DeSmith is coming off a 24-save performance in a 7-0 shutout win over Montreal on Nov. 13. He has a 4-1-1 record this season while making 146 saves on 160 shots. Calgary sits 32nd in the league with 2.27 goals per game this campaign.

Rittich will protect the home net against Seattle on Sunday, per Andrew Gross of Newsday.

Rittich will get the second half of the Islanders' back-to-back after Ilya Sorokin plays in Saturday's home matchup against St. Louis. The 33-year-old Rittich has won his last two outings, stopping 49 of 53 shots. He has a 5-2-0 record while allowing 21 goals on 202 shots. Seattle ranks 27th in the league with 2.70 goals per game this campaign.

Sorokin will protect the home net against St. Louis on Saturday, according to Andrew Gross of Newsday.

Sorokin is coming off a 5-0 shutout win over Detroit on Thursday. He has a 7-5-2 record this season with two shutouts, a 2.71 GAA and a .905 save percentage through 14 appearances. St. Louis sits 26th in the league with 2.71 goals per game this campaign.

Dostal will patrol the home crease against the Golden Knights on Saturday, Zach Cavanagh of The Sporting Tribune reports.

Dostal has won his last two outings, stopping 52 of 57 shots. He has a 10-5-1 record this season with a 2.81 GAA and a .904 save percentage through 16 appearances. Vegas ranks 12th in the league with 3.20 goals per game this campaign.

Quick will guard the visiting goal in Utah on Saturday, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports.

Quick is 3-2-0 with a sparkling 1.42 GAA and a just as impressive .951 save percentage across five starts this season. He will face the Mammoth, who are averaging 3.00 goals per game this season, tied for 18th in the NHL.

Blackwood will guard the visiting goal in Nashville on Saturday, Evan Rawal of the Denver Gazette reports.

Blackwood will make only his fourth start of the season, as Scott Wedgewood's outstanding play between the pipes has relegated Blackwood to a backup role. Blackwood is 2-0-1 with a 3.28 GAA and a weak .870 save percentage this season. He could get a break Saturday, as the Predators sit 31st in the NHL this year with 2.40 goals per game.

Boyko was sent to KalPa of the Finnish Liiga on Saturday.

The Alberta native was 0-2-2 with a 3.10 GAA and an .894 save percentage in five appearances with AHL Hartford this season. He should get more of an opportunity to play across the pond.

Talbot will protect the home net against Columbus on Saturday, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.

Talbot has won his last three outings while stopping 48 of 52 shots. He has posted a record of 8-2-0 this season with a 2.64 GAA and an .897 save percentage through 11 appearances. Columbus is tied for 21st in the league with 2.95 goals per game this campaign.
