Alex Lyon G | BUF
Sabres' Alex Lyon: Set to face Utah
Lyon will tend the home twine Tuesday versus the Mammoth, Michael Augello of The Hockey News reports.
Lyon has lost back-to-back outings in overtime while allowing four goals in each game, and he's dropped three of his last four overall. The veteran netminder is 3-4-2 with one shutout, a 2.90 GAA and a .911 save percentage across nine appearances this season. He'll have his hands full against an 8-4-0 Mammoth club that is tied for 10th in the NHL with 3.50 goals per game in 2025-26.

Karel Vejmelka G | UTA
Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Tending twine Tuesday
Vejmelka will patrol the crease on the road versus the Sabres on Tuesday, per Michael Augello of The Hockey News.
Vejmelka will be looking for a bounce-back performance after losing his last two appearances while posting a combined 4.08 GAA. Despite the recent slump, the 29-year-old netminder is having a good year overall, going 6-3-0 in his nine outings for the Mammoth. Look for Vejmelka to continue seeing the bulk of the workload the rest of the campaign, possibly pushing for the 60-game mark.

Igor Shesterkin G | NYR
Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Between pipes versus Canes
Shesterkin will tend the twine for Tuesday's home tilt against Carolina, Colin Stephenson of Newsday reports.
Shesterkin has conceded three or more goals in three of his last four outings while posting a 2-1-1 record and a 3.88 GAA. Despite his solid 2.28 GAA through 10 appearances this season, the 29-year-old netminder is 4-4-2 to open the year. Considering SHesterkin has reached the 50-game mark in each of his last four seasons, including featuring in a career-high 61 regular-season contests last year, fantasy managers should expect the Russian to continue starting most of the Rangers' contests.

Sam Montembeault G | MON
Canadiens' Sam Montembeault: Set to start Tuesday
Montembeault is expected to be between the pipes at home versus the Flyers on Tuesday, Stu Cowan of The Montreal Gazette reports.
Montembeault has given up three or more goals in all but one of his six appearances this year. Those struggles, the 29-year-old netminder is sporting a career-worst .839 save percentage, have opened the door for Jakub Dobes to steal some extra starts. Still, Montembeault remains the No. 1 option for the Habs for the time being, though he could end up in a split share if he continues to underwhelm.

Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Falls to Canucks in OT
Saros made 31 saves in Monday's 5-4 overtime loss to Vancouver.
The Canucks' first two goals came on power plays, and there wasn't much Saros could do on the OT winner either -- Brock Boeser found himself alone in front of the Nashville crease and flipped a backhander past the veteran netminder with just two seconds left. Saros has just one win in his last four starts, going 1-2-1 while giving up 14 goals on 119 shots. On the season, he's 5-4-3 in 12 outings with a 2.95 GAA and a .900 save percentage.

Thatcher Demko G | VAN
Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Escapes Nashville with OT win
Demko turned aside 25 shots in Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Predators.
The Canucks held a 4-2 lead midway through the third period, but the home squad struck twice in less than five minutes to tie it up, one goal coming on a re-direction by Michael Bunting and the other a power-play tally through a screen by Nick Blankenburg. Demko kept his composure, though, and got rewarded when Brock Boeser found the OT winner with just two seconds left in the extra frame. Demko has given up at least three goals in five of his last seven starts, going 4-3-0 during that stretch with a 2.86 GAA and a .902 save percentage.

Anthony Stolarz G | TOR
Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: Hangs on for win Monday
Stolarz stopped 34 shots in Monday's 4-3 win over the Penguins.
The Maple Leafs were outshot 37-20 on the night and were down 3-0 heading into the third period, but Stolarz was sharp in the second to prevent the game from getting out of hand, and he shut the door in the final frame once his offense began to wake up. The 31-year-old netminder has won three straight starts, allowing no more than three goals in each, and through 10 outings this season, he's 5-4-1 with a 3.12 GAA and an .896 save percentage.

Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Excellent vs. Chicago
Daccord stopped 29 of 30 shots in Monday's 3-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Daccord bounced back after suffering OT losses in his previous two starts and cruised toward an easy win over Chicago. This was his fifth straight outing in which he didn't lose in regulation, going 3-0-2 with a 1.98 GAA and a strong .930 save percentage in that span. Daccord should remain a player worth starting in most slates given his excellent play of late. His next chance to slot between the pipes will come Wednesday in a favorable matchup against the Sharks, although after five starts in a row, it wouldn't be surprising if he gets some rest.

Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Beaten three times Monday
Soderblom stopped 21 of 24 shots in Monday's 3-1 loss to the Kraken.
Soderblom was beaten twice in the second period and once more in the final frame. The 26-year-old has lost in three of his four appearances this season, going 1-2-1 with a 3.04 GAA and an .885 save percentage. He's strictly a backup behind Spencer Knight, so Soderblom's upside is limited across all formats, as he's only valuable in specific matchups -- and mainly in deep formats.

Tristan Jarry G | EDM
Penguins' Tristan Jarry: Late collapse against Leafs
Jarry made 16 saves in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Maple Leafs.
The 30-year-old netminder took a shutout into the third period, only to have the Penguins collapse around him over the final 20 minutes. None of the tallies could be blamed on Jarry, but he also didn't come up with a big stop when his team needed one to shift the momentum. The loss was his first in five starts, and Jarry sports a 2.60 GAA, .911 save percentage and 5-2-0 record through seven outings as he splits the Pittsburgh crease with Arturs Silovs.
