Cam Talbot G | DET
Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Gives up five goals Monday
Talbot stopped 29 of 34 shots in Monday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Sharks.
Talbot has dropped three of his last four starts with the Red Wings, but he's posted a save percentage of at least .895 in three of those appearances, so it's hard to say the losses have been entirely on him. In 11 appearances this season, Talbot has gone 5-3-2 with a 2.67 GAA and a .920 save percentage.

Casey DeSmith G | DAL
Stars' Casey DeSmith: Gives up four goals Monday
DeSmith stopped 23 of 27 shots in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Ducks.
DeSmith made his first start since Nov. 2 and had a disappointing performance, allowing a season-high mark in goals and posting his worst save percentage of any game in 2024-25. In six outings this season, DeSmith has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.22 GAA and a .914 save percentage, but he's not expected to see many opportunities as the backup of Jake Oettinger.

Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Facing Ducks
Soderblom will protect the home net versus Anaheim on Tuesday, per Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio.
Soderblom made 38 saves in a 4-2 win over the Ducks on Nov. 3. He has a 1-3-1 record with a 2.22 GAA and a .934 save percentage across five appearances this season. Anaheim is coming off a 4-2 victory over Dallas on Monday and ranks 27th in the league with 2.53 goals per game in 2024-25. Drew Commesso will be the backup goalie because Petr Mrazek (personal) is away from the team.
-
Dustin Wolf G | CGY
Flames' Dustin Wolf: Starting at home
Wolf will defend the home crease versus the Islanders on Tuesday, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Sun reports.
Wolf has won his last two starts while turning aside a combined 57 of 58 shots, and that includes a 29-save shutout versus Nashville on Friday. If Wolf can keep up his current level of play, he should see the bulk of the starts going forward over fellow netminder Dan Vladar. Wolf draws a favorable matchup in the Islanders, a team that ranks 25th in league scoring with 2.61 goals per game through 18 outings.

Petr Mrazek G | CHI
Blackhawks' Petr Mrazek: Dealing with personal issue
Mrazek will not be available against the Ducks on Tuesday due to a personal matter, Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio reports.
With Mrazek unavailable for Tuesday's tilt, the Hawks will turn to Arvid Soderblom between the pipes while Drew Commesso was recalled from AHL Rockford to serve as the backup. The team didn't provide an update on Mrazek's availability to face the Panthers on Thursday, so fantasy players will have to take a wait-and-see approach to the Chicago netminding situation.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: First off Tuesday
Binnington will be in net for Tuesday's divisional matchup against the Wild, per Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Binnington had a light workload in his last start, turning aside 16 of 18 shots en route to a 3-2 win over Boston on Saturday. The 31-year-old backstop is sporting a 5-7-1 record, .887 save percentage and 3.20 GAA through 14 appearances. Binnington will have his hands full Tuesday with a Minnesota club that sits 10th in the NHL in scoring with 3.35 goals per game through 17 contests.

Lukas Dostal G | ANA
Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Snaps losing streak Monday
Dostal stopped 34 of 36 shots in Monday's 4-2 win over the Stars.
Dostal earned his first win since Oct. 29, when he stopped 40 of 41 shots in a 3-1 victory over the Islanders. Between those wins, the 24-year-old Czech netminder had gone 0-4-1 with a 3.79 GAA and a disappointing .895 save percentage. The Ducks are playing in the second half of a back-to-back set Tuesday against the Blackhawks, so Dostal is likely to be rested in favor of John Gibson.

Andrei Vasilevskiy G | TB
Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Poised to start Tuesday
Vasilevskiy is set to tend the twine on the road against the Penguins on Tuesday, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.
Vasilevskiy is coming off a 29-save shutout performance versus the Devils on Saturday, which earned him his eighth victory of the campaign. Through 14 appearances this year, the 30-year-old Russian is sporting a career-best 2.15 GAA and will likely find himself in contention for the Vezina Trophy if he continues to compete at this level moving forward.

Connor Hellebuyck G | WPG
Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Set to start versus Florida
Hellebuyck will defend the home crease in Tuesday's home matchup against the Panthers, per Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site.
Hellebuyck will make his 15th start of the season Tuesday -- he's posted a 12-2-0 record, .926 save percentage and 2.14 GAA. The two-time Vezina winner will have a chance to rebound in a rematch with the Panthers, a team he allowed five goals to in a loss Saturday. Hellebuyck has three more wins than any other goaltender in the NHL to this point.

Linus Ullmark G | OTT
Senators' Linus Ullmark: In goal Tuesday
Ullmark will get the starting nod at home versus the Oilers on Tuesday, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
Ullmark will look to bounce back from a disappointing matchup with the Flyers his last time out in which he gave up five goals on 19 shots (.737 save percentage). After that poor performance, the 31-year-old netminder was given the night off versus Carolina on Saturday in favor of Anton Forsberg. If Ullmark continues to struggle, he could be in danger of losing the No. 1 job in Ottawa.
