  • Senators' Linus Ullmark: Hot streak continues

Ullmark made 30 saves in a 2-1 win over Tampa Bay on Thursday.

Ottawa has been especially stingy at home, and they were again Thursday. Brandon Hagel was the only Bolt to get a goal -- he crashed the net on the rush and scored on a rebound in the second period. Since the beginning of March, Ullmark is 10-3-1 in 14 starts with a .904 save percentage. He's peaking at the right time for the fantasy postseason.

Ducks' John Gibson: Injured again Thursday

Gibson (lower body) won't finish Thursday's game versus the Flames.

It's been a recurring theme in recent years for Gibson to have a parade of injuries late in the season. This is his third injury since the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The 31-year-old allowed three goals on 26 shots over the first two periods of the contest and is in line to take the loss if the Ducks' offense can't cover his damage. If the injury is even moderate, he may be shut down for the season, as the Ducks have just seven games on the schedule after Thursday.

  • Golden Knights' Ilya Samsonov: Unavailable Thursday

Samsonov (upper body) will miss Thursday's clash against Winnipeg, per Jesse Granger of The Athletic.

Samsonov hasn't been in net since March 23. He has a 16-9-3 record, 2.78 GAA and .892 save percentage in 28 appearances in 2024-25. Adin Hill is set to start versus the Jets, while Akira Schmid will serve as the understudy.

  • John Gibson G | DET

Ducks' John Gibson: Starting in Calgary

Gibson will start on the road versus the Flames, Ryan Pike of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.

Gibson will start for the first time in four games. He had won his previous two outings, giving up just three goals on 59 combined shots in those contests. The 31-year-old has a favorable matchup against the Flames, who have scored just 15 goals over their last six games, though they will be desperate for a win to bolster their slim playoff chances.

  • Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Slated to start Thursday

Kuemper is expected to start on the road against Utah on Thursday, per Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site.

Kuemper has been dominant lately, posting an 8-2-0 record, 1.10 GAA and .950 save percentage across his past 10 outings. That gives him a 26-10-7 record, 2.08 GAA and .918 save percentage through 34 appearances this season. This will be his third start against Utah in 2024-25 -- he won his previous two meetings while turning aside 49 of 54 shots (.907 save percentage).

  • Predators' Justus Annunen: Starting versus Stars

Annunen will guard the road goal versus the Stars on Thursday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.

Juuse Saros was awful versus the Blue Jackets on Tuesday, and Annunen played the third period, allowing a goal on 11 shots. The 25-year-old will now play for a fourth straight game as he looks to shake off an 0-4-1 skid over his last six outings. Annunen is not a strong fantasy play, as the Stars have won six in a row entering Thursday.

  • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Set to start Thursday

Oettinger is expected to start at home against Nashville on Thursday, Stars radio analyst Bruce LeVine reports.

Oettinger has won his past five starts while saving 152 of 161 shots (.944 save percentage). He's 35-15-3 with a 2.47 GAA and a .911 save percentage in 53 appearances in 2024-25. Nashville ranks last in goals per game with 2.52.

  • Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Expected to face Columbus

Blackwood is set to start on the road against Columbus on Thursday, per Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers.

Blackwood has gone 2-1-0 across his past three starts while saving 68 of 72 shots. He's 27-18-6 with a 2.45 GAA and a .915 save percentage in 52 outings between San Jose and Colorado in 2024-25. The Blue Jackets have won three of their past four games while generating 4.75 goals per game over that stretch.

  • Sharks' Yaroslav Askarov: Available for AHL club

Askarov (lower body) traveled with AHL San Jose and will be available for the Barracuda's matchups against Colorado on Friday and Saturday, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Askarov sustained a lower-body injury in mid-February but has been practicing recently and will be available to return to game action this weekend. Over 19 AHL appearances this year, he's gone 10-7-1 with a 2.52 GAA and .922 save percentage.

  • Eric Comrie G | WPG

Jets' Eric Comrie: Expected to start Thursday

Comrie is set to start on the road against Vegas on Thursday, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.

Comrie has an 8-9-1 record, 2.49 GAA and .909 save percentage across 18 appearances in 2024-25. He's used primarily when Winnipeg wants to give Connor Hellebuyck a breather, and Comrie consequently appeared in just three March games. The 29-year-old Comrie is drawing a tough assignment against the Golden Knights, who rank fifth in the NHL in goals per game with 3.39.
