  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Starting against San Jose

Binnington will defend the home crease versus San Jose on Thursday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Binnington is off to a rocky start, as he is 5-8-1 with a 3.19 GAA and an .887 save percentage over 15 appearances this season. He could have a favorable matchup against the Sharks, who are averaging only 2.48 goals per game.

  • Dustin Wolf G | CGY

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Starting at home Thursday

Wolf will be between the home pipes for Thursday's game against the Rangers, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.

Wolf will tend the twine for the fourth time in the Flames' last five games. Over his last three starts, he's gone 3-0-0 with a 0.65 GAA and .977 save percentage, and he recorded his first shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over Nashville last Friday. The Rangers rank fifth in the NHL with 3.59 goals per game, but Wolf has certainly been on a hot streak lately.

  • Ilya Sorokin G | NYI

Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Facing Red Wings

Sorokin will patrol the visiting crease in Detroit on Thursday, according to Andrew Gross of Newsday.

Sorokin got off to a great start this season, going 2-2-1 with a 1.80 GAA and a .932 save percentage over his first five appearances. He has faltered since then, as he is 2-2-2 with a 3.43 GAA and a .900 save percentage across his last six contests. Sorokin will face the Red Wings, who are tied for 29th overall in scoring with 46 goals in 18 games (2.56 goals per game).

  • Hockey Club's Connor Ingram: Unlikely to return for road trip

Head coach Andre Tourigny said Thursday that he doesn't expect Ingram (upper body) to join the team during Utah's upcoming four-game road trip, Cole Bagley of KSL Sports reports.

Ingram was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, so he had already been ruled out through Sunday's game in Toronto. However, he'll likely be sidelined for at least four games, so the earliest that he could be in the mix to return would be at home against the Oilers on Nov. 29. Karel Vejmelka will serve as the starting goaltender for Thursday's road matchup against Boston and will likely operate as the No. 1 netminder in Ingram's absence, while Jaxson Stauber will be available as a backup.

  • Ivan Fedotov G | PHI

Flyers' Ivan Fedotov: Tough night against Canes

Fedotov made 33 saves in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Hurricanes.

Fedotov kept things close until the third period, when Carolina struck three times in the first seven minutes to blow the game open. The 27-year-old rookie has started three of the last four games since Samuel Ersson (lower body) has been unavailable, going 2-1-0 with a 3.26 GAA and .899 save percentage, and Fedotov has done enough to retain the No. 1 spot on the depth chart until Ersson returns.

  • Hockey Club's Karel Vejmelka: In goal Thursday

Vejmelka will get the starting nod on the road against Boston on Thursday, Cole Bagley of KSL Sports reports.

Vejmelka will likely be between the pipes for three of Utah's next four outings since Connor Ingram (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday and won't travel with the team. For his part, Vejmelka is 1-4-0 despite a decent 2.58 GAA in his seven appearances this season. Look for the Czech backstop to split a back-to-back Saturday and Sunday against the Penguins and Maple Leafs, respectively, with the recently recalled Jaxson Stauber.

  • Bruins' Joonas Korpisalo: Tending twine against Utah

Korpisalo will operate as the starting goaltender during Thursday's home game against Utah, Conor Ryan of The Boston Globe reports.

Korpisalo has served as the Bruins' clear No. 2 netminder in recent weeks, but he'll be between the pipes for the second time in the last three games during Thursday's matchup. He's been solid over his last two starts, posting a 1-0-1 record, 2.82 GAA and .912 save percentage.

  • Hurricanes' Pyotr Kochetkov: Not busy in Philly

Kochetkov turned aside 18 shots in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Flyers.

A goal by Ryan Poehling through a partial screen early in the second period scuttled any thoughts of a shutout, but Kochetkov otherwise had no trouble shutting down the Philly offense. The 25-year-old netminder has gone 8-1-0 in nine starts since Frederik Andersen (lower body) landed on the shelf with a 2.16 GAA and .911 save percentage. Andersen still has no timeline for his return, so Kochetkov should maintain a firm hold on the No. 1 job for the Hurricanes.

  • Joseph Woll G | TOR

Maple Leafs' Joseph Woll: Blanks Knights on Wednesday

Woll made 31 saves in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Golden Knights.

It's the 26-year-old's first shutout of the season and the second of his career. Woll has won three straight starts and has worked his way back into a timeshare with Anthony Stolarz. Through four outings in November, he's gone 3-1-0 with a 1.74 GAA and .931 save percentage.

  • Adin Hill G | LV

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Gets little help in Toronto

Hill stopped 23 of 25 shots in Wednesday's 3-0 loss to the Maple Leafs, with Toronto's final goal getting scored into an empty net.

Hill kept things close until the third period, but the Vegas offense never woke up. The 28-year-old netminder has seen a heavy workload in November, going 4-2-1 while starting seven of the team's eight games with a 2.95 GAA and .896 save percentage. With Ilya Samsonov healthy again, Hill could begin to get a little more rest.
