Dennis Hildeby G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Dennis Hildeby: Needed in relief Monday
Hildeby stopped all eight shots he faced in relief of Joseph Woll in Monday's 6-3 loss to the Wild.
Hildeby played the third period, and the Wild's lone tally in that frame was a Marcus Foligno empty-netter. The 24-year-old Hildeby remains at 5-6-4 with a 2.90 GAA and a .910 save percentage over 19 outings. His time with the big club could be nearing a close, as Anthony Stolarz (upper body) started a conditioning stint with AHL Toronto on Tuesday. Once Stolarz is healthy, Hildeby is likely to return to the minor-league team.

Jarry is scheduled to patrol the home blue paint against the Devils on Tuesday, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports.

The British Columbia native owns a 13-3-2 record, 2.64 GAA and .909 save percentage over 19 appearances between Edmonton and Pittsburgh in 2025-26. Jarry has an enticing matchup against a New Jersey club that has generated 2.57 goals per game this season, which ranks 28th in the NHL. Furthermore, the Devils are on the second half of a back-to-back after defeating the Flames 2-1 in overtime Monday, while the Oilers have been off since Sunday.

John Gibson G | DET
Red Wings' John Gibson: Elected starter for Wednesday
Gibson was named the starter ahead of Wednesday's road game against the Maple Leafs, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.

Overall, the 32-year-old netminder has a 19-9-1 record with a 2.74 GAA and a .902 save percentage across 30 appearances this season. He has a chance to make his first season in Detroit a career year at his current rate of wins if he can surpass the 31 he posted across 60 regular-season appearances during the 2017-18 campaign. He'll face the Maple Leafs, who rank sixth in the NHL at 3.37 goals per game.

With Leevi Merilainen sent down to the AHL on Tuesday, Reimer will likely be viewed as the No. 1 option between the pipes for Ottawa until Linus Ullmark (personal) returns to action. Tuesday's game has Reimer pitted against the Blue Jackets, who rank 20th in the league with 2.98 goals per game.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Earns win over Vancouver
Sorokin stopped 29 of 32 shots in Monday's 4-3 win over the Canucks.
Sorokin returned to the Isles' crease after not playing in the 4-2 loss to the Flames on Jan. 17, but his return lifted the Islanders to another win. Lankinen has gone six straight appearances without a win, going 0-4-1 with a 3.38 GAA and an .890 save percentage over that stretch. Lankinen and the Canucks have been massively outplayed in most games in recent weeks, so it's hard to trust Lankinen in any format right now. Spencer Knight G | CHI
Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Posts third shutout this season
Knight saved all 32 shots on net in Monday's 2-0 shutout win over the Jets.
Knight dominated Monday's contest with the reigning Hart Trophy and Vezina Trophy winner, Connor Hellebuyck, staring him down across the ice. With the win, Knight is up to a 14-13-6 record, a 2.53 GAA and a .913 save percentage through 33 appearances this season. Despite the Blackhawks' struggles as a team, the 24-year-old rising star continues to steal the spotlight in net this season, as he's now tied for fourth in shutouts and ranks in the top 10 in save percentage among goalies with double-digit appearances. His play has helped Chicago momentarily rise out of last place in the Central Division, and he is a must-roster goaltending option in fantasy amidst his breakout campaign. His next chance to take the ice is Thursday in Carolina.
