty scored a shorthanded empty-net goal on two shots, blocked three shots and added two PIM in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Islanders.
The Kings took their eighth penalty late, but Doughty was able to bury a goal to prevent the Islanders from making a comeback. With three points over his last seven contests, Doughty is making a decent contribution on offense. The blueliner is up to two goals, seven points, 23 shots on net, 29 blocked shots, 14 hits and an even plus-minus rating across 15 appearances this season.

Nick Blankenburg D | COL
Predators' Nick Blankenburg: Puts up power-play assist
Blankenburg notched a power-play assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Sharks.
Blankenburg is starting to see a larger role with the power play, and he's earned a helper in that situation in each of the last two games. He's up to 10 points (two on the power play), 57 shots on net, 45 blocked shots, 41 hits and a plus-10 rating over 42 appearances this season. It's not his most productive campaign -- that would be his 14-point effort over 36 outings in 2022-23 -- but Blankenburg is emerging as a key part of the Predators' defense as he works toward securing an NHL job for next season.

Brady Skjei D | NSH
Predators' Brady Skjei: Draws power-play helper
Skjei logged a power-play assist and two PIM in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Sharks.
This was Skjei's first helper since Jan. 31, and he has earned a goal and an assist over his last three outings. The 30-year-old blueliner is up to 23 points (six on the power play), 121 shots on net, 34 PIM, 66 blocked shots, 45 hits and a minus-10 rating through 64 appearances. Skjei continues to fill in on the top pairing and first power-play unit in the absence of Roman Josi (upper body), who has no clear timeline to return and could be shut down given the Predators' low place in the standings.

Jacob Trouba D | ANA
Ducks' Jacob Trouba: Nets first goal for Anaheim
Trouba scored a goal on two shots, added three hits, blocked three shots and went minus-2 in Tuesday's 7-4 loss to the Capitals.
This was Trouba's first goal of the season, and by extension, his first goal since he was dealt to the Ducks from the Rangers in December. The tally also snapped a nine-game point drought for the heavy-hitting defenseman. For the season, he's managed a mere 13 points with 91 shots on net, 133 hits, 179 blocked shots, 55 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 63 appearances. He continues to fill a shutdown role in the Ducks' top four.

Drew Helleson D | ANA
Ducks' Drew Helleson: Pair of points in loss
Helleson scored a goal on two shots, added an assist, logged two hits, blocked three shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Ducks.
Helleson has three points over his last two contests after going 13 games without getting on the scoresheet. The 23-year-old's path to playing time is clear following the trade that sent Brian Dumoulin to the Devils, though Helleson has seen less time in the press box than Pavel Mintyukov or Olen Zellweger this season. Overall, Helleson has 10 points, 42 shots on net, 66 hits, 52 blocked shots, 31 PIM and a plus-2 rating across 38 appearances.
-
Pavel Mintyukov D | ANA
Ducks' Pavel Mintyukov: One of each in loss
Mintyukov scored a goal on two shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 7-4 loss to the Capitals.
Mintyukov earned his second multi-point effort of the campaign, with the other one coming back on Oct. 16 versus Utah, where he scored twice. More recently, Mintyukov has four points and a minus-2 rating over his last eight contests while filling a third-pairing role. The 21-year-old blueliner is up to five goals, one more than he had last year, and a total of 15 points over 52 appearances. He's also racked up 56 shots on net, 71 blocked shots, 62 hits and a minus-8 rating.

Matt Roy D | WAS
Capitals' Matt Roy: Manages helper
Roy logged an assist, two shots on goal, three blocked shots and a plus-4 rating in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Ducks.
Roy has three assists and a plus-10 rating over his last seven outings. The 30-year-old defenseman isn't one to score a lot, instead keeping his focus on his own zone a majority of the time. He's still managed to put together a fine campaign with 21 points, 65 shots on net, 95 hits, 96 blocked shots and a plus-27 rating across 55 appearances. Fantasy managers in need of category coverage can consider Roy as long as they aren't looking for power-play production.
-
Rasmus Sandin D | WAS
Capitals' Rasmus Sandin: Pockets assist Tuesday
Sandin logged an assist and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Ducks.
Sandin has a helper in four of the last five contests, and he's also gone plus-1 with 10 blocks in that span. The 25-year-old blueliner is up to 25 points, 64 shots on net, 96 blocked shots, 75 hits and a plus-19 rating over 65 appearances this season. He fills a bit of a versatile role for the Capitals, and he chips in a little across the board without being a standout in any given category.

Jakob Chychrun D | WAS
Capitals' Jakob Chychrun: Sets career high in points
Chychrun registered an assist and six shots on goal in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Ducks.
Chychrun got on the scoresheet for the third game in a row (one goal, two assists). The defenseman helped out on a Pierre-Luc Dubois tally in the second period. Chychrun has run a little streaky over the last month or so, but he's still a quality blueliner in fantasy. He's up to 42 points in 60 appearances, good for a new career-best scoring total. He's added 145 shots on net, 74 blocked shots and a plus-24 rating while filling a top-four role for the Capitals.
