The 35-year-old Carlson has been as consistent as ever this season, racking up 43 points, 136 shots on net, 107 blocked shots and a plus-21 rating through 65 appearances.

  • Adam Boqvist D | NYI

Islanders' Adam Boqvist: Hurt in Tuesday's game

Boqvist (undisclosed) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Kings, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.

Boqvist was initially hurt on a hit in the second period. He stayed on the bench up until the intermission, but he did not come back out with the Islanders for the third period. If Boqvist can't play Friday against the Oilers, Scott Perunovich, Scott Mayfield or Mike Reilly would be options to replace him on the third defensive pairing.

  • Senators' Jake Sanderson: Nine assists in last six games

Sanderson set up two goals Tuesday in a 5-2 win over the Flyers.

He also delivered two blocks, one hit and one shot. Sanderson has nine assists in his last six games; four of those came on the power play. He's up to 45 points (six goals, 39 assists), which puts him 12th on the NHL scoring list for defenders. His 136 blocks -- good for 15th in the league -- also give him a real edge in leagues that count secondary stats. Sanderson's minus-19 is his anchor, but that may not be an issue in your format.

  • Flyers' Jamie Drysdale: Three goals in last six games

Drysdale scored a goal Tuesday in a 5-2 loss to Ottawa.

Drysdale's backhand from the slot bounced off Anton Forsberg and in to tie the game 1-1 early in the second period. He has struggled to find his footing this season, like so many of the Flyers. Drysdale has just 16 points (five goals, 11 assists) in 54 games, but he has three goals in his last six outings (nine blocks, six shots).

  • Golden Knights' Lukas Cormier: Sent to AHL

Cormier (undisclosed) was activated from non-roster injured reserve and assigned to AHL Henderson on Feb. 27, per Mathieu Sheridan of The Hockey News.

  • Lightning's Victor Hedman: Good to go Tuesday

Hedman (lower body) will play against Carolina on Tuesday.

After missing one game, Hedman will return to the top pairing and first power-play unit. He has amassed 11 goals, 50 points, 141 shots on net, 104 blocked shots and 30 hits through 60 appearances this season. Tampa Bay will dress seven defenders and 11 forwards in Tuesday's lineup, making Mitchell Chaffee a healthy scratch.

  • Quinn Hughes D | MIN

Canucks' Quinn Hughes: Remains out Tuesday

Hughes (undisclosed) will not be in the lineup versus Montreal on Tuesday, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.

Head coach Rick Tocchet wouldn't rule Hughes out against the Flames on Wednesday, so he should probably be considered a game-time call for that contest. The defenseman is stuck in a six-game goal drought dating back to Jan. 25 versus Dallas. Filip Hronek figures to remain on the No. 1 power-play unit while Hughes is sidelined.

  • Henry Thrun D | TOR
