  • Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Drawing start in Buffalo

Demko will tend the road twine Tuesday against the Sabres, per Canucks Insider.

Demko hasn't picked up a win since Dec. 19, as he's 0-3-1 with an .880 save percentage and a 3.96 GAA over his last four outings. The 30-year-old faced the Sabres in Vancouver on Dec. 11 and surrendered three goals on 15 shots in a 3-2 loss. On the season, Demko has an 8-8-1 record, 2.72 GAA and .904 save percentage through 18 appearances.

  • Sabres' Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen: Scheduled starter against Vancouver

Luukkonen is expected to start at home versus the Canucks on Tuesday, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

Luukkonen has played much better recently, posting a 3-1-0 record, 1.76 GAA and .938 save percentage over his last four starts. However, his three-game winning streak was snapped Saturday in Columbus, as he conceded four goals on 34 shots in a 5-1 loss. Luukkonen will face a Canucks club that is tied for 24th in the NHL with 2.76 goals per game this season. Tuesday is the first contest of Vancouver's six-game road trip through the Eastern Conference.

  • Ville Husso G | ANA

Ducks' Ville Husso: Called up from minors

Husso was recalled from AHL San Diego on Tuesday.

Husso's elevation to the NHL roster would seem to indicate that Petr Mrazek (undisclosed) won't be eligible to serve as the backup against the Flyers on Tuesday. In his nine appearances for the Ducks this year, the 30-year-old backstop is sporting a 5-3-1 record, 3.24 GAA and .884 save percentage.

  • Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Earns win over Minnesota

Kuemper stopped 33 of 35 shots in Monday's 4-2 win over the Wild.

Kuemper was impressive and delivered his best performance in quite some time -- this was the first time he recorded a save percentage of at least .900 since returning from an upper-body injury that cost him six games. Kuemper has 12 wins this season, going 12-7-6 with a 2.32 GAA and a .912 save percentage in 26 appearances so far. He's 2-1-0 with an .884 save percentage since returning from the injury.

  • Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Tagged with loss Monday

Gustavsson stopped 29 of 32 shots in Monday's 4-2 loss to the Kings. The fourth goal was an empty-netter at the 18:21 mark of the third period.

Gustavsson was beaten twice in the second period and twice more in the final frame. This was his first defeat in regulation since Dec. 4, when he allowed three goals on 30 shots in a 4-1 defeat to the Flames. Since that defeat, and over his last nine games, including this loss to the Kings, Gustavsson has been one of the best goaltenders in the NHL, posting a 7-1-1 record with a 1.90 GAA and a .927 save percentage.

  • Dustin Wolf G | CGY

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Beaten four times Monday

Wolf stopped 23 of 27 shots in Monday's 5-1 loss to the Kraken.

Wolf didn't have his best performance in this loss, and the struggles are real for the 24-year-old netminder. He's suffered back-to-back losses while allowing four goals each time, so the lack of consistency has been an issue for him. Prior to this two-game skid, he had three straight wins while stopping 79 of 83 shots faced. Through 33 appearances this season, Wolf owns a 2.90 GAA and an .899 save percentage -- numbers that represent a significant decline compared to the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Starting in Toronto

Bobrovsky will guard the road goal against the Maple Leafs on Tuesday.

Bobrovsky allowed four goals on 19 shots in Friday's 5-1 loss to the Rangers at the Winter Classic, with the final goal being an empty-netter. He has a 17-10-1 record with three shutouts, a 2.84 GAA and an .885 save percentage through 28 outings this season. Toronto ranks fourth in the league with 3.34 goals per game during the 2025-26 campaign.

  • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Facing Hurricanes

Oettinger will defend the road net against Carolina on Tuesday, Mike Heika of the Stars' official site reports.

Oettinger is coming off a 25-save effort in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to Montreal. He has a 16-7-4 record this season with two shutouts, a 2.62 GAA and a .905 save percentage through 27 appearances. Carolina sits 10th in the league with 3.26 goals per game this campaign.

  • Oilers' Connor Ingram: Between pipes versus Nashville

Ingram will face the Predators at home Tuesday, per Tony Brar of Oilers TV.

Ingram has allowed a total of nine goals on 61 shots (.852 save percentage) and is 0-2-0 across his last starts after starting his 2025-26 campaign with back-to-back victories. The 28-year-old will continue to work in tandem with Calvin Pickard until Tristan Jarry (lower body) is ready to return to the lineup. As for Tuesday's opponent, the Predators are 6-2-0 in their last eight games, a stretch in which they have generated 25 goals.

  • Devils' Jacob Markstrom: Set to face Islanders again

Markstrom will patrol the road blue paint against the Islanders on Tuesday, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.

Markstrom and Jake Allen have split the crease evenly lately, with both netminders getting six starts in the last 12 games. That workload share has seemingly benefited Markstrom, as he's registered a .914 save percentage and a 2.39 GAA, but he also has a 2-3-0 record during that span, a result of the Devils not providing him with much offensive support in those losses. The Swedish netminder is 8-7-3 against the Islanders across 18 career appearances, including two losses this season (0-1-1).
