  • Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Tough loss Thursday

Luukkonen made 20 saves in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Capitals.

Buffalo grabbed an early lead on a first-period goal by Sam Carrick, but that was all the offensive support Luukkonen would get on the night. It was the first regulation loss for the 27-year-old netminder since Jan. 19, and over five starts since the Olympic break Luukkonen has posted a solid 2.63 GAA and .910 save percentage.

  • Capitals' Charlie Lindgren: Sharp in Thursday's win

Lindgren turned aside 29 shots in Thursday's 2-1 win over the Sabres.

Washington was outshot 30-22, but Lindgren was able to steal a road win by slamming the door shut after allowing a Sam Carrick goal early in the first period. It was the first time Lindgren had given up fewer than three goals in an outing since Dec. 3, and on the season the veteran netminder is 9-7-3 with a 3.29 GAA and .886 save percentage.

  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: BItten by Sharks on Thursday

Swayman stopped 24 shots in Thursday's 4-2 loss to San Jose.

The Bruins' offense couldn't seem to solve Alex Nedeljkovic in the other crease, and Swayman found himself staring at a 4-0 deficit midway through the third period before his teammates finally got on the board. It was only Swayman's second regulation loss in his last nine outings, a stretch in which he's gone 6-2-1 with a 2.44 GAA and .914 save percentage.

  • Sharks' Alex Nedeljkovic: Nabs win in Boston

Nedeljkovic made 39 saves in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Bruins,

The Sharks were outshot 41-28 on the night, but Nedeljkovic stood on his head and took a shutout into the third period before the home side finally broke through with 11:30 left. The veteran netminder has just one regulation loss in his last 10 outings, going 7-1-1 over that stretch with a stellar 2.20 GAA and .924 save percentage.

  • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Strong showing in win

Oettinger turned aside 30 of 32 shots on net in Thursday's 7-2 win over the Oilers.

Oettinger is up to a 27-10-5 record, a 2.64 GAA and a .900 save percentage through 42 appearances this season. Since Jan. 20, the 27-year-old netminder has posted an elite 10-0-1 record and 2.50 GAA. Over his last five appearances since the Olympic break, he's shored up his save numbers and has posted a .922 save percentage in that span. He profiles as an elite option between the pipes in fantasy for the remainder of the season.

  • Oilers' Tristan Jarry: Concedes seven goals Thursday

Jarry stopped 20 of 27 shots on goal in Thursday's 7-2 loss to the Stars.

Thursday's game was not Jarry's day, as he allowed three goals in the first period before surrendering a pair of goals in each of the final two stanzas. With the loss, he now has a 16-9-2 record, a 3.39 GAA and an .883 save percentage across 29 outings between Pittsburgh and Edmonton this season. Since the Olympic break, Jarry has struggled with a 1-2-0 record, a 5.81 GAA and an .811 save percentage across four games. Even though he plays behind one of the league's best offenses, Jarry is hard to trust in fantasy for the time being and should only be rostered as an upside play in deep leagues. Connor Ingram will likely start the second half of Edmonton's back-to-back in Friday's clash against the Blues before Jarry will have a chance to play in Sunday's game against the Predators.

  • Devils' Jacob Markstrom: Allows five goals in loss

Markstrom turned aside 24 of 29 shots on goal and registered an assist in Thursday's 5-4 loss to the Flames.

After a solid string of performances, Markstrom struggled Thursday, allowing two goals in each of the first two periods. However, he managed to pick up his fourth assist of the season on Simon Nemec's power-play goal in the second. With Thursday's loss, Markstrom now holds a 19-16-1 record, a 3.11 GAA and an .886 save percentage over 37 appearances this season. His struggles Thursday could be a byproduct of playing in each of New Jersey's last seven contests. It's likely that Jake Allen could be called upon to start once in the next few outings to give Markstrom a rest before the latter tends to the majority of opportunities down the stretch.

  • Dustin Wolf G | CGY

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Yields four goals in win

Wolf stopped 28 of 32 shots on net in Thursday's 5-4 win over New Jersey.

Wolf allowed just one goal in each period Thursday until New Jersey's Luke Hughes added a fourth goal with four seconds remaining in the contest. With the win, Wolf is up to a 19-24-3 record, a 3.04 GAA and an .896 save percentage across 47 outings this season. While he's been able to work his way into the win column in two of his last four appearances, he's allowed four goals in each of those outings. The uptick in goals allowed could be attributed to his heavy workload, as he ranks third among all goaltenders in games played this season. Despite his recent GAA, Wolf tends to face a steady stream of shots each game and usually produces 25-plus save outings, giving him good fantasy value in leagues that track saves.

  • Penguins' Arturs Silovs: Poor showing in Vegas

Silovs stopped 11 of 16 shots in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Golden Knights. The sixth goal was an empty-netter.

Silovs has allowed 14 goals on 69 shots over his last three outings, and he's lucky to come away with one win in that span. If his struggles continue, it wouldn't be surprising to see Stuart Skinner gain playing time, though the Penguins have mostly stuck to a strict goalie rotation throughout the campaign. The 24-year-old Silovs is down to 14-9-8 with a 2.93 GAA and an .893 save percentage over 31 appearances. Skinner will likely get the nod Saturday in Utah, and if the rotation continues, Silovs would get the unenviable matchup in Colorado on Monday.

  • Lukas Dostal G | ANA

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Just second loss in last seven

Dostal made 22 saves in a 6-4 loss to Toronto on Thursday. He allowed five goals.

Dostal is 5-2-0 in seven games since the Olympic break. But he's allowed five goals four times in that span, and four or more in five. That's a concerning stat as the Ducks try to hold onto a spot in the Pacific. Dostal will play a critical role in trying to stave off Vegas, which is one point back.
