  • Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Entering Brodeur territory

Vasilevskiy made 24 saves Thursday in a 4-1 win over the Red Wings.

The win was his 30th this season. Vasilevskiy became the second goaltender in NHL history to record nine straight 30-win seasons. The first to do it was Martin Brodeur, who delivered 12 consecutive 30-win seasons from 1995-96 to 2007-08. Vasilevskiy has often been viewed as Brodeur's closest modern counterpart, but he has a long way to go to approach Brodeur's win totals and longevity.

  • Hurricanes' Brandon Bussi: Two losses in row

Bussi made 14 saves Thursday in a 3-1 loss to the Blues. He allowed two goals.

This was the first time this season that Bussi has lost consecutive starts. He lost to Calgary on Saturday. Overall, Bussi is 25-5-1 with a 2.37 GAA and .899 save percentage. He's a reliable netminder playing behind a strong defense, and he wins a lot. Bussi is going to help you in your postseason.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Calms Hurricanes with ease

Binnington made 31 saves in a 3-1 win over Carolina on Thursday.

Mark Jankowski was the only Carolina player to beat him. Binnington and Joel Hofer had been alternating starts until the lead-up to the trade deadline, when the Blues rolled Hofer to protect Binner from injury. He was strong Thursday, so we could be looking at return to the alternating state going forward. Since the start of March, Hofer has gotten four of the Blues' six starts (3-0-1). Binnington is 2-0-0 with just three goals allowed in the same span.

  • Senators' Lucas Beckman: Secures another shutout

Beckman logged a 29-save shutout in QMJHL Chicoutimi's 4-0 win over Shawinigan on Thursday.

Beckman has five shutouts on the year, including three in his last six games. He's up to 14-15-3 on the year between Chicoutimi and Baie-Comeau. Beckman has added a 2.64 GAA and a .917 save percentage, and the Sagueneens continue to give him superb goal support.

  • Joey Daccord G | SEA

Kraken's Joey Daccord: Slated to start Thursday

Daccord is expected to start at home against Colorado on Thursday, per Joe Pohoryles of Emerald City Spectrum.

Daccord has lost his past two starts while allowing 10 goals on 63 shots (.841 save percentage). He's 18-15-5 with a 2.86 GAA and a .902 save percentage in 38 outings in 2025-26. The Avalanche lead the league in goals per game with 3.78.

  • Juuse Saros G | NSH

Predators' Juuse Saros: Guarding goal Thursday

Saros will protect the road goal versus the Canucks on Thursday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.

Saros is 2-2-0 with 11 goals allowed on 122 shots (.910 save percentage) over four games in March. The 30-year-old is set for a favorable matchup Thursday, as the Canucks are far and away the worst team in the NHL this season.

  • Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Not starting after all

Contrary to an earlier report, Soderblom isn't starting in Thursday's road game against Utah, per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Spencer Knight is set to get the nod instead. Soderblom has a 6-10-3 record, 3.70 GAA and .876 save percentage in 20 outings in 2025-26.

  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Will start Thursday

Knight will guard the road goal versus the Mammoth on Thursday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

A previous report indicated Arvid Soderblom will start, but it will be Knight between the pipes. The 24-year-old missed three games due to an illness, and Knight was 0-3-1 with 11 goals allowed over his four outings prior to his absence.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Slated to start versus Chicago

Vejmelka will protect the home goal versus the Blackhawks on Thursday.

Vejmelka will get the nod for the third time in the last four games. He's allowed nine goals on 61 shots over his last two outings, though he has gone 1-1-0 in that span. For the season, Vejmelka is 30-17-2 with a 2.69 GAA and an .898 save percentage over 50 appearances.

  • Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Slated to face Utah

Soderblom is expected to start on the road against Utah on Thursday, per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Soderblom will attempt to get back into the win column after going 0-1-1 while stopping 43 of 51 shots (.843 save percentage) across his past two starts. He's 6-10-3 with a 3.70 GAA and an .876 save percentage in 20 outings this campaign. Chicago is 5-10-4 while averaging 2.21 goals per game across its past 19 outings.
