Spencer Knight G | CHI
Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Late collapse in loss
Knight stopped 24 of 27 shots on goal in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Kraken.
After dominating the first two periods, Knight and the Blackhawks' defense allowed room for the Kraken to come back and steal the win with three goals in the final 15 minutes. With the loss, the 24-year-old goaltender has a 7-4-3 record with a 2.47 GAA and a .922 save percentage in 14 appearances this season. Even though the win slipped through his fingers Thursday, Knight's first full season with Chicago has been nothing short of elite. With the Blackhawks' defense allowing a plethora of attempts on goal per game, he's been challenged between the pipes and has responded well, allowing more than three goals in a game just twice this season. While Thursday's loss can be seen as discouraging, Knight ranks fourth among all goalies in fantasy leagues that track shots against, making him a must-own player in most formats for the foreseeable future.

Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Holds on for win
Daccord made 22 saves on 24 attempts in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Despite allowing the first two goals of the game, Daccord held firm in the crease across the final 30 minutes while Seattle's offense mounted a comeback in the last 15 minutes of play. With the win, the 29-year-old goaltender now has a 7-3-3 record with a 2.78 GAA and a .900 save percentage through 13 appearances this season. The victory was his first in two tries since his return from an upper-body injury that caused him to miss five games. Overall, Daccord has been one of the main reasons the Kraken are currently occupying a playoff spot in the Pacific Division. He is a solid goaltending option in most fantasy formats and has the potential to reach the 30-win mark for the first time in his third full season with the Kraken. His next opportunity to guard the crease is Saturday against the Penguins.

Sergei Bobrovsky G | FLA
Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Blanks Devils for second shutout
Bobrovsky made 31 saves in Thursday's 1-0 win over New Jersey.
Sam Reinhart gave the Panthers a lead midway through the first period, and it was all the offense Bobrovsky would need in a dazzling performance. The two-time Vezina Trophy winner has two shutouts on the season and 51 for his career as he closes in on cracking the all-time top 25, and while Bobrovsky's had a couple rough outings in November, over his last eight starts he's gone 6-2-0 with a 2.62 GAA and .892 save percentage.

Jake Allen G | NJ
Devils' Jake Allen: Outdueled by Bob
Allen turned aside 23 shots in Thursday's 1-0 loss to the Panthers.
Sam Reinhart continued his career dominance over Allen -- he has seven goals in 14 career games against the veteran netminder -- by beating him top shelf from a tight angle midway through the first period. It was the only offense either team could muster, as Allen and Sergei Bobrovsky put on a goaltending clinic the rest of the way. Allen has given up more than three goals in a start only once all season, going 7-3-0 in 11 outings with a 2.13 GAA and .920 save percentage as he continues to split the workload in the Devils' crease with Jacob Markstrom.

John Gibson G | DET
Red Wings' John Gibson: Gets no help Thursday
Gibson stopped 21 shots in Thursday's 5-0 loss to the Islanders.
The Red Wings looked weary as they played their fourth game in the last six days, and Gibson received no support either offensively or defensively. The veteran netminder hasn't won a game since Oct. 28, going 0-4-1 over his last six outings with a 3.73 GAA and .864 save percentage, and Gibson's in danger of falling out of a timeshare with Cam Talbot, who's gone 5-1-0 with a 2.37 GAA and .904 save percentage during that same span.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Clips Wings for second shutout
Sorokin made 29 saves in Thursday's 5-0 win over Detroit.
The veteran netminder was especially busy in the second period, turning aside all 15 shots he faced as the Red Wings tried to get back into the game after falling behind 2-0 in the first. It was Sorokin's second shutout of the season, both of which have come in November, and over six starts this month he's gone 4-1-1 with a stellar 1.80 GAA and .939 save percentage.

This will be Schmid's fourth start in the last five games, indicating he has pulled firmly ahead of Carl Lindbom for the Golden Knights' starting job while Adin Hill (lower body) is out. Schmid has gone 4-0-2 with a 2.29 GAA and a .902 save percentage over his last six games.

Kraken's Joey Daccord: Tending twine in Chicago
Daccord will guard the road goal versus the Blackhawks on Thursday, Tracey Myers of NHL.com reports.
Daccord will make his second straight start since overcoming an upper-body injury. He gave up three goals on 26 shots against the Red Wings in his return Tuesday. The 29-year-old will face a Chicago team that has 25 goals over the last six games, going 5-0-1 in that span.
