Avalanche's Ryan Lindgren: Heading to Colorado
Lingren was traded from the Rangers to the Avalanche on Saturday along with Jimmy Vesey in exchange for Juuso Parssinen, Calvin de Haan and a pair of draft picks, Pierre LeBrun of TSN reports.
Lindgren had been considered a trade candidate for much of the season, and he'll now join Colorado as the Rangers continue to re-tool. The 27-year-old Lindgren has seen a decline in defensive production this season, though he's tallied a career-high 19 points (two goals, 17 assists) through 54 games.

Predators' Spencer Stastney: Recalled from AHL
Stastney was called up from AHL Milwaukee on Saturday, per Nick Kieser of 102.5 ESPN Nashville.
Stastney played seven games earlier in the season with the Predators and failed to hit the scoresheet. Stastney had two goals and 11 assists in 23 AHL games before his recall. The Predators placed Roman Josi (upper body) on injured reserve in a corresponding move.

Predators' Roman Josi: Lands on IR
Josi (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Nick Kieser of 102.5 ESPN Nashville reports.
Josi is week-to-week and will miss at least the rest of Nashville's road trip, which finishes in Boston on Tuesday. He has nine goals and 38 points through 53 games this season. The Predators recalled Spencer Stastney from AHL Milwaukee in a corresponding move.

Oilers' Darnell Nurse: Unavailable Saturday
Nurse (undisclosed) has been ruled out of Saturday's game in Carolina, according to Tony Brar of Oilers TV.
Nurse will miss his second straight game. He has struggled offensively recently, going eight consecutive outings without a point. Overall, Nurse has four goals, 18 assists, 110 hits and 94 blocked shots over 55 games this season. Troy Stecher will remain in the lineup due to Nurse's absence.

Alexander Alexeyev D | PIT
Capitals' Alexander Alexeyev: Sent to Hershey
Alexeyev was reassigned to AHL Hershey on a conditioning loan Saturday.
Alexeyev has been a healthy scratch since Nov. 8, a span of 46 games. The Capitals will likely keep him in the minors for two weeks because the Bears play six times over the next 12 days. Alexeyev is a plus-4 with 10 blocked shots and six hits over five NHL games this season.

Wild's Brock Faber: Nabs power-play helper
Faber logged a power-play assist, two shots on goal, two hits, two PIM and a minus-2 rating in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Avalanche.
Faber's been a little quiet on offense lately, picking up just two power-play assists over his last 13 games while posting a minus-9 rating. The 22-year-old defenseman is up to 23 points (nine on the power play), 74 shots on net, 71 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating through 56 appearances. Faber is seeing top-pairing minutes and could see more defensive assignments with Jonas Brodin (undisclosed) and Zach Bogosian (lower body) ailing.

Avalanche's Devon Toews: Plucks apple in win
Toews notched a power-play assist and blocked three shots in Friday's 5-2 win over the Avalanche.
Toews has a goal and four assists over his last six outings. The 31-year-old defenseman helped out on Ross Colton's empty-netter to seal this win. The uptick in offense is nice compared to Toews' relatively modest scoring production earlier in the campaign. He's now at 29 points, 109 shots on net, 79 blocks and a plus-18 rating through 57 appearances. His helper Friday was his first special-teams point in 2024-25 after he combined for seven (five on the power play, two shorthanded) in the 2023-24 regular season.

Makar notched an assist and three shots on goal in Friday's 5-2 win over the Wild.
Makar has four helpers over his last three games after assisting on Jack Drury's game-winning tally Friday. In February, Makar amassed three goals and seven assists across eight NHL appearances while also playing with Team Canada at the 4 Nations Face-Off. The superstar defenseman is up to 67 points (28 on the power play), 190 shots on net, 97 blocked shots and a plus-17 rating through 61 appearances this season.

Kylington logged two assists and blocked three shots in Friday's 5-2 win over the Wild.
Kylington played in his fourth game since being activated from injured reserve following a two-month absence due to an upper-body injury. The 27-year-old blueliner has filled in on the second pairing lately while Josh Manson (lower body) is unavailable. Kylington has gotten on the scoresheet in just two of his 12 outings this season, but both have been multi-point performances. He has a goal, three assists, two shots on net, 13 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating.

Kings' Mikey Anderson: Slings helper
Anderson managed an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Friday's 6-2 loss to the Stars.
Anderson helped out on a Warren Foegele goal in the first period. This was Anderson's second point over four contests since he returned from a finger injury, and he's added 10 hits and nine blocked shots in that span. The defenseman is up to 16 points, 63 shots on net, 78 hits, 92 blocks and a plus-7 rating across 53 appearances. Anderson remains on track to reach the 20-point mark for the second time in his career.
